From 4 oct 2020 my hathway provided router is showing los (Los of signal), and i have lodged a complaint regarding the issue at hand on 5 oct 2020. As per a document from hathway website, manner of such complaints should have been resolved within 24 hours. And i have yet to hear from technical team. No attempts have been made to resolve the issue either from hathway customer care or from anybody from hathway team.

    Hello,
    I would like to proceed this complaint on hathway broadband services where i've paid 8 months for their service and for past one month there is no internet service given to my. On my repeated complaints made with hathway all my requests where closed without any resolution provided. Due to hathway harassment i'm facing business and financial loss. Everytime when i raise request technician comes home and says there is no issue on their end and closing the request. Here by i'm attaching the list of request i've raised.     there came a service guy once he changed the router with new one. After 10 mins he came back and took the new router he configured and kept the old router back and said changing routers is not part of his job and moved on..

      I have discontinued my internet connection with hathway in july 2017 after using the services just for 3 months. I have asked the hathway people to take their router a couple of times from then but nobody responded ever.

      But suddenly starting from today people are asking repetitively to return the router and without which they are threatening for legal action now. They called close to 6-7 times today and asking to return the router despite saying the fact that the services have been decommissioned long back.

        We have raised a service request regarding house shifting (Kondapur — beeramguda), hyderabad. We requested hathway to shift the wifi on oct 1st 2020. Everyday i do call the customer care regarding the service request but they say it will be done next day morning and nothing will be done. When i asked the customer care person to forward the call to executive dept but it was not connected atleast once... They (Hathway) are just cheating the customers. I have sent email to their central help desk yesterday but there was no reply from them... I need to get the issue resolved as i need to do work from home...

        The company representative called me after 10days of my request and then came to my home and provided internet connection. However it have taken 2 more days to get the internet services through that connection. Total 12 days... When I asked the company representative about delay, he told me that if it is a new connection, they would do it quickly. As it was a request from already existing customer they have delayed. Such a response from Hathway Broadband. Hope the people who needs a new connection, please take a look at it which shows the way Hathway treats the customers... Then it is upto your own decision to consider hathway broadband services or not...

          Due to technical issues, the hathway team said that they cannot provide me with the internet. I relocated and asked the team to give me the connection in my new house. But till now i haven't received any communication from hathway and my device was collected on 21 september by one of your engineers e. Ganesh

Expectation: i expectsthe relocation of the connection.

            I have moved in to kerala due to pandemic situation. Since then daily 2 calls from hathway im getting. Apart from that automated call as well. I have told the officials everyday that ill be coming by november and renew the plan. This continues everyday. No matter what time it is. From morning 7:30 to nighr 9 o'clock I get calls from hathway. Its totally irritating and horrible act by any internet service provider. How much every I block the number they call, another call will come from another number, even after activating DND service.

            Please solve the issue.

              I was out of station from 11th sep to 4th Oct,
              I was regularly using GTPL service with one mac address

              when i return my router was not connecting the internet properly
              i registered the complaint for connectivity issue but no action was taken.
              then i reset my router and visited your portal i can see some different mac address was there i have configured my router with that and tried the connection it was connected..
              i checked my usage history in GTPL portal and it was showing too many data consumed when i was not home..
              for your information this is raining season so i plugged out all my appliances in my house as i already know that i am out for many days,
              someone from your team had updated the mac address and using the service on behalf of me in my id.
              please check the attachment
              Who will be responsible if any kind of cyber crime is been done during this time period, this is also a cyber crime your team had done with me..
              i can register the legal case for the same if required

                I have stopped using hathway as internet service, however i am still receiving calls. I don't want to receive any call from you guys. But these bunch of stupid people keeps on calling me on daily basis and its simple an harassment as i am no more interested in using the service as i am happy with the new service provider.

I booked new connection wih executive named “kapil singh” of vikaspuri, new delhi on 29th sep and paid rs 4514 (6 months advance ). Due to personal issues and change in circumstances, i called executive and requested him to canel the booking and refund amount. I can confirm no installation has been done at my home and i notified exevutive to cancel new connection booking before installation. I am still waiting for my refund of rs 4514. I have sent several emails and executive is not answering my calls and is giving me no response with regards to my refund. Please process my pending refund amount

                    I am an old customer of Hathway and almost 2 years i was out of station so i temporarily disconnected my connection. Now i am back and as per customer care team instructions i have paid the amount for 3 months package on 27th last month. Till now net is not working and no body is responding properly. Its almost 10 days and impacting my official work as we are doing work from home. I dropped an email to [protected]@hatway.net but no response I request for refund of my amount as they did not provide any net connection.

                    Super service by Hathway team, till now they did not provide any solution customer care team is not responding, this is how they cheat public. They will take the money and cheat public, Did any body took the legal action
                    Till now no one has contacted on the same, i wrote an email to support team almost 4 times but of no use.

                      2 years back I used Hathway net services for 3 months, after i disconnected that, from that everyday, they are calling with multiple numbers creating mental tourchers, please save me from there., people are more frustrating because of this. please take action on them

                        I was promised with a data quota of 1000 gb and a speed of 50 mbps while i was taking a plan of hathway... But shortly after i paid my money for pack renewal my quota decreased from 1400 gb to 220 gb.. I didnt use 1200 gb of it and it was all vanished.. I really demand to be given 1000 gb because 220 will be in no way be sufficient for me for a month... I demand for an immediate response..

                            My hathway internet is down almost everyday and as soon as I call the customer care, thr net is working.
                            I have taken the 8MBPS plan and I'm getting only 1.5 mbps download speed & 0.50 upload speed even after all the ohter devices are off.
                            When the service request ticket is raised, the ticket is closed not even after informing me.
                            The customer care number takes almost 14 minutes to connect, and as soon as they know it's their mistake they cut the call.
                            This is pathetic service from Hathway.

                              When paying money for the Quaterly plan, we were told that we would get 1000G.B data as the limit for F.U.P but after checking my account F.U.P on their website it's noted as 240G.B datacap. This is straight out misleading customers and when complained about the same, the customer support person hang up abruptly

                                I am using GTPL broadband for last 1 and half year. My plan is 40 mbps. I am facing low speed issue for last 2 months and complain so many times but no one came to check my speed issue. I also complain at GTPL office but now they dont pick up my calls from last week. I tried to call them with other number then they pickup that call immediately. I complain once again. Now they dont pick up my calls once again. After so many complain they send one person to check the speed but 15 days gone but no solution. My all work is pending but they dont care about service.
                                Now I am so tired now I wish to cut my broadband connection.

                                  Recently getting strange problem on my hathway broadband connection after 6 pm my upload speed drops to 1-3 mpbs (while committed upload speed is 10-15 mbps) which results in constant 7-8 percent packet loss on teamspeak, skype and other applications but when my speed comes to normal packet loss gets fixed.There technical team are clueless about this and they are saying that the problem lies in your broadband plan next time don't buy this plan, really is this how you handle technical problem hathway? by fending your customer away from the plan which is mentioned on your website.They made me pay for 3 months plan and are unable to fix this issue since 7 days.Please look into matter and handle this situation professionally by giving customer justice for their money.

                                  i make complain every time they auto mark my ticket close without resolving the problem i am using this connection more than 1-2 year i have never such problem now in the day hathway services getting worst day by day

                                      First GTPL had told me at the time of taking connection that ur shifting will be done within 7 days but I had requested since 12th September, 2020 but still I didn't got any update ...even my shifting request was deleted without informing me ...they told in ur new address we can't shift bcoz we don't know either it come under our coverage or not ...seriously ??They taken 25 days and still they don't know either my area come under their coverage or not ...they just want Custer to face problem, they told to meet in different offices of gtpl in Ahmedabad but didn't resolved my concern yet ...plz take steps against bapunagar GTPL manager who even don't meet customers while we go to office ..plz resolve my concern ASAP otherwise give me refund for remaining 227 days !!!
                                      GTPL is Fraud Company !!And I have all the proofs how much I suffered from it ...never take gtpl broadband i[censored] have any option other than that !!Even BSNL serves better than this
