I have disconnected my Hathway connection 2 years back and I am still receiving calls every day 2 or 3 times to renew it. I have notified them that I need to disconnect the connection but they still keep calling. I am so frustrated by their calls and want strict action against them....

I got a call from Nimsy from headoffice she explained me about hathway plans that everything after I took new hathway connection on 24th oct 2021. in this process i paid amount Rs. 1944/- at the time before payment she told me the same day installation also will done, but till now not response.
