My internet services getting frequently disconnected I raised 3 requests all are got resolved but the issue is still there, Now customer care is dropping my call.

    This is regarding the invoice amount due on 16th september of rs 2829. I got a message on the 8th september from hathway with the link to pay bill. Once i clicked the link, i paid the amount via upi which was an option in the hathway page. I made the payment on the 9th of september. As per my gpay, hathway received the amount on 11th september. Amount debited from my account on 9th september itself.

    The customer service team is not helpful at all. They just keep calling to pay the bill. I also received a few emails saying the amount is received however i also get calls that bill not paid. One of the executive even said that i should not have paid using upi since there are some issues, then why is it given as an option in the first place. Attaching my gpay receipt and also the email from hathway that says they have received the payment. Kindly resolve this asap. I am losing my mind because of this.

      Dear Team,

      We are facing problem every Saturday. All the channels stopped working and showing the message as Technical problem. The time can be anytime after 9pm.
      We asked one of the Hathway guy, who checked on Sunday and then it starts.
      We have paid all the Bill on time. Then why we are facing that issue, what's the root cause.
      Kindly help to resolve the issue permanently.

        Hi,

        I have taken connection on 1 sep 20. From first day itself i am facing speed issue. I got only 8 mbps speed when i connected directly to my laptop through lan cable. As per your plan it's 150 mbps. So it's purely cheating the customer. I send proof screen shot to your router team managers. I mailed the issue to chennai helpdesk no reply. I called the customer care number no response. And without solving the issue the closed the issue. So i decided to close my connection, the person in the customer care told you will get full amount or 3220 but i got a mail from the refund team of amount 2600. I called the helpdesk and raised for termination on 4 sep 20 itself. So it's totally cheating the customer. I have recorded proof that your customer care people told that i got full amount. If i didn't get full amount then i will take legal action for cheating the customer. My account no is [protected]. Pl take necessary action to refund my full amount.

          I have applied for hathway 50 mbps broadband connection on september 15, 2020, and paid an advance rental of 3 months, total rs. 1767/- vide payu link shared by the sales team mr. Dharma rao (Ph: [protected]). I was assured that the services will be installed at my residence in 2 hrs.

          Installation person (Ph: [protected]) called me on 16 september, 2020, one day after and visited my place. He said that the distance from the pop is long, and that i will not receive proper services. Immediately i have written mail and called customer service for cancellation of connection and refund of advance rental collected.

          I have not received any reply and after follow up with mr dharma rao for two days, he finally shared with me the contact of one mr. Kiran (Ph: [protected]) on 18th sep, 2020.

          When i called kiran, he connected me with mr. Raghavendra - technical incharge (Ph: [protected]), and raghavendra has sent the installation engineer again to my residence. Installation engineer (Ph: [protected]) again repeated the same statement that the pop is far and that i will not receive the proper connectivity. However, raghavendra kept on insisting that he will take care of the same and assured me proper services. Trusting him, i have allowed the team to install the service.

          On 18th sep, 2020, services were installed, but today it is 19th sep, 2020, i am still unable to use the internet. When i call raghavendra, he keeps on informing that an engineer will come to my place and correct the connection, but no one has turned up.

          My account billing started yday, but i have not started using services yet. I have raised service request no: 18092020m098687 on 18th sep, 2020, and till now no one contacted me to resolve the issue.

            i have submit a lot of complaint for Hathway slow internet connection but they didn't listen at all.
            1)They have given me a plan which is 50mbps in 550rs and at the same price they have given 75mbps to their different customer. So they doesn't have any fixed plan
            2)Their internet doesn't work at all and giving me a speed of 1.9mbps
            3)On complaining they just listen what is the problem and then suddenly cut the call.so no response from customer support.
            4)They have pathetic customer support which only knows how to restart router from their end.

              I am a hathaway customer from 4 years. My hathaway id [protected]
              I relocated from my hathaway connection place to another so i requested for termination of service but the hathaway team was not responding to my request and harassing me with frequent calls everyday for renewal... I said to every one who called to not call again but they wont listen and the are ending the call while im speaking. That's rude and. A legal harrasment. My work is getting effected by these calls... So hathaway i dont want your service and i dont recommend it to anyone please terminate my services..

                  @HathwayBrdband Dear friends PLEASE STOP USING THIS. Check my previous posts in twitter, these people are torturing me from last 3 months by calling daily from different phone numbers. I have surrendered my modem and I didn't received my rs. 400 initial payment.

                    I used hathway broadband last year and had the worst connection and technical support experience with hathway. So i moved to act which was very good with connection as well as customer service.

                    Now i moved to thalambur, chennai. Here i don't have act service. So i tried again with hathway, guess what,... I am experiencing the worst customer care service than last year.

                    This time i couldn't reach them to get a modem box connection, cabling is already done. But i keep on calling them for setup the box. Nobody picks the call. Please refund my amount 699 which i paid 3 days before.

                    Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have told so many callers but they won't understand the problem... Please stop calling me. Iam very much irritated by your telecallers. So, kindly remove my number and account.                           This is shyam, i was a hathway broadband customer and i have stopped using their services and returned their device also after i stopped using their services for lack providing good and efficient services for the amount they were charging at that time their was no proper service also. Now my problem is that they wanted me to pay some charges again to terminate the connection it seems. I don't know why should i pay for it and what kind of a charges they want. They are repeatedly calling me for no use of mine and moreover its been more than 6 months that i have cancelled and stopped using their services and they are calling me now and demanding me to pay for some unknown charges which are not even mentioned anywhere in their site or at least in the terms and conditions (If i'm asking can i look at where you have mentioned about these charges in your site they responding like we haven't written it anywhere kind of and my question is if they haven't anything like that how can i pay for it).

                            Ii had received a call from hathway person number: [protected] and upon mutual agreement they renewed my account with rs. 400 advance.

                            But when i got call from the installation person, they said the address i live in is out of serviceable area.

                            I called again to the above number, the person said i will receive the refund in 2 days. It has been more than 14 days refund is still not credited.

                            Please check.

                              I have purchased gtpl broadband in last year, worst mistake of my life.

                              First few month broadband worked fine after 2-3 month it stopped working, so i registered complain with their customer support and issue was solved after 1-2 days. But this where problem started.

                              Now my broadband stop working every week and i have to raise a complaint in order to get it fixed. Ever since i have paid for the broadband connection i have opened total 48 support ticket in this year only.

                              So after very poor experience i decided not to renew my plan, but i got call gtpl sales guy saying they had fixed the issue permanently and i will not face any issue from now on, second mistake of my life and i renewed my plan this month on 2/09/20.

                              Just after renewing my plan within 5 days my broadband again stopped working, so i called back that sales guys asking for refund he said contact appellate authority of gtpl they will resolve your issue regarding refund.

                              When i mailed appellate authority regarding refund they said im not eligible for refund, even though i have used their service for just 5 days.
                              So i asked for permanent fixture of the broadband connection issue and give me compensation for the inconvenience caused to me. They replied saying contact our customer support any query and avoided my query.

                              My broadband again stopped working today and they gave same old assurance that they will fix the issue but they never.

                              Pathetic service from gtpl gujarat.

                                I have been facing network problem for more than a week now.
                                At first the internet didn't work at all and there was red light blinking on my modem (Showing no connection).
                                I complainted to customer care and the connection issue was resolved in two days but since then the internet is very unstable i almost never get my full speed (100mbps)
                                I have complainted this to customer care number of times (Both online complaint and calls) but they always close the complaint saying either there was a issue in the area and is now resolved or close the issue is i am unable to answer their call. When i answer the call they always make me check the internet speed which is temporarily fixed and then the issue continues within an hour or so.
                                I am also facing high latency and packet loss issue i sometimes get 200+ latency (Above 30 is unacceptable) and packet loss as high as 75% (Sometimes) it is usually around 7% which is still not acceptable (It should ideally be 0 or less than 1% to be acceptable)

                                I am a university student and i am unable to attend lectures due to this as the lectures disconnect.

                                      Hi, iam tharun sai samboju using hathway service from past 2-3 years my account number [protected]. I have renewed my account on 4th may 2020 and the expiry date was 2nd sep 2020.in the said period i have not used the service because of internet disconnection regularly and i have raised many compliants in the hathway mobile app and without resolving the issue the compliants got cancelled. When i am calling to customer care number which was provided in the portal there is no response. And finally my account got deactivated after the expiry date. And customer care executives started calling me daily 20-30 times and iam explained the same to everyone but there was no response from them. Iam asking for the reimbursement of 3 months which i have not received proper service. Please resolve my issue as early as possible
