I am getting 3 calls everyday from the Hathway for renewal the plan, I didn't fond any option in the Hathway app to submit the request for returning the router, so I was penalized for 2 months as I was not using it due to their waste service and network in my area.
I was very disappointed with the way Hathway handle customers requests and tickets, so decided to stop using it.
I got a call on yesterday[protected] regarding the return of the router with a penalty of 2 months for Rs400.
They said once i pay the penalty charges she will raise a ticket and send the executives to take back the router, she has not even shared the ticket number with me for the request, and said it takes 48hrs to resolve, and told not to worry on it.
though i have paid the penalty for returning the router as well, now that I am waiting and calling her, she has switched off the mobile and not responding.
I am in a worry that this penalty charges will again reflect in upcoming month stating I haven't returned the router.
Whose fault should it be considered, i am in no plan to continue with Hathway services, and won't pay any penalty charges again for their fault.
Looking forward to get the issue resolve soon.
The Hathway executives are not even bothered about this
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have even wrote an email regarding my complaint to Hathwayhelpdesk as well.

I want my money back for cheating me in the name of penalty charges and not sharing me with the details of the penalty invoice.
The invoice which i recieved was stating (ISP)subscription charges, that means they have again activated my account ignoring the fact that i am not interested in Hathway services again.
This is completely the case of fraud from Hathway service provider.
