      First there are lots of calls from this people before 10 days then 1 will give you the offer which was 485 i paid then they deactivated my plan i paid the rest of the amount still my account is deactivated. Such a bad service is this. I have to give complain to consumer court. For money they will give you call like 1000 times but for one help no one will contact. pathetic service.

        I had applied for a shifting connection in the last month of 13 October and now today is the 15th of Nov. almost happened one month, still, I didn't get a connection.

        I had visited the local office in my area (Kamrej Surat). the operator gives only one answer ( Ho jayega). and after that nothing will happen.

        I had talked with customer care and complaint many times and they only give one answer that your request is in process.

        Really poor service provided by GTPL. they don't take care of the customer and the customer losses.

        I am a software developer and my work completely depends on the internet. it's a total harassment by the GTPl customer care and their operators.

        Please help me, either they should give connection or refund.

        Worst service, Poor Service #GTPL

          As I have shifted my company I told them to cancel the connection. It is not done yet. From past 2 month, I get minimum 10 calls in a day to recharge I have told everyone to cancel connection.Still I continue to get calls to recharge. I am really fed up totally. I want to close the connection and stop calling me

            It is intimated that Hathway Team here Chennai is unnecessarily delaying installation of Broadband connection. My name is Shreyas Gokhale, I have applied for connection and paid full amounts for 02 months in advance. Till now no one came for installation. Hathway broadband manager here Mr Edward is making unnecessary excuses every day. Mr Edward is showing substandard and Unprofessional behavior towards installation. He is not telling any thing clearly to me.Please look into this matter.

              I have been getting calls every single day for the past 18 months or so because I was unfortunate enough to opt for this company, I had already posted a complaint here once and nothing came of it. Despite updating my situation and informing them about how I am not living in the same location they still keep calling.

                I have a GTPL Connection with userid: isp_ajay139. The customer care is not at all responsive to our problems. I have reported nearly 40 times in a month for Internet Disconnection but they are not resolving the issue. I have visited their office twice for resolution but they just give fake promises that it will be resolved in 24 hours.
                I would like to request a refund of my connection fees which they have charged for a year in advance which is Rs.6095 that i have paid last month.
                I strongly recommend not to take this Broadband service for your Work especially IT people. Choose a different ISP option other than GTPL. They have wasted a lot of my Time and resources and can't compensate for the same. i have been using the connection for a month and i am absolutely fed up of this Internet Service.
                Please someone take legal action against this Company.

                  We are new users who completed our payment details promptly. It has been two days and there is no response from your agent. The installation is not yet done. The agent doesn't pick up calls nor replies back. Other agents are not picking on us. If you are not able to get the installation done as soon as possible just refund our money back.

                    I refered my friend's plan of rs 755 and asked, they said you can avail this and then i applied for dual band router ao they said this month (oct 2021)you must pay 1002 for dual band from next month (nov 2021)you can avail 755 plan, when i tried to call and recharge they said you are not eligible and then i made them clear that this was said by their staff and it longed for half hour and they accepted to activate that for me .They said to recharge being in the call itself so i made payment on 7nov itself but my plan expiry was on 10 nov only to avoid error i made prior payment, but today (10nov ) my account got deactivated ) since morning i tried to reach hathway customer support but i couldnt the line was blank, iam a work from home employee because of this i have lost my one day pay and still it is not yet solved, Iam making it clear i jave done and proper enquiry and then only i made payment so i need a proper resolution for this and need justice because i have lost oneday waiting for this .

                      I was using Hathway Broadband for my Work from home purpose but for the past three i am going to my office since they asked us to work in office. I disconnect my broadband and i am not using it for two months

                      Everyday i started getting calls for payment reminder.

                      Oneday someone called me from hathway customer call and i told that i am not using hathway because my work from home is over, Then he said that he will send a otp to resolve this problem.

                      Then i started getting calls from lazypay. i don't know who the hell are they
                      everyday 4-5 calls i am receiving.

                      i don't know why hathway is doing such things and this is annoying,
                      Lazy Pay is insisting me to pay the Bill
                      please stop this issue.

                        I was in Kelambakkam (Kanchipuram dist) for my studies and I had a hathway broadband connection (Account number - [protected]). I shifted back to my hometown since I've completed my studies. I raised a ticket to disconnect my hathway account and returned the modem 3-4 months back. But even today I get about 3-4 calls every day from the Hathway customer service asking me to renew my account. I have already told them multiple times about my situation and asked them to delete my details from their database. But it still continues and I have no idea how to cancel them. I even blocked so many of their numbers. But they keep calling from different numbers. I fear that out of frustration I might scold the customer care executive (I disconnect the call as soon as they tells me that it is from Hathway).

                          Continuous unnecessary hourly rather dails calls for reminders, confirmations. Is there a need if I am paying the bills regularly. I am using the Hathway broadband service for 10 yrs but i will have to stop the services if the issue persists. Please restrict the call at the earliest.

                            I am Tamil Selvan R, Hathway Broadband A/C No. [protected] - Registered Mobile No. [protected]

                            My hathway account was deactivated on 30/08/2021. Consequently the router was taken by the Hathway Engineer vide WO ID : 28082021B594999.

                            Inspite of several request for refund of the security deposit of Rs. 400/-, the same has not been done yet. The six complaints were also raised via Ticket No. 11092021B830110 on 11/09/2021, 30082021B624282 on 30/08/2021, 29082021B604775 on 29/08/2021, 28082021B594999 on 28/08/2021, 24092021B055610 on 24/09/2021, 24092021B055590 on 24/09/2021. Those above tickets were automatically closed without informing me the same and also without any resolution. Till date, I have not been contacted any customer agent regarding the refund through any means. I request you to register this is as a complaint and provide me the resolution asap.

Our tv is not receiving signals since 10 days, first of all iam complaint the problem to the local authorities but they can't response . Afterwards on 2nd nov of this month iam complaint to the Hathaway customer care no.[protected] and the same ia registered but they too not responded. Again every day iam calling them and remembering the problem but no use from them. So if the problem is not solved with in 24 hours i may go to consumer forum.please resolve the problem without fail.

                                  I have done payment on Nov 1 in paytm. That is there due renewal of my hathway internet.
                                  So they didn't received the payment. And today is 6 still my issue is not solved and i am not getting internet.

                                      I am in a distress due to continuous harassment by Hathway sales team
                                      Background of this issue :

                                      8 months back I moved to the new house with in Tamilnadu, Chennai ( Kotturpuram to Perungudi),

                                      While the movement, I requested for reactivation of my old hathway connection in the new house in Perungudi

                                      But as per the sales team it was not feasible and they opened a new connection ( [protected]), after the same I was continuously getting a call from hathway to
                                      Re-activate the old connection, for which I have to explain them each time (which was frustrating and they were not logging the information anywhere and keep on calling me daily for 8 months till now)

                                      Above is not the actual concern, the actual concern is recently the same sales team called me and offered me lot of offers to re-activate the old connection (sun network access and other free android box), and they asked me to de-activate the existing Hathway connection ([protected]) for the same – but I said it was active till 7th of November month

                                      So the sale team said they will arrange a call back before the same and re-activate the old connection

                                      I did the same not say yes or no since I was not aware what was happening, meanwhile person called me and asked me to give a OTP from the hatchway so I shared

                                      Now the issue – Hathway sales team took 755 rupees from Lazy pay in my name and I am continuously getting sms and emails from lazy pay to repay the due

                                      Which I was not aware it was taken by the hathway team to re-activate the old connection,

                                      Please HELP me to resolve this issue (its kind of frustrating to me since I think I got cheated by Hathway sales team
