Hi, We are facing lot of connectivity issues for the area NTR Nagar, Jagadgiriguuta. We see daily we have to raise tickets for not able to browse. We have work from home and this is the condition where we are unable to work with daily issues. Even we raise tickets, there is no proper service provided. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Hathway broadband is worst broadband service, They hangup the call on face without even listening the customers. They are not taken up the issue seriously and not respond properly also.

I ordered internet on 9th February 2021 and I was promised to have Internet installed the same day or yesterday. However no installation person called me till now.

When I called Hathway care, I was informed that it stated no Internet availability against my account. But the technician did not consult with me or initiate me before keeping the status as no Internet availability
But the sales person informed the availability is there.

There is a way to have Internet installed in my place. I would like to have the technician call me the earliest.

I cancelled subscription before 1 year with hathway due to their poor service and worst customer service and returned back modem immediately after cancellation. I kept receiving calls from them to renewal and I said to them many times I’ve cancelled and returned but they hung up and call back next day. They have no purpose but just to cause trouble for no reason. I’ve raised tickets also but no use... such a worst customer care from hathway... will surely lodge and case with police very soon if this doesn’t end here.

I am not staying at the location where my Hathway Internet is fixed. When I go there, I use to recharge. But for last 1 week, payments team is calling me continuously for recharge. I have explained them, when required I myself will recharge, please don't call and irritate me. Still waking up with their call and till 9 or 10pm also getting Hathway calls. They are Harassing me for recharge. Tried to terminate my account, customer care contact personal is not available. From February 3rd my device is totally off.

I hv started using gtpl broadband in mid of 2020 due to ongoing pandemic,
But it shows no internet connection most of the time, i'hv filled complaints dozem of times ...but every time got the same answer will check it nd resolve your problem. Connection starts after filling a complain just for a day or 2... Nd booom no internet access ...
Tired of this.. had to sit on terrace to take a lecture.😔😔😔

I have been receiving calls and emails from Hathway for the past few months for submitting the device. I never raised a request for disconnecting the network. I am out of station since the pandemic struck and there is no point in renewing the pack when there is no usage. Threatening customers with legal actions is highly exploitative and unprofessional.

I called service desk/customer care, informed that I am relocating to another city and collect the device, they said okay and technician will come and collect it in 3 days and they asked me to guide them to collect it as i will be in another town by that time. It has been around 3 months, now they are calling and asking about the device, and pay penality for not handing it over to them.
Here the mistake is from there side they did not came and collected..

Now they are saying I have not registered any request so I have to pay money.

Normally this has to be done by the service desk team when I called them.

They have all the data that what I mentioned them in that call, only thing they are saying is that the request has to be created by me, but they are not answering about why the service desk not created it when I informed. The same service desk raised requests when I faced issues and they not even guided me.

So due to this now they are asking me pay penality

I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of chennai. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer

My hathway broadband account - [protected], I was using hathway broadband for 6 months during lockdown(March to Oct 2020), then i had to shift house. When i informed them to collect the modem, nobody turned up for almost a month. So i left the modem at the old house when vacating in hope someone would come and pick it up.But after 2 months the house was locked and the owner is now out of station. Now im getting calls/mails from hathway to...

So mANY TIMEs I informed to cancel the hathway account to the CUSTOMER team, everyday 3-4 times they keep on call and irritate the client. Don't we have any other work, Also a CUSTOMER support girl holding [protected] speaks like a ###, thinking as though she owns the company. Such a worst CUSTOMER service who keeps irritating the client like anything..

From past two months i am getting calls from ur tele callers i have told so many members even the guys who called from Mumbai also but they won't understand the problem... Please stop calling me. I am very much irritated by ur tele callers. So, kindly remove my Number and account. Already taken the modem and stuff from my home... I hope this message will get to the higher authority of hatchway broadband Hyderabad.

I took connection on 8th feb the sales person promised that he will provide connection within 2hrs and he explained the package he said it is fully unlimeted pack, I paid the amount of 1767 from the hathway link provided, there after its 10th today still my account is not activated, when I call the sales man he says he doesn't know anything his business is to just get new connections. and there is no proper customer care number in google there is one number starting with 1800 when I call that number the auto recorded voice play and then automatically call get disconnected. the sales man doesn't respond the company doesn't reply to the mails, I am supposed to get a verification call in order to get my connection activated I got called yesterday he explained me the package which I took he mentioned that the package which I took was not unlimited it is limited to 20GB daily. This is how sales man are fooling common people in order to get there work done. I have nothing to do now the sales man is not responding and at hathway mail id even they are not replying. I want to ask refund but I have no option to contact them

I have disconnected the Hathway modem 1 YEAR AGO - and to date I still receive 3-4 calls every single day from your service. I DEMAND TO UNSUBSCRIBE AND FOR YOU TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR LIST IMMEDIATELY.

I am receiving messages from hathway daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my account in the last year and daily I am receiving messages and calls now on broadband. This is so annoying.
Kindly stop sending messages and calls to my personal number.

As I want to discontinue my services with Hathway broadband. I asked them to disconnect my services through a call and collect modem, but no one came to collect modem.

As I am about leave this town, request you to please collect modem so that we can avoid necessary confusions

The set top box which i have doesno carries nuid no and the problem is that it is not working properly plz visit our place n chechk or change our set top box after it starts pressing any button turns it off

I want to disconnect my Hathway internet, I have requested multiple times to disconnect the service. Still am getting 10 calls every day.

I am Posting this complaint in a row of second day. Today I received call about activation but at that time there is a power cut in my area so the person told me he will call me back after 50 mins but haven't received any call. I doubt Hathway people intentionally calling me when there is a power cut because installation also done when there is a power cut so I couldn't able to check the wifi option now I am not getting this router name in my wifi list. Same thing happening with activation also. Hathway provided number for Hyderabad location, will it ever work? How many time I called, some one will pick but no response but case is not same with another locations. Hyderabad Hathway people please respond, your services are worst. Please let me know whether you guys can activate my account or not. If not please refund my money don't try to give false hopes to people.

It's been more than 6 months I have stopped using Hathway broadband services due to poor services, they have successfully their broadband device as well. Still I get calls to recharge my services daily. And they abuse me for not returning their device which is not true. Choosing Hathway was biggest mistake of my life. I am looking forward to file police complaint if this is not resolved
