I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of hyderabad. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily thrice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

    I'm so much irritated with your CUSTOMER care promotional calls. I have shifted to Sainikpuri in Hyderabad where Hathway doesn't provide any service. Even after clearly mentioning the thing you people keeps on calling and messaging for a new connection.

    Stop this nonsense right now. Even after applying DND how the hell you guys are irritating CUSTOMERs in such a nonsense way.

      My hathway account no is [protected] and I request the company to disconnect my services immediately.I am not at all satisfied with ur service .i had connection few months back from that day on wards iam unable to use internet when ever i want to use it, customercare says network problem .hence i cant use the service.try to resolve my problem and make the disconnection immediately.And I also request the team to stop callling me again and again for renewal

        There seems to be no technical team.Lured into subscribing for one year plan .Highly disappointed as their service is worst ..Internet stops and because of this nothing can be done. Technical team closes ticket without resolution

          Dear Sir,

          I am a customer of Hathway, holding the Hathway account 12xxx1xx77. There is a security breach in my account. I have not initiated any request for mobile number change. But my mobile number has been CHANGED backend. I was receiving messages from Hathway on my correct mobile number 95xxxxxx07 till 2 days back. I took this connection with this number only. But when I checked with customer care today they said it has been changed to 95xxxxxx00. But how can this happen when I have not initiated and change in mobile number?

          Someone has wantedly change my number.
          I HAD RAISED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DEALER THROUGH WHOM I GOT THIS CONNECTION, SINCE HE HAS DEFRAUDED ME AND CHEATED MY MONEY. I SUSPECT THAT HE IS BEHIND THE CHANGE IN MOBILE NUMBER.

          I had taken this connection in September 2020. I had raised a complaint against the dealer (Mobile - [protected]) through whom I took this connection. He promised to recharge my account when it was due for renewal on 26.12.2020 and asked me transfer Rs. 2828 to his account, so that he would activate 4 months plan. But after I transferred the money to his account, he cheated me and activated a plan for 1 month initially. When I enquired him about this (Mobile - [protected]) he said that Hathway is a very bad brand and people at the backend are not properly educated about the plans. He said he had initiated for a recharge of Rs. 2828 (4 months plan), but because o[censored]nprofessional and uneducated staffs at the backend team, they had mistakenly done the recharge for 1 month plan.

          He said he is losing lot of money because of Hathway's uneducated and unprofessional backed team. He (Mobile - [protected]) said that he will get this corrected within a week or else refund from his own money. I was following him up continuously for about a week or so from December 2020, after which he changed the plan into the current bimonthly plan Rs. 1886.00 in January. This time also when I asked him (Mobile - [protected]) that I paid for 4 months plan but recharge is for 2 months only, he started again making complaints about Hathway and the backend team. Since then I have been following him up for 2 months and my plan has not changed till date and my money has also not been refunded. Today is the last date of my plan and hence to recharge through my app I tried to log in. But I could not login. It said, invalid mobile number. When I called the customer care, they said my number has been changed.
          THIS IS DEFINITELY BECAUSE OF THE DEALER (Mobile - [protected]). AS I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH RESOLVER, HE HAS CHANGED MY MOBILE NUMBER SO AS TO AVOID HATHWAY CALLING ME AND SPEAKING TO ME TO KNOW THE ACTUAL COMPLAINT.
          He is defrauding people like me and SPOILING THE IMAGE OF HATHWAY AMONG THE PUBLIC. When he is doing this to educated people like me, think about the uneducated public also.

          PLEASE TAKE STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUDULENT PERSON (Mobile - [protected]). I STRONGLY SUSPECT THE INVOLVEMENT OF THIS PERSON IN MY MOBILE NUMBER CHANGE AND HATHWAY SECURITY BREACH. When a customer has not requested for change in mobile number, how can this happen. If he is going to change mobile numbers in accounts like this, HOW IS HATHWAY'S SYSTEM SECURE? So if people like him can change the account information at their whims and fancies, how will the system function properly.

          I am very upset and strongly unhappy because of this. I work for the largest public sector bank of the nation and if this is the treatment to me, what will be the fate of other customers like me?

          I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST HIM (Mobile - [protected]) and against the people, who have helped him to change my number. I STRONGLY CONDEMN THIS ACTION AND REQUEST HATHWAY TO IMPROVE ITS SECURITY MECHANISM.

            Further to Hathway Broadband Service ticket #01032021M210880, I've attached receipts for Feb'21. Mar'21 and April'21 and bill for Feb'21 and Bank statement paid against monthly renewals for auto monthly renewals till outstanding amount accumulated. Totally I've Paid INR 2652 on 1st Feb'21 in which only INR 796 has been utilized for payment of Feb'21. So still INR 1856 of outstanding amount is remaining in my Hathway Broadband account.

            Unfortunately now my Hathway Broadband account is deactivated and no response from customer service. Also we don't have access to reach customer support directly.

            Since the phone network is too slow in my residential area, broadband is essential. Unfortunately hathway broadband frequent issues interrupting my official work and causing many problems. I'm extremely disappointed. Please renew my broadband account at earliest.

              Need your intervention and support. Recently I have opted for Hathway Broadband connection with 150 MBPS and my account number is [protected]

              I have connected Hathway Service Desk multiple time about the promised made during the activation. But they have failed to correct it

              So contacted escalation team and they have promised to extend by days by 5... From Hathway Marketing team, Account team, Service Desk, and Escalation team... all are well trained with give fake promise and to cheat consumers.

              Hi Team,

              I am deeply disappointed with your employees' commitment, false promises and services...in total, I have never seen so many disingenuous folks, in Marketing, Account, Tech Team etc... all in one roof. I have a strong reason to say so...

              In the month June 2020, last week, I had requested a call back for a new BB connection, by enrolling my mobile information on your website... But no response for almost 5 days or so, later I got a call from Mr. Mohanraj exactly in the first week of July 2020. At the same time, I have uploaded my details on your competitor website Actcorp, they have contacted me and provided the BB connection on the same day itself.

              ACT provided really good customer services, but their internet was not stable... Due to their good service... stuck with their BB connection for almost 7 month plus, but decided to end their connection and to switch to Hathway. Hence contacted your Point of contact Mr. Mohanraj and clearly mentioned my services to be activated on 2 Feb 2021

              But your Marketing and Tech team, due to month end closure have activated my BB connection on 30 Jan 2021 and promised to provide additional 3 days i.e. 2nd March will be mine next billing date.. During installation, one your tech you installed modem, I have updated that if there is any internet disconnection, it will be auto fixed, no need to log ticket.

              After the installation for a week, I was experiencing internet disconnection for 10 - 30 mins disconnection around 3 - 4 AM, based on your installation team's update... I didn't log any ticket, since it used to get autofixed, but on 13th Feb, there was internet disconnection from 3 AM and it was not getting fixed even after 30 mins... So I contacted helpdesk by email and phone and the ticket got closed stating its fixed, When I checked again around 2 PM or so.. No internet, so I logged another ticket, which got closed around 6 PM. Your Helpdesk promised to add 1 day extra for the inconvenience, but requested to contact next day to log the ticket. Which I did, but it was closed without any extension, in addition to that you have made my billing cycle to 28th Feb, which is absolutely not fair.

              Hence\, I contacted yesterday for the explanation, but your Account team said it's not possible, since your previous request got rejected. So requested to speak with your Supervisor or Manager. Agent promised Supervisor would call in 4 hours... Hence told to cancel my service and refund my router chargers. Agent agreed to take up my cancellation.

              Again after sometime, contacted for slow speed, the call mistakenly landed to the Account team, so asked the status for the previous session, but this new agent confirmed no cancellation request was initiated, only extension of days was documented.

              Reason for disconnection:

              * Fake promises by your marketing people to fulfill their target for the month (Promised 3 days, which was not honoured + No call back from your Supervisor too, as it was promised)
              * No confirmation call with consumer before closure of ticket (Feb 13th Ticket closed without resolving the issue, if it's resolved...why they need to log another one on the same day)
              * Not capturing the consumers request properly in the ticket (Requested for cancellation, but logged as days extension on 25th Feb)
              * Misleading of consumer (Feb 13th, first agent requested to call back, once issue got fixed permanently to extend 1 day to my billing cycle)

              Note: Please check all your call recordings with respect to help desk conversation.

              Hence sharing my frastruation and request for disconnection of BB services by 28th Feb 2021 via Email, since I don't rely on your support teams documentation.

              I have attached a couple of screenshots for your reference.

              But my connection got deactivated, stating service is over ...unable to reach your customer service folks via call too
              I will upload all these email chains in a public forum... how your service is really sucks.

                The exorbitant number of calls, with each employee literally yelling to recharge my Hathway connection has got on my nerves. I even had my number changed in the system but it keeps calling my old number which is now with my elderly parents. I cannot withstand anything of this sort with my parents. Just wanted to let Hathway team know before I officially reach the court. If you can stop these calls, I may not go otherwise you haven't left me with any option.

                  27th Feb 2021 Account id [protected]. I have taken the connection around June 2019 and terminated on 20th Feb and surrendered the modem also. After repeat mail they are saving me the refund of security deposit will be only if you are in network for 3 years.

                  This was not said during installation time.

                    I am a 18 yr old hathway clients.My userid is [protected].
                    I made renewal payment for 14 months on 5 Jan 2021 as per their neft detaiols.Inspite of sveral reminders they are not crediting me gst credit to my company account even though they have my gst no since June 2017.
                    I have registerd the same via otp on their portal on 29 Jan 2021 but still they are not crediting saying they donot have my gst no!

                    If they donot have gst no, how come we got payment of gst credit in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020?

                    I urgent need my gst in credit for payment made 5 Jan 2021

                        I have discontinued the Hathway broadband but still I m getting call daily which is mentally torturing. I requested them many times to remove my number but they didn't. Kindly help me.

                          I have disconnected hathway broadband. I had a prepaid connection and stopped renewing, but I am still getting calls and sms to renew the same. Have told customer support, multiple times to stop calling but to no avail. Getting daily 5-6 calls. Please stop this harassment.

                                On 7th Jan I bought 50 MBPS for 6 + 2 months package for 4436 with Static IP address for Rs.708.
                                For which they activated only 3 months package saying the package isn't available in my area.

                                For which I asked refund and they agreed to pay me the same. Till now I only got refund of Rs.708 and I haven't yet received the other Rs.4436 refund yet.

                                It has been more than 2 months and on every coordination on Twitter and mail. I am getting only one reply. "We are working on the solution"

                                What the hell is going on? And when am I getting my refund?

                                    I enrolled for a 9 months service of 50 mbps with Hathway, starting 1st Feb 2021. Since 21 days now, i am constantly facing internet issues. The representative told me that Hathway don't have infrastructure to provide constant 50 mbps speed which was promised to me. 99% of the time, the speed is not more than 5mpbs. I told if that was a case, they should have not plans for 50 mbps. I told anyways, let me take another internet service provider. The representative told they cannot refund the money even though i understand we are unable to provide you speed of 50 mbps.

                                      I recently disconnected the hathway broadband services and cleared all dues..on daily basis I am getting call from spam numbers asking, requesting, abusing me to renew the account. I tried even to contact nodal officer but they are always unreachable...please save me from this mental harassment...recently I was in a meeting with my investor and I am got this scam call I ended up in loosing my investments...
