      I took a broadband connection from hathway internet from 2019 August to 2020 July in Banglore. Since then i have moved out of Banglore and to Jaipur.
      I get calls everyday from their salesperson to get a broadband connection, and everytime I have told them it is not possible. They still call everyday. Please help. Just get them to stop calling me.
      I am going through lot of things here, and these calls are just irritating and leading to a mental stress.

        I am Pratima. I paid for hathway for three months connection. They set up the connection. However, the router is not showing up in the laptop. They are not answering my call now. Sometimes when he answers he says he is coming in an hour. After an hour he sets up engaging tone for his mobile. Too cunning and smart. I want connection immediately.

          I got a call from renewal team to renew my hathway plan .
          She asked me renew as the subscription was expired a day before on 25th December 2020.
          She gave me a Renew plan of 6month+4months free i.e10 months for 4365 .
          After that I renewed the plan on the hathway portal it is saying 6 months .
          None of the team members are able to help .
          I also have phone call recording with the renewal agent .
          And even after multiple follow ups it is not reflecting the correct plan of 10 months.
          Also I was offered 500gb data usage each month but it shows 220gb data usage.
          This is a case of fraud and cheating.

            I used the Hathway broadband [prepaid] Account.no- [protected] in the year of 2014-15 in hyderabad then I shifted to my home town but they are calling and blackmailing me for not returning the modem and router as I was not informed to return the item to them though I paid around Rs 2825/- for not returning and they told everything is sorted out ur account is closed do not worry about it but they are still calling and saying that we are calling from Mumbai will take legal action if you didn't pay the amount. I was mentally disturbed for those call not able to sleep properly. Please help me out with the problem.

              I Have Put Several Requests To Deactivate My Hathway Broadband Account. They Always Say That I Will Get A Sms Shortly With My Request Number But That Never Happens.
              Also I Am Getting Harrased By Their Team Calling Me Minimum 15 Times A Day, Asking To Renew My Account. I Am Ready To Return The Router As Well But Nobody Calls Me Back Regarding That.
              I Want My Account To Be Deactivated And Stop The Unwanted Account Renewal Calls.

                In Mar 2020, I have chosen the Hathway service from a local provider at Hyderabad (Malkajgiri) for prepaid plan of 6 months subscription. Due to Corona, I have shifted to hometown (Kottayam) Kerala in Jun 2020 and the plan expired by Sep 2020.

                Thereafter, I used to get the calls and messages from their customer executive about the renewal / extension. For the initial few calls, I have explained them the situation and said...

                I have cancelled the internet and moved out of the location but still am getting calls from hathway to renew the services. The account number is [protected], Am getting lots of calls and messages from them. Its really frustrating. Please remove my number [protected]

                  Hi Team,
                  I Ankit Thakur user of Hathway broadband my old A/C I'd:- [protected] and new one A/C I'd:- [protected]. Actually I relocated from my old address but the sales person told me that your old plan or A/c I'd not relocated. So I will brought a new plan. Now on 17th Jan my new a/c I'd plan was expired due to this reason I got a popup that recharged your plan at that meanwhile I have received a call from Hathway customer care executive they told me that to recharged your old a/c I'd and we will activate your old a/c and transfer that old device and plan. Now my both I'd plan was expired while complaining against this issue they told me that we will transfer this amount ₹1910.00 to your new a/c I'd. Last day on 17th Jan 21 my new a/c I'd plan was expired but still my recharge not showing in my plan. After complaining many thimes they deactivate my new plan A/c I'd:-[protected] and activate my old I'd:-
                  Also I have share the payment receipt of my old a/c I'd:-[protected] but as a demo plan now after every two days my plan deactivate while complaining against this issue no one can pickup the phone aur answer my messages.
                  I just want either transfer my amount or permanently activate my a/c I'd which is [protected].
                  I have mentally tortured with the behaviour of Hathway Broadband Service Providers.

                  So my humble request to you please see this metter seriously and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      During the new connection, 2 of the executives from madipakkam chennai branch (Jai balan, Pandiyarajan) reached me and offer cashback once payment is done. They reached me till given new connection. Post connection, they are not get back for cashback and not even picking my call. When i reach customer care, no response, when i reach appellate, no response..Still complaint request mail is pending and not addressed.

                        My Hathway account number: [protected]. I have shifted my house to a new location and lost hathway modem while shifting. But daily harassing calls and prank calls are coming from different mobile numbers of Hathaway customer service people to reactivate my account. Finally some executive told that I have to pay rs 2500 if have lost the modem. Its high time and I am ready to pay the fine amount to avoid those harassing call from hathway customer executives. pl send me the link or account number to which I have to pay the said amount.

                          I applied for a connection on 7th January and paid 3999 Rs online on the GTPL website portal. After the money was submitted gtpl refused to install the connection by saying that the service is not feasible in your area. I asked for refund and they said to mail them on there customer support mail id. I mailed them multiple times with the payslip, also tried tagging them multiple time on Twitter Linkedin but still they kept replying that the refund is in process but I have not yet received any refund from them. I feel cheated. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                            Dear Sir,

                            My GTPL Broad band ID is jc0064, and registered number is [protected].

                            My GTPL braodband is totally dead since 09/11/2020. Almost 75 days now. I have sent 100s of mails to [protected]@gtpl.net, their online complaint mail system. Also inform so many persons Including their sales executive in my area. But till today Noboday has even came to check the issue here. I assume some wiring or line cutting issue but no body even bother to reply what is going on. every time thay raise a ticket and next day ticket status shows that ticket is resolved but actually nobody visited my residance to check the issue till date.

                            I request GTPL to either solve the probelm or refund my full amount to me. My GTPL Broad band ID is jc0064. I am from Ahmedabad.

                              I have submitted the Hathway router 2 years back. Asked them to close my account & not call me anymore. I still receive SMS to renew my account & sales people call on mobile everyday. I have also opted for account cancellation on IVR Hathway number. But Hathway is still sending SMS's everyday & making calls on my number. Can Hathway please permanently delete my number form their database & STOP harassing me by not sending SMS, making phone calls. Account Number is [protected].

                                    Remove my mobile number [protected] from hathway as i have not any hathway account. Most surprising is that hathway not provided any service in our area Alwar, Rajasthan but they wrongly update my mobile number in reference to any other account. Their customer care executive regularly called me for active connection instead of i have no hathway connection. I asked them many time to remove my number but they didn't.
