Updated by dghs Worthless hathway customer care. When you call them to change the registered number, they are like, send a mail and when you mail they are like, simply mailing does not work. Very rude nature people. If they do not work responsibly, they will talk as if its the customers fault. Everytime you call them they are like they do not trust customers. I was again harassed with messages and mails and everytime you call them they are never ready to listen to you

Updated by dghs This is too much now; it has gone too far. Still no resolution to this problem. I am receiving system generated messages from Hathway that is threatening me of legal implications if their device is not submitted.
Why Hathway, I am not using your services, then why are you even reaching out to me? I have already told you that since January 2019 I am not using any of your services and I am not even related closely. I have told you many times to change the registered mobile number but it’s Hathway and completely Hathway’s fault and mistake that they have not acted on this issue. Don’t you have proper dedicated processes to handle a customer’s request? What is this pathetic service from Hathway to not take steps themselves and then after 2 years harass and mistrust ex-customers? You people do not work on your systems and try to threaten us for giving money by sending messages. Why don’t you guys close the issue on time? Its not my fault.
For no reasons, after 2 years Hathway irritates customers who do not even use their services for the last 2 years. Even if I have been complaining and taking all necessary steps to ensure that this is resolved, neither Hathway resolves this issue nor the other relevant authorities.
Since January 2019, I have been calling the customer service, sending mails. Even my flat-mates kept calling them to change the ownership and mobile phone number. Still they did not do their own work. And for no reason after 2 years they randomly keep sending messages to people who do not know anything
To Hathway, you simply remember customers when you need money. And when you need to do your own responsibility or work or services, you forget everything and mistrust people, and threaten and harass us and even abuse us.
Since Jan 2019, I have been repeatedly calling Hathway and asking for mobile number and ownership change and clearly said that I am not even involved for the last 2 years. But it is Hathway’s irresponsibility and their fault that they never bothered to remove my number form their system.
And this is also regarding a customer service representative named Mr. VDatta in Pune. This person has been continuously communicated that there is change in ownership and that I should not be called for any reason that is related to this account. But he has not conveyed this to the higher management. And whenever he is called the next time, he was disagreeing to what he had himself assured: “madam aisa nei hota hai, aise baat nei hui thi”. I have all recording and proof and mails that I am not using their services and I have told them several times about this and also to change ownership number, but they never tried to resolve this matter and I should not be contacted for any reason. This account is deactivated and people who used this after Jan 2019 have also contacted Hathway to resolve this matter, but Hathway is not even proactively handling this issue. And they are not even listening. There is clearly unethical, mistrust issues amongst these people of Hathway but it is not our fault. Then why should I be disturbed and affected? Hathway customer service even abuses people when you call them. I hope these entire details reaches the Hathway higher management in Pune.
