Hathway account No - [protected]

My account got deactivated a long time back. By July 29 I received a mail from Hathway legal team to return the modem/router. As told in the mail, I submitted pick-up details in the form given so that your agent can collect the device but no one has come to collect the device. In the mail, it's mentioned like legal action will be taken if I don't return the router/modem. Please let me know if you guys need anything from my side to help you collect the device.
I am very disappointed with the way Hathway is treating customers. Poor customer service

    I moved out of the location so I discontinued from Hathaway but Hathaway executives are repeatedly calling from past 1 month and torturing

      I am very much depressed beyond limits of any human, because of the numerous calls and recorded messages i receive from hathway customer care. i.e. more than 50 calls per day sofar 1000 calls in my mobile nos [protected] and [protected]. They remind me to reconnect their Hathway connection which I had for 3 months.
      But i shifted my connection to a different service provider and handed over the router too. Though they have not returned my deposit money, I left it. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care several time more than 500 times patiently telling all executives to delete my no. from their calling list, but they continuously call and which is very frustrating. I am getting BP on seeing their reminder calls and I am shouting at them. I waited for 2 months. No of calls are increasing every day. Don't we have right to choose a different BB provider?. I sent several mails to their customer support and grievence officers. Though they confirmed that they will call, it is not stopping. Please do some thing to stop this hell. Are there any free service advocates will help me to sue Hathway. Thanks. Lilly

        I have done a online recharge and they have activated incorrect plan for me. I called customer care and they have changed my plan later. Then now they are not providing revised invoice for the plan change. Now I cannot claim that from my company. This is very pathetic situation. Called mailed customer service and they said they won't provide any solution for the same.

            6 months ago, I had renewed my hathway connection paying full. But than I had to move to new location, where they dont have service. I requested them to refund but they didnt refund the amount. Now that payment is over and now the army of hathway sales team are after me, calling me randomly any hour of the day from new phone numbers every time and asking for renew my service. I am fed up tell each of them that I dont have service in my area. I also opened a case ticket with Hathway which as usual they clsoe without addressing. This is pure harrasment !!! HATHWAY PLEASE STOP HARRASMENT !!!

              Intenet stops working frequently and after complaining a request is raised and after 2 days i get a msg that the complaint is solved but it doesn't and neither do i get any call from their technician regarding the same. For 2 days it works fine and then again it stops working upon asking they say that your modem is consuming high usage, First of all I am on a 50 mbps unlimited plan with more than 150gb of the quota remaining and I have taken that plan because my consumption is high and that is what I am paying for. Upon asking about this they say your electricity is fluctuating that's why your modem is consuming high power which is not the case and also I am using a spike guard for modem connection. Not even sending a technician to check what's the issue and no calls informing what might be the cause but without fail they will call a month in advance for renewal of their subscription and keep calling almost 3-4 times a day but when it comes to resolution they take more than 48 hrs so should I stop my work for 48 hrs pathetic after sale service

              No the complaint is still not resolved that's what they do always take requests fix the problem for few hours and again internet stops working this going on since last 3 weeks

                I have been using hathway broadband services for last two years by subscribing for yearly plan (50Mbps Unlimited Plan). From last few months there has been intermittency in the connection sometimes dropping of the speed to 1mbps or sometimes no internet at all. I have logged several complaints to the customer care and all i hear from them is it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Momentarily it is fixed for the day and the problem starts again in the evening. I am attaching a screen shot of the speed for reference. Since we work from home and we need to have a steady connection but despite informing the customer care they do not take heed. They fix it in the morning and the problem is perpetual on daily basis. The service provider sucks and is looting its customers by false promises which is evident by the attached screenshot. I request all the readers who have hathway connection to move from this stupid service provider to another ISP for better connectivity. I have asked the customer care to have the head of the department to contact me so that i can explain but it went unheeded. The last resort is to file a police complaint in order to get it fixed. Such a disgusting service provider operating shamelessly in the city.

                  After taking new connection on 6th September 2020, my broadband stopped working on 15th September. After a week of harassment they started the services after 6 days. I requested them to extend the subscription by one week but they are unethically behaving.

                    I have taken the Hathway connection Account number-[protected] and moved from the location on Jan 2020 and informed to cancel the connection and it deactivated on 16th March 2020 and device is with me and due to covid not able to return.I got calls from numbers[protected] Kalyani) on 12/11/2020 &[protected]Neha) on 18/11/2020 from Hathway saying that you want any new connection but i told no they started talking that legal action will be taken if you not pay Rs.425 then i reject that i won't pay it looks fraud call then they told that amount will be refunded once returned the device and also person will be sent for collecting the device, i got message that plan Rs. 425 was actived, but when I called told me that please ignore that message, Still now but no one has called me, I keep on calling every on above numbers but no proper response also I enquired in head office about the return the device they told me it will not be returned, Then i realized that they have done the fraud to me, I am not staying in that location how come plan activiated Please take action on this kind of frauded activites and do favour to me

                    Still I haven't get any update from Hathway for returning the device. I have visited to return the device in Hathway office in kphb6 th phase near to dmart, but no office available in that location...Also, again I got many calls from Hathway for renewaling account but not for returning router.. Please take action on this kind of people..

                      and I trying to talk with customer care executive.. its not connecting ... I had tried so many times...

                      I not changed my default wifi password ... in this reason my YouTube channel..
                      I don't know how can i change my wifi password...
                      I tried so many time to talk with customer care executives ... but line is not connecting...

                        I got GTPL broadband connection for 6 months. After 2-3 months, I had to move to another city due to work. First thing I checked in new city was to make sure which Internet service provider is available there. The residents said GTPL is available and you get new connection in 2 days. I thought okay, I have GTPL so it would be easy for me.

                        So, I requested the shifting of my connection. They said shifting would take 2 to 7 days. I waited for 7 days. During that time there was no updates from company. I called the customer care department. They kept saying that the request is in process. After 13 days of suffocating behaviour by the company I asked for the refund of my unused period so I can move to another company and start working. But, the company said that the refund is not the company's policy. They don't stick to their own company's policy (getting connection shifted the connection in 2-7 days) but for not refunding money they stick to their policy. I sent so many complaints through email and calls but they just keep saying the request is in process. They don't have understating that my work is suffered without the internet.

                          Annoyed by calls - even connection dismissed and DND activated
                          You people keep on calling me though the connection is dismissed and DND is activated.
                          Seriously pissed off with your calls, daily from different numbers around 5 calls i am receving. even i am not able to block hathway customer care call centre calls. at this point where we have all facilities/technology i am not able to block you people.
                          called customer care and informed them everythng activated DND still i am receiving the calls. Mailed to hathway helpdesk multiple times. don't call me nor message me.

                          Till now i have blocked around 120 numbers from past 2 months, daily 4 to 5 calls, what the hell is this yaar...????

                          in my life i will never use hathway nor i will recommend it for sure...

                            I have subscribed for Hathway broadband connection with Hathway and I have subscribed 3 months plan and paid Rs 1770/- within 2 hrs of making payment I got a call from technical person that Hathway doesn't provide service in my area please seek refund. I have contacted the representative regarding the refund, the representative isn't answering my calls and isn't replying to my messages and I have a written an email to helpdesk Hathway didn't get any response from there too. However I have been given an account number and payment made is reflecting in my account. Worst customer service from Hathway. When I enquired for new connection I have received around 12 calls from representative and when I am seeking refund due to service not available by Hathway then nobody is answering my calls not even customer helpline number.

                              Hello team,

                              I've to raise several complaints since month of March till date.

                              Complaints raised :

                              1. Delay in Installation
                              2. Los of pay due to delayed activation which was like 24 days.
                              3. Devices replacement (Faulty one)

                              There is no call nor feedback taken by Hathaway technical team and billing team. They just call us to renew every day.

                              We had to call customer service team for the same and they're very rude, they cut the calls every-time and sometimes they say they will not help as cx requested. If we ask for the escalation to Senior team they never do.

                              Had to visit Regional office of Hathway, there the installation team are irresponsible, no one to warn them. doing on their own.

                              Despite of speaking with Local Hathway head and team, they're re irresponsible and block our numbers

                              I am working from home since March and in the month of March, I had Loss of Pay for 24 days.

                              I NEED IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION BY REPLACING THE DEVICES WITH A NEW ONE AND COMPENSATE ME FOR THE LOSS BECAUSE OF YOUR ISP.

                                Hello team,

                                I am facing internet LOS in my router. i raised a complaint yesterday. comp no: 08122020V727816 which has been closed without solving the issue. I spoke with the local hathway representative and he is very irresponsible.

                                I am working from home. From yesterday I could not do work. It's been more than 24hrs.

                                Before taking your hathway connection your representative said nice words of "will support every time" you will not have a problem with our network. He gave some discount on a new connection and till now i did not get cashback also. When ever I ask him for cash back he will just ask my gpay numb and won’t transfer the money. Is this how a company works?

                                I have done a big mistake by choosing hathway.

                                  Just got connection in Aug 2020 and got good speed for 10 days. After this at least 3- 4 times in a day broadband for disconnected. Made many complaints about this but got unsatisfactory answer. Unfortunately I paid INR 10000 for two years subscription which is my mistake. Now I would like to get refund and they are saying that refund is not allowed. Plz help me.

                                    I was contacted by hathway representative and they have promised me plan details that doesn't exists, I made a payment of 1767 for 3 months plan.
                                    My Hathway account number is [protected].

                                    The Technician said that there is not connection in my area .

                                    I have not received the refund yet, i made the payment on Dec' 2nd 2020 and asked to refund the amount on 3rd Dec' 2020.

                                    I have called customer care multiple times and also send mails to their office mail id, the last time i checked i was informed that the related ticket was closed without processing refund.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I am out of Bangalore in Pune with my family. I need to travel because of a medical emergency. Now I am stuck in Pune and would only be able to recharge hathway when I will be reaching back bangalore. I told a couple of times but still I am receiving calls and messages for recharges. Moreover, I received a message that I would receive safe custody charges until I submit the device. It was initially told that the device would be given as free along with payment of 3 months of internet charges. It was never told while taking the connection that I need to pay these charges.I have already them by email but still I am receiving email and smses from them.Hence, I am filing a consumer complaint.
