I got the hathway broadband installed on 30 july 2020, with account number:[protected], mob no:[protected].
Just after the day of installation, i have been complaining regarding slow speed both on hathway application as well as customer care service, but every time service request was generated and got closed without rectifying the issue. The speed that i should get is 50mbps but i never ever got more that 10 mbps that too with high fluctuations o[censored]p and down, mostly after 6 pm the speed goes into kb's and the broadband becomes useless.
Earlier there was only one connection in my neighbourhood, when i requested for the connection, your company people came and gave me the connection from the same wire which is in the neighbouring house, now when the wifi is used at my neighborhood as well as my house the speed gets halfed, that means i get around 4-5 mbps download and 100-200 kbps upload speed.
Once or twice i got a phone call from your side but those people also didn't do anything for it. Whenever i used to call customer service they used to just generate a request and that request would close after sometime without my permission.
No service engineer had visited my place to look into the matter, it's been around one and a half months of me complaining and just waiting for anyone to come to my place and rectify the issue. I will be attaching the screenshot of the requests.
Now it's been a long time, and i don't want my money to get wasted. Its a sincere request that please refund my money and take back your connection if the issue can't be rectified and proper internet speed cant be provided for which you are charging money.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
