My Cable line has been disconnected without intimating me .
I am not aware as to when the person/s collecting monthly charges visit the premises.
Thus the disconnection has been made for no fault of mine, since any one could have fixed time and come and collected the charges and I am not a willful defaulter.
The line went off by 11 p.m on 28th February,2012, by which time I could not contact any one.
That upon contacting on the Landline No. 022 – 22692699,of Saikrupa Cable,Mody street,Mumbai-1, just at 6.30 p.m, upon my returning from my duties, I was informed that by that time no one could attend to my complaints since no field operator was available by then.
It is a very sorry state that the operational service which should be available round the clock is being neglected which means deficiency in service.
Kindly look into the case.

Hathway internet broadband service — Shit business
I was already using internet through GPRS from telecom operators where i was not so happy because of the download speed and my other streaming requirements. I opted for hathway services through their roadside advertisements, one executive happened to visit my place, very courtesouly did the installation. But the twist was, i asked for 512 blast and he forcefully activated me on 256kbps free way unlimited speed without my agreement. Later, when i spoke to customer services and couple of their associates and helpline numbers, they promised to change in a day's time. I was rarely using, very discouragingly used the services for some time. Whenever i used to check the download speed, believe me, its' worse than dial up service.Days gone, week gone, i am almost approaching my next renewal time. To my greatest shock, on the very 10th day, they choked my services, hooked off, without any intimation and enjoying my investment and they don't even have courtesy to respond to me or respond to my mail or call. hence, all i want to convey the message is don't go by the roadside professionalism like this. Its a service. Don't get cheated. And i wouldn't mind sharing.
