Activating DND

I have moved out of the Hyderabad in 2020, and requested hathway members to come and collect the router but none of them showed up upon reminding them upon several times. I have moved out of the city and they have started calling and texting me continuously despite of telling them several times. Recently one of the tele executive asked me to pay the bill and put my account of DND(Do not Disturb) list. Despite of their mistake of not coming...

I have made payment 1770 and taken new connection on 4th but still now my account is not activated. I have made several calls to customer care but no response every time it is showing like wait for 24 hours.my account [protected]. I never see this type of worst service.

    I made payment for registration on 05th feb and installation was done on 06th feb. The guy who came for installation promises it will start working the same day. However it didn't. The manager promised that will be done by 10am next morning, still no results.. These guyz have been giving new timeline with every call and after a point of time everyone stops picking the call. The problem isn't they aren't installing the main problem is you guyz aren't able to communicate a proper date, there is no respect for other persons time or commitments.. ... I am writing this on 07th feb 10 pm the manager has stopped answering or replying to text, I have opened 2 customer complaints but to no avail.. If the before sales services are so pathetic then I can imagine your after sales services.

      I took Hathway broadband connection yesterday and the person who installed told me I will receive call with in 3 hours from customer care. But I haven't received any call. I raised a request for activation myself but didn't get any response. I called to the sales person who initiated the process he asked me to send him the photo of my router and then he said he raised a request and it will get activated after 4 hours. But same story repeat now. Now the sales person avoiding my calls and I don't know where to ask for refund. Hathway services are really worst they didn't provide any option for refund in their mobile app or website and they are not even responding for my mails. I have no clue what to do now.

        Having experienced once on being deceived of not refunding the amount on return of modem, I have retained the modem.
        I am getting calls for the same.

        I wish to know why Hathway has been doing this. What is the actual idea behind promising the customer that you will pay for the modem later but return it now... When I have been a victim of the similar kind.

        So please stop calling me in this regard or make the payment and take back the modem.

        My number may be put under DND. Complaint will be made if any further calls are received in this regard.

          They are the worst service providers . I paid money for 150mbps speed and not even getting 50mbps . I have raised tickets and called customer care but they are not responding with solution. Not reachable to anyone. They don’t even have proper office . They are frauds, making money but not responding to issues. This kind of services should be banned as many people are troubling due to their frauds. You can go through reviews in Twitter, mouth shut, any website. They are the worst

          The worst part in any service is not responding to people. I have raised many tickets till now no resolution they are closing without out consent. Every time telling that they will send technician later they don’t even make sound and closes issue. Much frustated when loading even after paying money for 150mbps speed

            Fiber Connection setup got delayed by 1 and half month thou money 8000 rupees was taken at the very first day. After that there was demand to wait for 15 to 30 days with low speed broadband connection till they setup their hardware in the area and the demand of the days kept extending and it took them over 1 and half months to finally give fiber connectivity. At the beginning I demanded a clean refund but they said once the fiber connection is done the the date of the connection will start from that very day as I was paying them for 100MBPS Fiber connection latter they started making excuses and clearly denied extending the no of months. Names and email discussions are attached in the Photos. And after the connection is done now I'm seeing multiple times the fiber connection getting dropped. For which they clearly said as its a separate line there will be least issues as faced in normal broadband plans. Clearly it's a case of misconduct and misleading the customers just to grab money.

              I have taken a plan for 50 MPBS from Hathway broadband, but i am not even getting 6-7 MPBS also . I have raise a service ticket for 7 to 8 times but still they are not even calling me and closing the ticket directly.

                I have paid shifting charges on dt.01.01.2021 1 month allready gone but my conection has been not shifted or i have been so far your internet broad band service. my new address is new building so there is no conection in my building company technical person said that we have to arrange new cable line from other building so requirement of new cable my cable is fiber cable, after paid charges first 15 days not fiber cable in your company but now till this moment connection not start the work by company done is only 1 new cable lifte from my home to tarace i request you please clear my complaint as soon as possible

                  Internet got disconnect suddenly on 29th Jan 2021, and is not yet restored till date 4th Feb 2021. I have followed all their instructions and they promised resolution within 48 hrs. My customer complaint no. is 8202147. They had promised unlimited high speed internet, but what is the bloody use if I get no connection. I had asked them what was the daily upload/download limit, and they asserted it was unlimited, but here I am without net losing work on account of non service. Resolve the issue or refund me my money NOW.

                  Followed up repeatedly on their helpline. Finally two personnel came and then eventually the same day error was resolved (12 days after the reported problem). Turns out there was some 'fault' in the fibre connection downstream, however others adjacent to us faced no issue whatsoever. Whatever the case may be, they were helpful and got the problem taken care of. I thank them for the effort.

                            I have paid deposit for home internet service installation in March-20. This service was not started by GTPL.

                            Deposit money was not returned and support desk is not responding to my email request.

                              I need a refund of INR 1800. I made a payment of INR 1800 for four monthly plan at Hathway site on 20rd Nov 2020, for renewal of my Internet connection. They said they will come to install in 2 days and that the router and modem devices are free (work order number[protected]W403015). For the next 4 days nobody responded for connection. I called the hathway customer care executive and I was informed that there is no port availability in my area and refund will be issued.
                              I submitted my complaint on 23/11/2020 to Hathway and they responded that my refund will be generated within 45 days from the date I lodge my complaint. Since then there is no response from Hathway. All the concerned people I was contacted by are neither responding on call or text msgs.
                              I have called customer care executives multiple times and in response they always ask for another 48 hours. However no executive has ever responded after taking even a week's time.
                              Now after 2 months they are asking me to return the modem of their previous connection which I had returned in 2017. At the time of installation both router and modem devices were free. Now they are asking me to show a 3 years old receipt else they would not generate a refund from their end.
                              Kindly look into the matter as it has been more than 70 days. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.
