In the beginning of installation hathway service man said that the router is free o[censored]se and now we left Hyderabad and returning the router to the hathway office. They are saying that you have to pay the money for using router or you will be penalized for not paying the money . They initiated the penalized amount of 4500rs without confirming us.
Hatway is the worst internet provider and harrasing customers is their job by making calls continuously

    I am facing issue connecting hathway broadband. network is not working properly and every day it disconnects for some time and when it reconnects, speed goes down. I am using 100mbps plan but I still feel it like 512kbps plan.

      I have shifted to a different city during the lockdown and no longer use my hathway account.

      Despite several requests to deactivate my account, I keep getting 4-5 spam calls and messages every single day for the past two months.

      The executives claim that the account can be deactivated only by surrendering the modem. However, I have shifted in hurry and no customer support was given to me while l had to leave the city in a hurry.

        It's been more than 3 days and my internet is not working. We are working from home and in this situation, you are not even trying to resolve this. I have tweeted you and even emailed you but no solution. I have never seen such a worst service. I have renewed the connection for 3 months, or els I would have already disconnected your connection.

            I have stopped using hathway connection. I returned my router as well. I am getting everyday calls and messages on offers. I told them not to call at least 100 times but still, they are calling and sending, messages.

              I have a hathway account with account ID-[protected], I have used this account for 9 months and switched to a new operator as I was not satisfied with the services of Hathway broadband anymore, I have received multiple calls from Hathway customer care asking me to renew my services. I asked them to terminate my account and the representives said I have to submit the device to which I agreed, But the Hathway team is asking me to pay a penalty of 450 rupees as I have not used any services for the past 6 months, This charge is not displayed anywhere in the portal and I have asked a written explanation and the statement as to why I have to pay the amount and the team is not ready to send me any written reason as why a penalty of 450 is imposed, Instead I am getting multiple calls from hathway and when I say that please give me a written explanation so that I will pay the amount the team is threatening me of legal proceedings and asking me to pay 2500 rs, I have received a message as a payment of 2500 has been initiated but know reason is mentioned, Please help me in terminating this amount. I have already payed device safe custody charges of 200 rs as displayed in portal and attaching the receipts. Please help in terminating the account and stop receiving any further calls and threats of legal proceedings, It is hampering my regular day to day work

                I had been doing complain daily to my local operator from last 15 days to hathway at kandivali east their technician person narayan and jitu person daily use to check and go they are not solving i done complain to hathway appelate and nodal office they are also not giving proper resolution of it i had been given complain no:01012021w152044 this complain has also been not solved i used to complain on their tollfree they just given complain nos and our local operstor we call they talk rudely only so please have a look to my complain my hathway cable tv card no:[protected] dharrmendra jain mobile no-[protected]/[protected] please i[censored] can call us pleasse do the needful

                  Yesterday we had a power cut from morning till evening and after that when the power was restored the wifi was not working... It's showing its connected but no internet access.

                    I have been getting calls from Hathway people from last 9 months almost everyday. I have vacated my previous place and shifted to other place. I asked Hathway people to stop providing service and take back modem. But, they call me everyday and asking me to reactivate the service. In everycall i tell them not to call me again but still they call me at inappropriate timing.

                      Four days before new connection installed. I buy the 50 MB/Sec plan but getting too much less speed. It also disconnected automatically .
                      From two days I'm facing same issue .

                        Not taking their modem back

                        I taken the Hathway internet on 2019 and terminated after 3months from that day onwards iam requesting Hathway customer service to take back their modem back but they didn’t respond after 8months one day they called me and said you have to pay the penalty or else we will file a case I agreed and paid 424rs and asked them to take back their modem but again they didn’t respond after one month again they called me and asked to pay another...

                        No internet connection since many days and no response from customer support center
                        I have internet connection of GTPL and is not working since many days and after complaining regarding this issue to customer support center told that it will resolved within 48 hours but when I called customer support after 48 hours they tolde that it will be resolved but we can not say in how many days it will be resolvedy wfh also suffering due to this I want my refund

                          I had my Hathway account - [protected] disconnected last year in the month of July -2019. The guys even collected the modem. But till date I am daily getting renewal calls and offers. No of daily calls -2 (minimum) everyday. This is utter harassment. Please take action against this.
                          I have attached the screenshots of phone numbers from which I am receiving calls and these are just from past 1 week.
                          Please take action against this company which mentally harassing people.

                            I have cancelled my Hathway connection as I have moved to different city. I have surrendered the device to Hathway Hadapsar branch in Pune. Still I am getting daily calls for renewal. I wrote email to complain about this but still nothing has been changed. My Hathway account is [protected]. I have requested them to terminate my Hathway connection account from their system but no luck.

                                  I was living in Chembur Mumbai and had Hathway Broadband installed for the last 2 years, but due to this pandemic, all o[censored]s moved out of the flat in August and came back to our home towns. My Hathway Internet has not been disconnected even after a 4-5 disconnect request. I receive 7-8 calls every day from Hathway to renew the subscription plan. Even after telling each of the customer executives every time to disconnect, no action has been taken yet. I am totally frustrated with the calls received. Kindly help me in this case.

                                    I Used Hathway data connection for 3 months. Then i switched to another connection due to personal reasons. But everyday im recieving annoying calls more than 4 to 5 times. I nearly blocked 80 numbers and still receiving calls in new numbers. It is like harrasment for not continuing their services and very irritating.

                                      Hathway customer team called and done the fraud by doing recharge through Lazypay on behalf of me.
                                      Now after a month Lazypay team is asking me for the recharge amount with late fees.
