I have complained several times to my service provider for better quality picture, but i'm not getting response from his side.The picture is interrupted and the picture quality is very poor.

No better quality picture, The picture is interrupted and the picture quality is very poor.Most of the channel is not visible mode & Cell no of representavie of hathway MCN is not reachable.its their duty to inform about new cell no of them.
It is true and hathway mcn also doesnt add interactive games which is available in mumbai zaheer shaikh aurangabad

    My account no was 758985.I had already deposited their modem and cable to nearest center.I had acknowledement receipt.Every month they send me bills via email or sms.I am not using their service and I left the place where i had taken connection.I was not used their service since 30Aug11.I send mail for discontinue service on 30Aug11.These people called me around 28Sep11 and said i have to deposit modem and cable.They were sleeping those days.Then i deposited modem and cable around 5Sep11.

    Hathway Internet — Sending bills even after service discontinued

    This is to put on record that even after informing Hathway internet service provider through phone and e-mail about termination of service at the end of May 09 and even after surrendering the modem and adaptor to their executive, they are issuing fraudulent internet bills till last month(ie September 09).

    My account with Hathway when I was their customer is 432829.

    Hi Sir,

    Same Here, i have disconnected the internet connection in november 27th 2009 and till to date, i am still getting bills. They are also adding some non -payment charges and later charges and sending bills . is there a way of me to move to consumer court or forum to resolve this issue. its just frustrating me every day.

      respected sir/madam

      i am complaining to our cable operator from past three months that i am not having clear picture from past 3 months but he is not responding to it.Now i m not having any signal at all to my set of box of hathway cable from past 1 week hence we are not able to see any channels from past 1 week .Our cable operator's name is Riyasat ,he is the operator for Arif colony in aurangabad .He is not responding to any of our phone call.hence i was compelled to contact you.
      Please see into the matter.

        I am a resident of New India Apts Sec 9 Rohini.I Have been using cable &setup box connection of local franchisee of HATHWAY.For the last two months or so,they have stopped telecast of NDTV NEWS CHANNELS as well as their other feeds like NDTV GOOD TIMES.The stock reply of the local franchisee is that Hathway agreement has not been renewed with NDTV.Now for last 3-4 weeks they have even removed TIMES NOW NEWS CHANNEL from setup box feeds.Is it justified &can they unilatrally debar their consumers like me from viewing such important news channels which we have been watching since long?I MAY REQUEST THAT MY COMPLAINT BE REGISTERED &HATHWAY ORDERED TO RESTORE NDTV &TIMES NOW CHANNELS IMMEDIATELY---R S MITTER

          The call centre for any technical or billing related assistance is the worst I have come across till date. Every call goes on till 15 mins and no one attends it. If someone finally attends the call they say taht they cant resolve the issue and transfer it to the other department!!
          Plus the internet is so slow and when I call the technical department they say its an issue with billing department as if they are totally 2 different entities and dont belong to the same company.

            ON NOV-DEC 2010 I TOOK AN INTERNET CONNECTION FROM HATHWAY,I WAS VERY PROMPT IN PAYING THE BILLS I WAS INITIALY STAYING IN FLAT NO 1 ,THE HARVEST ,ST ANTHONY ROAD, CHEMBUR, ON MAY 14 I CONTACTED YOUR AND HAD REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE CONNECTION TO A NEW ADDRESS,BUT A LADY TOLD U WILL HAVE TO TAKE A NEW CONEECTION ,IT WAS A SATURDAYBY 3 IN THE AFTERNOON 2 GUYS(ONE OF THEM IS THAHAZEEN) CAME OVER ,I GAVE A WRITTEN REQUEST TO TER MINATE THE CONNECTION ,AND AFTER 2 WEEKS I WAS GIVEN A NEW CONNECTION AT MY PRESENT ADDRESS FLAT NO 104,ANKUR APARTMENTS,KHARDEV NAGAR,CHEMBUR,BY END OF AUGUST I LOST THE CONNECTION DUE TO YOUR TECHNICAL ISSUES ,I THEN CONTACTED MR AVINASH IYER 2-3 TIMES HE HAD ASKED ME TO MAIL THE ISSUE TO [protected]@HATHWAY.NET(I M WRITING THE MAIL ID AS I DONT KNOW HIS NAME).EVEN AFTER NO MUCH IMPROVEMENT I WENT HATHWAY OFFICE I CONTACTED AVINASH,HE THEN ASKED ME TO MEET MS KAVITHA,WE HAD A TALK FOR 20 MIN APPROX,IN THE MEAN TIME I HAD GIVEN BACK YOUR MODEM EVRYTHING THAT I HAD.SHE THE N TOLD ME SHE WANTED BACK THE WIRE FROM THE OLD AND NEW BUILDING WHICH WAS TAKEN BACK LATER AND SHE HAD PROMISED TO GIVE A CHEQUE FOR RS1284/-BY OCT FIRST WEEK(WHICH I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE BY THE END OF THE MONTH MAY TODAY ITS NOV 6,SIR WITH ALL DUE RESPECT I AM ASKING FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY .I HAVE NEVER MADE ANY DELAY IN PAYING YOU THE MONEY WHENEVER YOU HAD ASKED.PLZ HELP ME.

              Dear Sir,

              I've taken a connection on 26th of September 2011 paying Rs. 1050/- and the bill was supposed to be generated between 1st and 5th of every month for the usage made in the previous month. I've attached the screenshot here which Hathway wants me to pay the unused usage amount in advance.

              There are no notification of bill payment, bill generation, service outage, service recovery. Whenever I would be in need of the connection for my office use in some really critical issues, the service would have been down already. In all these 20 days almost 6-7 days the service was down completely.

              Please do the needful.

                My Name is Vilesh Shah, I had buy Hathway broadband connection in feb 2010, in one week I didn't get speed which there promised, there network engineer come & conform the complaint. so I apply them for give me my money back, till that day, i had visited there office more than 50 time, also send notice but till a date no one replay or given satisfied answer, Even there are not given me the status of the my complaint so please do the need full for resolve my problem. I am waiting till more than 1.5 year for get back my money.

                  I have a broadband connection from Hathway Internet, mumbai. Everything was working fine till last Friday (14t Oct. 2011). The connection was lost all of sudden and then I launched a complaint with the call center. The lady on the other side tried to trouble shoot the issue but could not succeed. Then she gave me the complaint number[protected] and assured me that someone would attend the request within 24 Hrs.
                  I didnt get any resolution any call or no one had personally attended me at my place till date.
                  I tried calling the call center everyday, waited for long to get connected, couple of time the person on the other hand tried the same trouble shooting and ultimately answered me the same that my complaint would be taken care by the evening on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Monday one the support executive told me to call Mira Road office for futher details as he is not authorized to do anything (though he said that he is there to help me). Anyways, I didnt had internet and that was my complaint but he asked me to email hathway. Finally I got the numbers of Mira Road office, tried calling them the person on reception said he can only transfer my call but if those guys are not picking up the calls he is not responsible and then he asked me to visit personally taking leave from my work. I also tried to communicate with Hathway through emails but, unfortunately I got the same answer that my complaint had been forwarded to the technical department and I couldnt get any further assistance from them. I even tried calling the head office but again no response from there side. If I call the customer care I just get an answer that my complaint would be taken care till evening. My work is terrifically affected due to all this and I want someone to help me out.

                    Delay in cancellation of connection
                    I had taken Hathway Internet connection in the name of Sandeep Kumar Agrawal on some months ago at the below residence:
                    Tulip-A Wing-104, Jangid Enclave,
                    Kanakia Road,
                    Mira Road (East),
                    Mumbai - 400017.
                    My account number with hathway was: 705137.
                    I decided to cancel the connection and accordingly mailed them about it on 10th September2011.
                    Repeated calls to the helpdesk gave poor response and no satisfactory answer reagrding discontinue service.
                    i have not yet received any response from them on this matter.
                    I was not using their service since September 2011,so why they send me bill for the same.
                    Kindly initiate a complaint against them for not cancelling my account.

                      Since 30th Sep 2011 i.e. 20 days now there has been no Internet at home. Customer care number will never be picked up unless tried for 20 times a day. When picked up, you get only one answer 'your complaint has been taken, will get back' where as NO ONE EVER GETS BACK.
                      I have already paid for 4 months plan. The billing dept numbers and email id is a joke. No body is at other end to ever attend the call or email. They have no grievance number or email id to escalate the matter.

                      I don't know how to even reach these people to cut the connection.Don't know what it needs from me to start my internet back.

                        I am a customer of Hathway Cable Network, in Kothrud area of Pune City. Their service is unavailable due to strike at their end. We are not aware of what type of strike it is and what are their demands? The information about strike came to know when I contacted them about breakdown of the service. They are so indifferent that they have not bothered to inform about the strike to their customers. Are they planning to give any rebate in the monthly charges due to strike? At least they should restore the service immediately.

                          I have a Hathway Internet Connection at my Home with the plan of 256-512 kbps.Since last few days, the browsing speed of the connection was too much improper.I have complained many time against it.

                          My last complain was on[protected] and an engineer visited for solving the problem.The Downloading speed is proper, but other than www.google.com, all other sites are working very slow.My complaint was submitted with the form & the form number was 91204 and i was told that i will receive a call from company and my problem will get solved.

                          Neither i received any call nor my problem has been solved.Please Try to solve it as soon as possible.

                            I have selected a broadband internet plan 256kbps/1mbps day/night plan respectively.
                            Though I never get more than 256kbps during anytime of the day or night.
                            I have complained many times. There is NO solution to it.
                            The customers are being cheated.

                            The hathway broadband is very irregular in services and custemers are being cheated by them, my connection's pin was broken at 29/04/2012, we complained many times them but there were no responce for that, they wants money to repair that pin. we want justice.so we request you to solve our problem.

                              Very upset about commitments and misguidance received from hathway internet. I already explained you that though my current plan is of 512 kbps, it is not sufficient for me NOW as I am a web developer I need atleast 2mbps. This is my requirement for at present.

                              As per my previous complaint, i went to your kothrud's office at paramhans nagar at paud road. Basis on their guidance, first i cleared my bill and then i paid rs. 680 online to activate the new plan. The person at above mentioned office told me that your new plan will be started with effect from evening. Later on i called hathway billing department (approx at 05:04 p.m.), there was one madam who told that my connection will be upgraded to new plan i.e. To go-2-lite 2mbps plan. But after that when i called again between around 05:40-05:50 p.m. This time she told that the new plan will be activated with effect from 1 october. Now you guys please don't teach me about the official thing about billing cycle, i have to follow the rules blah blah blah. If this is so, then why did your person gave me wrong information?.

                                settop box is not coming

                                i had boutgh hathway settop box 6 months back ,c700N modle it was good still last week but its not coming and it showing 'inserted card is not a viewing card(2)" then where will i get this card 2 . and y should i hae to get it .

                                when i purchace i got only card ,and now it says 'inserted card is not a viewing card(2)" and no one is lift phone plz call me [protected]...

                                1. Hathway service is not good and internet speed is also very slow. Customer service center is also not good, If you call them then they will disconnect your call or not help you to solve your issue.

                                2. For post paid connection I getting bill before month end. for example Sept month(1 sept to 30 sept) bill i got on 8th sept and last date is 13th sept.

                                I kindly request you please lookinto and help me to solve above issues.

                                      Address: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

                                      Unable to see ESPN & STAR Sports Channel since last two months in Nanded City. I am requesting to local Cable Head office & my cable operator,but they are arrogantly refusing to start the 02 channels.
                                      Please kindly get this channel starts urgently.
