I have stopped using Hathway broadband due to pathetic services. The same complaints had to be raised at least twice a month; however, we did not get any permanent resolution. Mid-way through the cycle, I switched providers and notified Hathway team through registered email. However, Hathway agents started harassing me to resume services. No matter what I say, there seems to be no end to the shameless spamming. I would just like Hathway to leave me at peace and stop tormenting me.

    Hathway — Hundreds of Spam Calls by Hathway Broadband

    It's very irritating when you get daily at least 10 calls from Hathway broadband to renewal the internet service from one month. I have been telling to their customer service guys that,
    " I'm not going to renewal due to out of station and Current Covid'19 situation. I'm not gonna renewal for at least 3 months due to my absence at my working residence".

    I have told them more than 30 times. But their customer service act like they hear you but there is no use and unresponsive on regarding this spamming. Only due to this pathetic, senseless, most irritating customer service, I will make sure that, I will never ever take the Hathway broad band again.

    Whenever there is disruption in internet connection. On contacting them, their efforts are zero but in spamming calls, their efforts goes beyond their limits.

        Its been 12 days I have complained but still I did not get my refund this is what u guyz r doing fraud with costumers I want my refund immdtly my mobile num is [protected] bangalore

          I am not happy with their service and i told them clearly i dont want their connection any more. i have taken some other connection and i am happy with that. but these ### sales representatives are repeatedly calling me every day asking me if i want to recharge, giving some stupid offers. i am getting irritated by their numerous calls during my working hours and they are even calling me on sundays and irritating me. they are so immature . please take necessary action on them

              I moved from Chennai to Bangalore. A month before my billing cycle, I called customer support, and through IVRS registered my request to terminate my connection. There was no response from them, no ticket number was registered. I registered again through IVRS, sent a support email for termination, no response. Once my billing cycle came to an end (Oct 22nd 2020) I started getting calls from them to pay my renewal, which I did not want, as I wanted to terminate.

              I raised this issue everytime I got a call from Hathway, and no one terminated my connection. I had to move from Chennai in the month end, and no one came to pick up my device and playbox. I even called a sales guy in Chennai to inform him to ask his folks to take away the device but no one came. Alas, I had to move without handing over the device as I didn't have any other choice.

              Now I am in a new city, with a new ISP but every day I get 3 to 4 calls, again and again, asking me to renew my account! I am fed up explaining my issues

              As a consumer, I have paid all my bills on time. I have almost blocked 10 to 15 new numbers from which they call me every day!!

              I am tired of this torture and would like to take some kind of legal action or do something to end this!

                I had a Hathway internet connection in Bangalore. Due to covid-19, I moved out of Bangalore. I have surrendered my connection by 8th August 2020.

                I explained the same to Hathway and they acknowledged, still I get multiple calls daily from Hathway customer care to recharge my account.

                I already have surrendered my connection I am going through lot of things here, and these calls just irritating more leading to mental stress. Already I have registered with DND. Still they keep calling me on a daily basis. Kindly help

                  I am fed up with the calls from Hathaway executives. I disconnected from their network 10 months back and still they won't stop calling me. I told them multiple times that I am not using their service. But everytime, there is a call from new number asking me to renew the connection. This is such an unprofessional behavior from Hathway.
                  How to stop this call harassment? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else are you expecting from consumer?

                    I made the payment of Rs. 425 on 06/10/2020 and have attached a screenshot of the payment for your reference.

                    At, this point all I need is a refund of the amount 425- . INR, I have paid to Hathway.

                    The person who spoke to for installation was Malathi her mobile number is [protected] for the payment processing and said to contact her for any issues. But after that blocked my phone number

                    The person who came for installation was Praveen his mobile number [protected] he came on 10/10/2020 and informed me he cannot give connection and ask for refund

                    Thereafter, I tried reaching Her multiple times via call, but the calls went unanswered, sent them text messages and what's app messages but did not get any reply.

                    I called Malathi from a different mobile number on 15/10/2020 to which he replied saying your connection has been cancelled please reach customer care for the further information. He did not provide and cancellation ticket number.
                    I have raised ticket no 17102020M743551 on 17/10/2020 for refund but it closed without no refund and again I raised new ticket 13112020m278027 on 13/11/2020

                    At, this point all I need is a refund of the amount 425- . INR, I have paid to Hathway.

                    Request, Hathway to look into the issue at priority .

                      Account ID for Hathway broadband is [protected]. I have been requesting disconnection of Hathway broadband for 2 months now. I am still getting harassment calls from hathway without any action from their side towards disconnection. I will be forced to lodge a complaint with police if this continues. Reason for disconnection: Moving out of the country. Please help me from these mental torturers who call me 20-25 times a day from different phone numbers.

                        Hathway is not stopping calls after I removed their wifi connection. I have changed the city but Hathway persons calling me from different numbers everyday. Please stop this harassment.

                          Hello,
                          My account number is [protected]. Mr. Vignesh from Hathway sales team came to my house marketing their internet. He tortured me for several times and final I paid money for getting internet. Wifi router they shown for 5g. But they installed 2g so I asked the person and then I came to know cheating done... I complaint customer care and asked not activate my account and refund my amount. They agreed and raised a ticket and asked me to wait for 15 days.
                          On 10th November, another ticket raised by themselves
                          Your Request for Hathway has been generated with a Service ID[protected]W224261
                          Till now my amount not came. I called customer service several times, they are giving weather report as in 48hrs your amount will come. Many 48 hrs went and till now not came..

                          Ay other way to get my amount from them ?

                            Dear Team,

                            I applied transfer request on 4th November broadband connection in same city Ahmedabad,

                            I were call in cusumer care every day about transfer request progress but i got standard reply it is in process wait for 7 to 10 days,

                            My connection till not get transferred and i am waiting it and no one is there to reply...

                            I transferred on new location since 3rd November and i am not abel to use my connection,

                            I need compensation for mentally harassed and my connection not installed yet,

                            Kindly help!

                              I cancelled my hathway connection in july 2016 and hathway is now calling to pay 2500 or face legal consequences for not returning the router.

                              When I terminated the connection, I gave the router to the company

                              They're harassing me for router submission After 4 years!!! How could one have the receipt with them for 4 years?

                              Kindly help with the issue.

                              I don't have the router with me, I have submitted the router to them. I have also conveyed the same to them yet they're not stopping the harassment.

                                Very very poor service nd I don't at all recommend this to anyone, customer service is absolutely dump, since a week I'm calling to customer service every time it's not connecting to executive, solve net issue ASAP

                                  I applied for a new broadband connection at GTPL on 04/09/2020. The agent asked me to do online payment for the process to start. The amount was Rs 3800. When I made the payment, my first transaction got failed, so I had to transfer the amount again. So I paid Rs 7600 in total.

                                  Around 24/09/2020, GTPL said that the broadband connection is not possible at my location. They said that they will make a refund. But it has been now more than 2 months and I have not got my money back, not even for the failed transaction one. I have a full mail chain with GTPL going on where they are not giving any update on why is it taking so long. The agent whom I contacted is not picking up my calls now.

                                  I am raising this complaint to get my 7600 rs back as GTPL hasn't provided me with the connection. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction made to GTPL.

                                      Respected Authorized Person/Selvin Kumar,
                                      I am writing this after feding up with the hathway broadband support.

                                      I am not getting the internet connection from 12th NOV 10 AM raised the ticket on that same day.
                                      According to them, the resolution time was 13 NOV 5:47 PM. I did was tried to contact them but they are not having any direct number to contact. tried to call on[protected].

                                      I want to make this issue in front of your eyes because these people are not listening to customers and giving only false promises.

                                      You may aware whenever we call to any such customer support there are IVR calls and minimum post 20 min you will get the person to tell the issue.

                                      Post telling the issue they are only telling we are taking as the highest priority.
                                      Checking on the internet get to know that there are more than 5000 complain registered within 1 month with no resolution.

                                      They take the money in advance and providing such type worst of service.

                                      I have posted the companin in diffrent social media plateform but there also i did not get any resolution.

                                      One two time i get to know that they are telling like backend end team called you but if you will check my contact history i never get any call from Hathway broadband.They are falsly updating that they called.

                                      I am adding all the Attachment in that concern and hoping you will take the appropriate acting against them.

                                      I taled with nancy, Obama, Asif, Arif etc..while connecting to customer care.
