Our broadband stopped working on 29th of October and we filed a complaint in GTPL's customer care they said it'll be resolved in 3 days and now they've sent a text saying our complaint has been resolved even though no action has taken against our complaint, our broadband hasn't started working yet.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Advice others please don't use Hathaway connection, they will never return your deposit money.when you ask only if you are using 3 years. So please be careful.

      Even time when i raise ticket without resolution they tell today new router will be sent but they close the ticket without resolution

      Kindly take this seriously and resolve with the new tp link router

      Since i have upgraded plan to 150mbps and promised with tp link 4 antenna router have been waiting for 4months now for new router this router gets disconnected every 1minute coz this is used router sent while installing they said no stock by next week they will replace new router of tp link and cheated me when I have paid full amount in advance

      Everytime without addressing or resolving the issue people are just closing the ticket from 4months i am facing the problem and no one is resolving,

      Kindly send a new tp link Wi-Fi router or refund my money back.

      Kindly resolve this immediately.

        After upgrading the plan to 150mbps instead of new tp link router used tp link router sent and promised to replace within 1 week for new TP link router

        Kindly take this seriously and resolve with the new tp link router

          I have disconnected the hathway broadband. I have emailed & called to customer care to stop the service. Irrespective of disconnection daily i'm getting around 5 calls from hathway and even in odd hours with different numbers. Request this can be stopped immediately.

              I have already informed multiple times that I have switched to some other Internet services still get 3 4 calls daily from Hathaway for renewal. Plzz stop calling.

                My LM coordinator generated was[protected]M775394.

                I made the payment of Rs. 1767/- on 19/10/2020 and have attached a screenshot of the payment for your reference.

                At, this point all I need is a refund of the amount1767/- . INR, I have paid to Hathway.

                Payment process

                Bharath - [protected]

                The person who spoke to for installation was Bharath his mobile number is [protected] for the payment processing and he said to contact him for any issues.

                Installation

                Praveen - [protected]
                The person who came for installation was Praveen his mobile number [protected] he came on 22/10/2020 and informed he needs to take a main line for giving connection and would need 3 days of time .

                Thereafter, I tried reaching Praveen and Bharath multiple times via call, but the calls went unanswered, sent them text messages and what's app messages but did not get any reply. ( I have attached the screen shot of messages sent to him for your reference)

                I called Bharath from a different mobile number on 28/10/2020 to which he replied saying your connection has been cancelled please reach customer care for the further information. He did not provide and cancellation ticket number.

                At, this point all I need is a refund of the amount 1767/- . INR, I have paid to Hathway.

                Request, Hathway to look into the issue at priority .

                  Hathway internet does not work, and they don't resolve the issue. They don't have any customer support at all. They have some robot(Diva) to solve the internet problem, and it does not understand anything at all.

                  They have customer support only for new installation. There is nobody to reach for any issue. The robot they have sucks.

                  It was a bad decision to use hathway.

                    The connection is installed, but not activated, it's been one day since its installed, No information when it will be activated, The guy who installed said, he can't do anything with activation...will my connection ever be activated ?

                      Hi, all I requested for Hathway broadband connection in the month of March but due to covid situation they were unable to give the connection but the dealer said before that there is no issue you will be getting connection by the EOD and they didn't give me a response I kept on calling him every day till one week there was no use.they didn't even install cable connection and modem all they did was took the money and flew away. after few days when I called customer service, they said it might take 15 days to get your refund but they refunded me only half of the amount, and it's been 6 months still I didn't get the rest of the money can anyone please help me with this problem?

                          I was a customer of Hathway broadband services. I moved out of Mumbai on 2nd October 2020 and handed over the equipment to your team on the same day (handover acknowledgement is received). Now the issue is I have been getting a minimum of 3 calls per day from your Hathway office where I am being asked to renew my plan. Day in and day out have communicated your team that I am not a resident of Mumbai any more and I don't need your services which they seem not to understand and now it has really come to a level of mental harassment.

                              I have stopped using hathway from 2 months i have deleted my account from website still I'm getting calls everyday i told them i have taken new wifi still they are not understanding i don't even want a single call from them

                                  Team, this is pathetic that I used to have hathway broadbamd connection and terminated it 2 years ago..

                                  Am still getting unwanted call and messages from respresentatives and now they started messaging me in my whatsapp too.. who the hell has given authority to contact me in other means.. is this kind of breach? Help me to resolve this

                                    My internet connection has not been working for past 2 days, when I tried to make complaint about it I did not get proper response from them..and they were avoiding calls from my end..I tried to know if they have terminated the connection or its because of some other issues..even for that I dnt get response from them...then I tried to register my complaint about this on their website it showed like you don't have any device connected and so I was not able to register my complaint..I've even paid my bills...still I'm facing this kind of issue... I've been preparing for my exams but for past 2 days I'm sitting idle without any internet connection...it's affecting my studies alot...I need solution for this. VERY POOR SERVICE I've ever seen so far

                                      im gopalakrishnan i have initiated hathway broadband connection on OCT 8/10/2020 Paid Rs. 3229 for three month plan. after verification i havn't got any internet connection by the technical team they denied to give connection because there is no box in my area so i called hathway customer care executive and asked for amount rs.3299 to refund that is paid for. they sent us the message like (YOUR REQUEST FOR HATHWAY HAS BEEN GENERATED WITH A SERVICE ID) on 12/10/2020 and they said within 15 days you will receive your amount back for sure and till date i have not received any call regarding refund . Second time i called the Hathway manager and tells about the refunding issues he said that we'll check and call you back and there is no proper response from the hathway every time i ask they will say that you will get refund within 10 days how many 10 days should i wait for receiving my money,

                                        Every day recieving two calls from Hathway for service renewal. I have switched to new connection and de activated hathway service. I have requested and begged them to not call me still I am recieving the call from different numbers. How much can i block ?
