I was running a PG and closed it due to covid 19 for which i had two connections of Hathway now even after vacating the Hostel they are Torturing me in both Numbers even after having told them 100 times about the situation . Already at mental stress due to loss of business is now going through agonizing stress due to this inform me any option of filing a criminal case against them. just wanted to inform all that even if they give it Free of cost dont go for them.

Since last 2 years i am using your service but last 6 months i am facing too much problem in your service every day our internet conn will be lost for hour or half day regarding for this if we complaint to your customer care they will ask to visit your, is that practical thing i leave my job & visit your office.Many time i am requested your to change my DP connection but still nobody has to reply. Day by day your service is very poor now i feel i loose my money to chasing at daily basis for complaining.
It's my humble request if it is possible please rectify the error other wise we have to move for further legal action.
Your positive reply will be highly appreciated.

I tried to contact Hathway to enquire if their service is available in my area but it seems that it's not available. It's been 6-7 months and people from Hathway are continuously calling me and irritating even though their service is not available at our area. I have told many times to remove my number and it's not happening. It would be great if they could provide a way for the user to remove their personal data from their database

I made a half yearly payment and my payment was valid till March 2021. Now due to personal reason I had to disconnect my services. I reached out to Hathway customer care. They came to my house on Nov 21st and took the modem and disconnected my services. Today is 2nd December I have no information from them post that as to how, when will i get my refund. When i call helpdesk it says my account is no more active. I send mails almost daily and there is no response to that too. If refund was not possible they should not have taken my modem too.

This is in regards to my broadband connection with Hathway ISP in Noida sector 56.
Its been more than 2 weeks i am facing problem with my internet (Internet Not Working) and issue has not been resolve yet.
Made several complaint against them but there is no resolution till date.
Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't work.
Would request you to please help in this matter.

My account number is [protected], I got a call from your executive Mr.Padmanaban ([protected]) on April 30th and asked me to recharge for my Hathway account and he explained me some offers, I have chosen the 3 months advance payment and He confirmed that I will receive the router with in 4 to 5 days, I have paid three months in advance, Same day I have got the confirmation from him also, I haven't received and product still now, If I call he is not attending my calls now, Kindly deliver the router ASAP.

Since last March i am not recharged for my Hathaway broadband connection since it provides terrible speed. It's a prepaid connection and i am willing to close it which i have communicated multiple times. In spite of that Hathaway has been calling me every day asking to recharge my account.
It's torture!!!
Please stop calling me. I am not interested to use Hathaway because of the terrible connection it provides.

I am getting continously harrased by their calls to renew their services. I get a minimum of 4-5 calls everyday and I have said them multiple times that I dont want to renew and to stop calling me but I still get calls and that is now getting irritated.

Its as if they are forcing me to buy or else they will keep on harassing me through these continous calls.

Please make them stop. Because of this I am missing my interview calls which is bad for me.

Last month on oct 26th I have paid 3497 amount for 8 months. Customer service executive asked me to pay for activating the offer. I have paid the amount. But now with in a month my account is been deactivated. I have been trying to contact customer care from a week they are saying they will activate but they are not activating my account. Now no body is responding.

Hi,

I have recharged my Hathway account post expiry and this time I have changed my plan and recharged the new plan amount and that plan details was explained for me by customer care executive and they sent an plan details in email. As per that email only I have paid money online but now they incorrectly activated some other plan. I have raised complaints and there is no response at all. And am trying to reach customer care but the automated response says the complaint is in progress and I have to wait and it did not connect my call to support executives. There is not even a single response from Hathway so far and now their customer care number also not reachable. Worst network from broadband ever with VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE.

Total four families are facing the same issue in my area because of something happened at current pole near to my home. We are working from home. Already took leaves for days because of this issue . No one is responding to our complaints. No proper customer care number to reach. Struggling a lot and this is hectic for ur to follow. I will go for higher authorities if in case it is not resolved within five hours

I registered complaint for internet not working Service ID[protected]M529454, but I think Hathway is very lazy, non one connected me to resolve this problem, when I again try to reach there office by phone call two times they just put call on hold for 20-30 min. and disconnected by there side without any words.
Due the very bad service of Hathway i have take leave because without internet not able to do office work.

Myself Md.Faizul my account number for hathway broadband hyderabad is [protected]. I deactivated my account in the month of september 2020 by calling tollfree number.and also contacted them multipletimes to collect modem. they didnt responded at that time. Now they are harrasing me to pay extra charges by saying that they will send the legal notice for not returning the modem.They can collect the modem from that address but they are still not coming to collect it instead calling me multiple times.
