Since the service is quite bad:- subscriptions not collected in time and agent asking money after 3-4 months suddenly, disconnecting lie temporarily every month. I have to WhatsApp him several ties, call him several times. He does not answer in first 2-3 days. It had been frustrating for so many months now. I had been long time customer BTW. So finally for last 3 months I have been requesting to disconnect my line. We hardly watch TV now and moreover disgusted over his attitude of Hathway person.
Now in last 3-4 months, things went out of control. He asks for money suddenly, when I requested him to collect money timely every month, he misbehaved. He called his colleague who I don't know and they were menacingly speaking. They were mocking and said they will never disconnect the line and take money. no one can do anything. This Raj has misbehaved and now threatening me that he will create trouble in my house if he wants. He says I have to pay money and he wont disconnect line. He said he never saw my messages over watsapp or calls. He is asking for proof and literally misbehaving.
Today also, he called me and asking money as he had recharged. H says he can do ruckus in my house. I had emailed earlier last month around the middle of October also, to lodge a complaint and disconnect and raise a ticket. They have ignored all communications.
I had called local office and spoke to them few times. No one has called or addressed.
Hathway's actions are tantamount to threatening and intimidating customers. They are forcing me to follow their line, WHEN I DONOT WANT to SEE HATHWAY Connection. I Have the mails and messages for my communications.
My REQUESTS :-
Please DISCONNECT and STOP my line. The CONNECTION SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
Please warn the collections man and all his accomplices to stop THREATENING customers.
I am hereby registering my complaint again. Under these difficult times, media cable network's 'dadagiri' makes me uneasy. I wish to escalate further to appropriate authorities if no action is taken.
Its pathetic that when customer wants to STOP the line, cable-wala man is threatening and taking money every month (4 months in a row) and lying completely. It shows the sorry state of affairs in HATHWAY
