Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about Hathway Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: I have requested to renew my Hathway Broadband connection on the 4th of October, they asked to make payment to initiate the process and the connection will be installed within 24 hours. After 24 hours I tried to connect with customer care but there is no option to contact them if you already booked a connection and if you will choose to speak to the support team for a new connection and ask them that you book a connection but it is not installed then they will not respond and you have to cut the call. My connection needs to be installed in Ghaziabad location and after a week they have forwarded my request to Delhi. Its been a week I cant followup with anyone on this issue and my connection is not installed.
It occurred on 4/10/2020
Hathway has to activate my connection today only and they have to pay me the amount I have paid to book for a new connection from another ISP.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Even after asking to disconnect connection twice through their request portal via request Id attached, I am receiving bills for this month. I will not pay anything as I am not using your connection since last month 4th October 2020. I had already changed the city so please close my connection with Id [protected].
