        Hi i keep getting calls and emails to pay and get facilities, i have stopped using the service in 2017 and still keep getting messages. Please remove my number from the contact list and stop with the calls and messages

          I have paid Rs 3183 on 21st August for new connection. But they later informed that installation will be delayed. So i cancelled my connection and they informed me that refund will be initiated within 10-15 working days. But there is no update yet.

            Internet non functional or poor speed for 10-15 days on an average in a month

            This problem has been pesrsistent for over a year, its a problem we face every month, for us to spend time to contact the customer service, with poor response or no response or at times even disconnecting the call when the probelm is being communicated.

            We want to cancel the connection and request for a refund

            Or

            Refund for the days there has been no internet and ensure quality internet connection hereafter.

              I have major issues with hathway from the beginning.
              03092020m716929 on 7th september 2020. It has been closed, due to the technician said everything is normal.
              10092020b876495 on 10th september 2020. Closed, with the same reason and he said cable fault in few area in adambakkam.

              I have raised 15092020b996663 today 15 september 2020. Connecting terminates very often. I need permanent fix, as my kids are taking online classes and i am working online. All are interrupting now.

                  My one year subscription with hathway broadband finished and i got a call from hathway retention team to renew and gave me offer of 6+2 months free 1000 gb per month for 2600, i have done the payment but after payment my plan is not showing 1000 gb per month as promised instead 600 gb for 8 months, my hathway acc num [protected]

                  Promised renewal offer for 6 months + 2 months free 1000 gb per month for 2600 not activated after doing payment, its only showing as 600 gb for 8 months in my activated plan

                    I had contact hathway on 1st sep. For new broadband connection. They said they only have 6 months package with 50 mbps speed and 500 gb monthly - rs. 5000

                    I got the connection on 3rd sep. And till date it has never worked properly. Till date i have not received speed above 20 mbps and even then the internet is so slow i cannot even browse internet properly, cannot make whatsapp calls or join meetings online w/o getting disconnected.

                    I have been chasing with hathway for 11 days now with no success in resolving the matter. Every time they say somebody from our technical team will call you but nobody calls.

                    The person (Arvind kumar and dhanno) who sold me the package are not responding to my calls either.

                    This is the standard of service and business ethics! They chase you and followup with you until you have paid and purchased the service and then disappear.

                    Hathway should changed their ivr message that says "most loved internet service provider" to "the number one worst broadband and customer service provider".
                    These people are frauds and liar. I have been cheated and want my money back. I do not need such crappy service.

                      Hathway broadband package account no [protected]

                      Firstly, i would like to let you know that i had taken the hathway broadband services in feb 18 with the promise of a speedy service (From my then mtnl connection)

                      However, i am extremely disappointed with the services from hathway. I have had repeated break in the online services on numerous occasions. (You can see this from my call records/verbal complaints). I have to call your contact centre almost every time to set my connection started. Every time your staff tells me that the issue will not happen again – but this repeats itself. (Your staff does not appear helpful)

                      Again last saturday, your technician had visited my place and told me that my modem is faulty and needs to be replaced. But till date the modem has not been replaced.

                        I have a hathway connection of internet speed of 100mbps. I get around 95 and get low ping, that's good. But as a gamer, ping and packet loss matters a lot. And have always have the issue of packet loss in games. It's always around 5% packet loss every second, which is making my experience very badand none of my other friends with different isp have these issues.

                          Due covid-19 pandemic 4 months back came to my home town and informed the same to the hathway customer executive to deactivate the connection temporarily. After doing that, they have called me 3-4 time in a day to reactivate i have informed multiple times. Due to that i went back to chennai to surrender my device. The person who collected the device informed me that you will receive your refund amount in next 4 days. But when i mailed back to customer executive they are saying money will be refunded only after 3 years o[censored]sage, so you are not eligible. They have never kept informed when i installed, neither hand over the device. The point they will not refund your money. Also, you will receive multiple calls even after you surrender your device and disconnected. Terrible experience from hathway i never faced this kind of service. Worst! Please don't go for hathway.

                            I got the hathway broadband installed on 30 july 2020, with account number:[protected], mob no:[protected].
                            Just after the day of installation, i have been complaining regarding slow speed both on hathway application as well as customer care service, but every time service request was generated and got closed without rectifying the issue. The speed that i should get is 50mbps but i never ever got more that 10 mbps that too with high fluctuations o[censored]p and down, mostly after 6 pm the speed goes into kb's and the broadband becomes useless.
                            Earlier there was only one connection in my neighbourhood, when i requested for the connection, your company people came and gave me the connection from the same wire which is in the neighbouring house, now when the wifi is used at my neighborhood as well as my house the speed gets halfed, that means i get around 4-5 mbps download and 100-200 kbps upload speed.
                            Once or twice i got a phone call from your side but those people also didn't do anything for it. Whenever i used to call customer service they used to just generate a request and that request would close after sometime without my permission.
                            No service engineer had visited my place to look into the matter, it's been around one and a half months of me complaining and just waiting for anyone to come to my place and rectify the issue. I will be attaching the screenshot of the requests.

                            Now it's been a long time, and i don't want my money to get wasted. Its a sincere request that please refund my money and take back your connection if the issue can't be rectified and proper internet speed cant be provided for which you are charging money.

                              I am using Hathway broadband, I recharged 590 every month for 50 Mbps pack, and they promised to give too good internet speed, but now since couple months I hardly get 2or 3 Mbps, it's really devastating that you recharge 590 every month for 2 Mbps, if my problem is not resolved by Hathway broadband, I will sue Hathway, and Hathway have to give me penalty, as the case is " breach of contract or breach of promise" . I would like to give you 7 days time to resolve problem if not than, I have to sue you

                                My broadband connection from hathway is not working since last 1.5 months. Engineer visited 5 weeks back and said modem is gone and has to be replaced.

                                Since then i have tried calling hathway customer care numerous times. Half of the time there customer care number doesnt work and rest of the times they say someone will resolve problem shortly.

                                My complaint number is service id[protected]w641556 (Previous complaint ids they kept closing without resolving the issue) which is not yet resolved and no one is picking phone or helping me resolving the issue.

                                      I started my connection on 4 September 2020 In this duration of 8 days I face lots of technical issues from GTPL. I complaint over 3 times with Complaint I'D1 :6516891

                                      The technical department told that they are unable to fix issues regarding fiber breakdown and the problem remains same in my area and in near future (these are words of GTPL technical head)

                                      It's my request to refund my money because I face too much problems during these 8days so how can I trust for next 6 months I genuinely like to discontinue my service due to the fault of GTPL.
                                      I want my full refund so that I can switch to some precise network.
