I am an existing customer of Hathway Broadband in Bangalore and My Account No is [protected]. After subscription within a few days I am facing very slow internet speed. Actually I took 6 months plan with 150 Mbps But to download 20 MB data it takes 30 minutes.

There is proper customer care team to resolve the technical issues.it is fraud broadband service, looting our money and time.

I feel it is waste of money to subscribe Hathway broadband and we lose our peace of mind. Please don't go for Hathway broadband and I will never Hathway for anyone.

Also the bad thing there is no refund if we are not satisfied with their service.

    I have a fiber connection which I bought recently. The installation was done and within few days, the router refuses to start. Hathway customer care says will be resolved today but no one came to my address to replace the router.

      I have discontinued services of Hathway Broadband. I even talked to customer care and returned their MODEM.
      Stil I am getting daily calls from Hathway to renew the account.
      Hathway is mentally Harrasing me on daily basis.
      Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

          After removing Hathway connection in lockdown, we paid fine of 2500 for not being able to return modem device. However, yet they are calling two times a day asking to return the device.

              I renewed the internet connection provided by Hathway Broadband Internet by Rs 512/- on 17th Jan 2021. After that, I was not able to browse the internet. So, I raise a complaint on 18th Jan. Then I got a call back from Hathway technical team and they said they are not providing internet in that area i.e where I am living, and said their billing team will contact and start the refund process.

              After many days no one contacted by their billing team. I call to their customer care and ask for a refund then they replied their person will come and collect the router and assured me I will get a refund in 15 working days. After the completion of 15 working days, no one came.

              My pack Rs 512/- was valid from 17th Jan 2021 to 16th Feb 2021. Now my pack is expired but no response from Hathway. And now even I am not able to contact customer care. And my complaint was automatically got closed in the dashboard as my pack was expired.

              I also emailed the query to [protected]@hathway.net. This email id I got from customer care.

              Their marketing team called me in Dec and asked me to pay Rs 425 to avoid disconnection. And I also paid that, So that I didn't face the issue of disconnection. And that didn't happen as they mention.

              I am attaching the screenshot of the email that I sent, the bill as shown in the dashboard, Usage reports, and complaint requests.

                  I have paid for 3 month Hathway broadband subscription on 8th Feb, 2021 . They installed the device on the same day as my building already has fisibility. My account number is [[protected]]. They said it will be activated in 24 hrs. It was not. I called them and they called me to activate on 11th Feb, 2021 . They said it was activated . I clearly told them that internet light is not blinking and you can't say it is activated. They asked to reset the device and they will call later. But I haven't received any call . I kept calling daily . But no update . The incidents were closed without update. I even posted in twitter and facebook, they really don't care. They are just using customers money and patience most filthy internet service I had ever come across. I wanted to file proceed legally against this fraud activities. Pls help.

                    I am getting 3 calls everyday from the Hathway for renewal the plan, I didn't fond any option in the Hathway app to submit the request for returning the router, so I was penalized for 2 months as I was not using it due to their waste service and network in my area.
                    I was very disappointed with the way Hathway handle customers requests and tickets, so decided to stop using it.
                    I got a call on yesterday[protected] regarding the return of the router with a penalty of 2 months for Rs400.
                    They said once i pay the penalty charges she will raise a ticket and send the executives to take back the router, she has not even shared the ticket number with me for the request, and said it takes 48hrs to resolve, and told not to worry on it.
                    though i have paid the penalty for returning the router as well, now that I am waiting and calling her, she has switched off the mobile and not responding.
                    I am in a worry that this penalty charges will again reflect in upcoming month stating I haven't returned the router.
                    Whose fault should it be considered, i am in no plan to continue with Hathway services, and won't pay any penalty charges again for their fault.

                    Looking forward to get the issue resolve soon.
                    The Hathway executives are not even bothered about this

                    I want my money back for cheating me in the name of penalty charges and not sharing me with the details of the penalty invoice.
                    The invoice which i recieved was stating (ISP)subscription charges, that means they have again activated my account ignoring the fact that i am not interested in Hathway services again.
                    This is completely the case of fraud from Hathway service provider.

                        Unnecessary calling to my mobile daily for subscription . Do not disturb. I already submitted Hathway router modem before 10 months why u are harrasing people who do not want subscribe.

                        Hathway will give the customer's list to third party vendors they don't even care what you are saying they don't even update the list even you give them reason, they just keep calling on. India don't have robust consumer laws or GDPR that is why these filthy games are going on.

                              I got email to submit device, Even i sent email that will reuse service and in calls also informed Same.

                              Back ground, I have been using service 6+years and due to Covid-19 Pandmic, we are out of city, hence I said will reuse service once we are back to city in all calls and email also sent to hydbilling and no response for that, Now I got email to submit device urgently and I have replied to emails with all details few clarifications that 1)why should I return device, if we got free to use with initial package.
                              2) We are planning back to city in Feb-21 so whether i can re-use service or Submit device .

                                I returned router last month and still getting daily 3-4 calls for renewal of account. Today got a call from one of your executive, he is asking for acknowledgement of receipt of router. You people take router and you ask about acknowledgement. Acknowledgement is needed to provided by you. Please respect personal lives of people. This is nothing but harassment. Please stop this harassment and do not indulge in anti-consumer practices.

                                  Iam from hyderbad.
                                  I have disconnected my hathway connection six months back. And after 4months i received a call from hathway stating that i have to return my wifi router. As it was in covid time i was in my hometown so i told please collect the router after 1week and i did not hear from them after that.
                                  And again after two months they have called and asking me to return wifi router along with the penalty and threatening me like if i dont pay the penalty i have to face legal issues from them.
                                  I asked them to come and collect the router but now they are saying that they wont collect the router unless i pay the penalty and they will charge the rent for the router untill i return the router.
                                  I dont understand why the service provider is not collecting the router on time and charing penalty over the customer and also threatening me with legal isuues.
                                  Please provide the solutiom for this issue. What should i do now?

                                    I have contacted Hathaway broadband connection, the sales representative has called me and said the connection is available in our area and asked me to pay for 3 months of 2829.0 rupees and i paid.
                                    The cabling team has contacted me and said there is no service in our area and the hence the refund will be processed but i have no mail or sms from Hathway that my refund has been initiated.
                                    I tried to contact customer support but there is no way we can speak with them about the issue, i wrote an email which they did not respond yet, i tried to contact the sales representative who asked me to pay she was not answering my calls or messages, please let me know how can we get the refund

                                        I disconnected Hathway service... But they sending messages (as "just pay Rs.471 this offer END TODAY and so on...) daily to my mobile number. Lot of time I informed about this issue... But result is nothing... They are simply telling " why calling daily, it is just an. you ignore it"...
