Hi, I had paid Rs. 3000 to one of the GTPL agent on 20th March for 6 month broadband prepaid plan (User ID : BB[protected]). But as per his promise this connection was not setup with in 2-3 days. so I cancelled this connection and requested for refund. but after frequent followups my refund was not processed. so I decided to go with same after 2 months (30th May 2020) but again installation team was not able to setup internet to my home due to some technical problem. So again I cancelled this connection but still waiting my refund. In between when I was checked with local GTPL representative, He informed me my broadband account was showing active and continuous download sessions are observed. again I informed same to GTPL Customer care but received same message, 'Your complain is under process and we will try to resolve it
as early as possible. ' even after 12 months I have not received my refund and not aware who was used my account. GTPL has not taken any action against him and not refunded my Rs. 3000 amount.
They have raised ticket[protected] against this but still not issued refund.

      I have asked Hathway to terminate my account multiple times over the last year.
      I have moved to a different city and I don't want their services.
      I have paid the device lost charges and lending due.
      Total Amount: Rs. 2500/-
      They called me the next day to verify it and I said yes terminate the account.
      After a week they are asking again to show proof of payment.
      I gave them Hathway account id and transaction id of the payment.
      Are Hathway that stupid that they can't open my account id in their system and see the payment has been made?

      Terminate my account i dont want your services.

        I've been installed Hathway broadband, from the day 1, there are been issues in the internet and there is no network at all till date, I've faced a lot of problems, all my works are incomplete due to the network outbreak

          Used hathway internet as prepaid more than 3 yrs and due to covid we have vacated our rented house in hyderabad and moved to hometown by the time we have 3+months net connection but as i moving from rented house taken modem with me and after active months are over for internet keep getting calls for activation then i said can't take right now but when offices are opened and when we back to hyderabad will reactivate it and even provided my address to return the modem but they are talking very unprofessional over phone from hathway team and initiated the penalized amount of 3500rs.
          Hatway team is harrasing the customers without hearing what customer is saying in the current covid condition.

          still getting calls from Hathway and keep asking for payments when there is no active connection and initiated a payment of 4500. what we have to do in these conditions and they are not listening for to us and also charged and paid around 500 rs for not to disturb.

            Hathway is contacting again and again even after disconnection and return of device to renew the account. I have asked multiple times to remove my number from the calling list. But they are making calls atleast 1 in a day.

              My name is Ratneswar Mondal, I am a customer of gtpl kcbpl. My User name-gcn_dcn_ratneswar, my account is restricted.That means I can't recharge online even if I want to, I have called the local cable operator. The local cable operator says you need to recharge from us.And I have jaguar plan and jaguar plan price is Rs-585 but local cable operator wants Rs- 600 I have called customer care but customer is not helping me And I have already called the National Consumer Helpline to complain about this my docket/complain no is-2597856
              I don't want anything more, and local cable operator doesn't provide any support

                    I made bill payment foe my 2 tvs in the morning. Service is not provided even after complaining several times and giving transaction details. The customer service person just keeps repeating complaint in progress.

                        Disconnect My account immediately. My account no.[protected].
                        I have informed your executive more than 200 times to disconnect take their router to refund my money. At last 1 executive informed to raise an request in app. But no option in app for disconnection.
                        Daily hathway people calling me 10 times atleast but none has been raised an ticket to disconnect.

                          સાહેબ મેં 11-02-21 નાં રોજ GTPL કનેક્શન લીધું ત્યારે આપનો સ્ટાફ રાઉટર મૂકી ચાલ્યો ગયો તે સમયે મેં એમને રિકવેસ્ટ કરી કે મારા PC માં ચાલુ કરી બતાવશો પ્લીઝ તો કહે હજુ નેટ આવતા વાર લાગશે અને તેના માટે બીજો સ્ટાફ આવી ચાલુ કરી આપશે.
                          તો ત્યાર પછી કોઈ સ્ટાફ આવ્યા નથી આ અંગે મેં જેને પૈસા આપ્યા તે ભાઈ ને
                          અવાર નવાર ફોન કરું છું તો પહેલા તો ઉડાઉ જવાબો આપતા કે માણસ મોકલું છું, વાત થઈ ગઈ છે માણસ આવશે પરંતુ આજે 22 દિવસ થયા કોઈ સ્ટાફ કે એજન્ટ આવ્યા નથી અને હવે એજન્ટ ફોન પણ ઉપાડતા નથી .

                          ત્યારબાદ મેં એક મિત્ર પાસે થી આપનો હેલ્પલાઇન નમ્બર મેળવ્યો ત્યાં પણ મેં
                          02-03-21 ના કમ્પ્લેઇન લખાવી છે હજુ સુધી કોઈ સોલ્યુશન આવેલ નથી

                            When giving a new connection they asked a amount of 1500 and said they will refund the money once the connection is cancelled but they didn't give any money and just they don't pick up our calls

                              I am Neeru Mehta R/o GG-2/71-C vikaspuri New Delhi had installed internet connection on 16th Feb 2021 and paid a sum of Rs, 2120/- advance for 3 month for a speed of 50mbps. But after installation i found that the speed of internet was very slow and i started complaint on regulars basis but not any representative has respond and no any complaint has been attended.

                              On 19th Feb 2021 had applied for disconnection of internet and demand for refund of Rs, 2120/- by sending the mail to the helpdeskhathway.com and giving regular reminder but no any mail response and call has been received.

                              So we request you to take the legal action with the hathway company to help for refund of my money

                                I had took internet connection from hathway on 16th Feb 2021 for 50mbps plan but after installation the speed was so slow and i star complaining regularly but no complant has been attended. On 19th Feb i send the mail to disconnect my connection and to refund my deposit id rs. 2120/- and start reminder regularly but no reply has been made till date.

                                So I am complaining to consumer complaint cell to take the initiative to made my refund back and took legal action against the company

                                    I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocation.
                                    I returned the router as well. Still I get calls on daily stating they have offers for broadband. How to stop this call? It's been over 4 months (October 2020) that I disconnected the service. I mailed Customer care but no result from them. Can you please help.

                                    Hello, the issue is not resolved yet, I am still getting calls. Very annoying. I think opting to Hathway is the biggest mistake.

                                      My hathway account no is [protected] and i request the company to disconnect my services immediately.i had informed on call many times to take the modem but no one has come to collect the modem.i send u this mail so that im not billed unnecessarily by hathway.as i have stopped using the net connection already

                                        1. The renewal team promised 1 year plan @4436 I hv recording with me.

                                        2. Upon complaint they mentioned that they can give for 9 months with 1200 gb per month. But still 220 gb reflecting and not 1200 gb.

                                        3. Poor and unstable network speed, plan is 50 mbps, but I get 4 mbps to 27mbps.

                                        4. I wrote a mail to [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net

                                        But still no resolution
