Our set top box no is n[protected], we have paid rs 420 as monthly fees to watch cable on august 28th since then the message keeps coming on the screen that "please subscribe to this channel on every channel. Our cable operator is ganesh sat comm n/w - sec - hyd sp. The person in charge has not been lifting up the phone or responding back since 1 month his name is swapnil wade contact number is[protected].

      I took the new Hathway internet service a week ago with 50 mbps. The representative said that they don’t have monthly plans in my area and insisted that I take the year plan. I took it. With carona virus in place and shifting to work from home we need a good internet service and every time we do the speed test it’s 0.5 mbps fro download and 0.2 mbps for upload is which is not I signed up for. When I called customer service they said they can’t refund as there is no refund policy in place. Whose fault is it if I am not getting the service I paid for?

        I have complaint regarding issue on GTPL internet bhuj service.

        Problem:
        Almost from past few months constant internet disconnecting everyday.

        I contact local service center they answer me your problem solve in day.
        Problem not get properly solved. In a day almost 3/5 time internet disconnects.

        I call GTPL customer service they answered me your problem solve in 3 working days. Local provider solve issue temporarily and ticket close without my feedback.

        Same issue repeating everyday and internet is constant everyday but GTPL service and any executive dont care about those complain.

          I had done super fup top up of 100gb of rupess 236 @ 10/09/2020 the payment was successful also mail was send that payment was successful but my account was not credited 100gb
          I would like you to look into this matter as my days are also getting wasted because the pack is till 17 sept 2020 and one day is wasted
          I have tried calling the hathway customer care on call as well as mailed but no reply
          Please look into this urgent

            Actually, need for new broadband connection. After deposit only we can provide broadband accessories with connection they told. After payment technical person came and told more than 500 meter cable required for installation. After that I requested by mail 2 times for refund but no reply. Kindly refund please.

                I do not want your services anymore and i'm not in the place where i took your connection
                Due to covid 19 i shifted back permanently to my home
                So please stop pestering me with your calls everyday
                It is very irritating as it disturbs my day to day affairs
                You can have all your stuff back
                Hence remove my phone number from your customer data

                  We had a hathaway internet connection vide connection account number [protected] at hyderabad, it’s not working since last 9 days. We have given complaint for more than 10 times. But till now no response from your side. The worst service ever seen and we want to cancel the connection for the same reason.

                    There is intermittent break in my hathway broad band connectivity a/c.no.[protected]. This causes inconvenience to children attending online classes at home. I had already complained three times over phone regarding this. But the problem still prevails. I am not happy over this and an earliest resolve is requested.

                      Hathway pune is disturbing me with spam messages regarding a closed account connection.
                      As a group of 3/4 people, we jointly started using hathway in the first half of year 2018. Although initially my number was registered, when i left pune in january 2019, my flatmates continued to use hathway after that and then the ownership and registered number was changed. After that the later users made all necessary payments.
                      While leaving pune, at that time i had contacted customer care pune to change the account registered number from my number to other number that belonged to my flatmates who were using hathway after me. I had called the customer care many times and at that time one of the pune customer care representatives promised that they will transfer the ownership and change the registered number and i need not follow up. Obviously i trusted hathway people that time only to realize that these people did not even work upon it and my number still reflected in system.
                      I still used to get unnecessary spam messages from hathway. So i even dropped them a mail in august 2019 saying that i am not using your service, and please change the registered number. And no one, absolutely no one responded to my mail at that time also.
                      Even then i called customer care, but no one responds and the calls are disconnected.
                      Since then, from the last 1.5 years i am bombarded with hathway messages and calls when i am not even using anything or do not know anything? I still did not pay any attention.
                      Now suddenly after 1.5 years hathway is messaging me that i need to pay some amount of rs2500/- to them for keeping the device. Why hathway? Seriously why? Why are you even reaching out to me? Didn't i already ask you people to change the registered number 1.5 years ago, to which you had replied that it will be done. Didn’t i again and again ask you to contact the persons who were using your service after me? I even shared their contact details with you in email to [protected]@hathway, [protected]@hathway, [protected]@hathway.
                      Your fault, why did not you change the number last year? Your fault, why are not proactive enough to serve the right customer at the right time? Your fault, why should i suffer, and why should i pay? And it was a prepaid connection. Then why?
                      And when i complain to hathway regarding this irresponsible behavior, these hathway people are like, give us a proof that you requested for number change. Why? I am not answerable to you for your irresponsibility and bad services. That was a telephonic conversation with the local pune people and you guys happily said "madam ho jayga number change". But still i sent them the screenshot that i had sent a number request change mail last year. And still i am disturbed with phone calls.
                      Why don’t you just contact the persons who used your services after january 2019, when you happily took all payment from them. I have even shared all the contacts of the persons who used hathway service after me in the customer service mails sent to you. I am not even answerable to you now.
                      And the account was deactivated 6 months back. People who used hathway services after me mentioned that they had tried a lot to reach out to hathway customer support regarding disconnection. At that time hathway said that to close an account, they just need to stop renewing or recharging future plans, which they did. It has been over 6 months now that the account is closed and no one is using the services.
                      So clearly whatever hathway says is completely different from whatever they actually do and there is a huge mismatch.
                      And i am for no reason disturbed? Why?
                      Hathway has really very bad customer care service and whatever they are doing to me is unethical.
                      To all the hathway people, if you are not responsible enough it’s your fault not mine. Don’t irritate customers. And do not hold customers at fault or guilty. Stop harassing customers. You are not even listening to me, why? And you bother one customer when she is not even responsible. Is this the way hathway treats customers. And not trust them. You do not judge the truth. And when i am saying contact the other persons who used hathway, you are not ready to even listen to me. Change your processes before blaming customers. And stop reaching out to non hathway customers who are not even related.
                      I sincerely hope that the concerned department will take care of this issue. If required i will share the current hathway users contact details again and you can verify the truth from them.

                      Worthless hathway customer care. When you call them to change the registered number, they are like, send a mail and when you mail they are like, simply mailing does not work. Very rude nature people. If they do not work responsibly, they will talk as if its the customers fault. Everytime you call them they are like they do not trust customers. I was again harassed with messages and mails and everytime you call them they are never ready to listen to you

                      This is too much now; it has gone too far. Still no resolution to this problem. I am receiving system generated messages from Hathway that is threatening me of legal implications if their device is not submitted.
                      Why Hathway, I am not using your services, then why are you even reaching out to me? I have already told you that since January 2019 I am not using any of your services and I am not even related closely. I have told you many times to change the registered mobile number but it’s Hathway and completely Hathway’s fault and mistake that they have not acted on this issue. Don’t you have proper dedicated processes to handle a customer’s request? What is this pathetic service from Hathway to not take steps themselves and then after 2 years harass and mistrust ex-customers? You people do not work on your systems and try to threaten us for giving money by sending messages. Why don’t you guys close the issue on time? Its not my fault.
                      For no reasons, after 2 years Hathway irritates customers who do not even use their services for the last 2 years. Even if I have been complaining and taking all necessary steps to ensure that this is resolved, neither Hathway resolves this issue nor the other relevant authorities.
                      Since January 2019, I have been calling the customer service, sending mails. Even my flat-mates kept calling them to change the ownership and mobile phone number. Still they did not do their own work. And for no reason after 2 years they randomly keep sending messages to people who do not know anything
                      To Hathway, you simply remember customers when you need money. And when you need to do your own responsibility or work or services, you forget everything and mistrust people, and threaten and harass us and even abuse us.
                      Since Jan 2019, I have been repeatedly calling Hathway and asking for mobile number and ownership change and clearly said that I am not even involved for the last 2 years. But it is Hathway’s irresponsibility and their fault that they never bothered to remove my number form their system.
                      And this is also regarding a customer service representative named Mr. VDatta in Pune. This person has been continuously communicated that there is change in ownership and that I should not be called for any reason that is related to this account. But he has not conveyed this to the higher management. And whenever he is called the next time, he was disagreeing to what he had himself assured: “madam aisa nei hota hai, aise baat nei hui thi”. I have all recording and proof and mails that I am not using their services and I have told them several times about this and also to change ownership number, but they never tried to resolve this matter and I should not be contacted for any reason. This account is deactivated and people who used this after Jan 2019 have also contacted Hathway to resolve this matter, but Hathway is not even proactively handling this issue. And they are not even listening. There is clearly unethical, mistrust issues amongst these people of Hathway but it is not our fault. Then why should I be disturbed and affected? Hathway customer service even abuses people when you call them. I hope these entire details reaches the Hathway higher management in Pune.

                            Purchased new connection and it worked for 4 days. Due to technical i am unable to access the internet from past 7 days. Already complained about it. Complain id is 6441292, 6468280, 6486794.
                            They are not giving proper answer and time. Now i am very tired and want my money back.

                              I made a payment on 28 august 2020 and today is 8 september 2020. But still installation pending.
                              No one is taking complaints and agent that made payment is not picking up phn and not replying. His name is faisal shaikh narol vatva +[protected].
                              Please tale action against this type of fraud.

                              I tried to call customer care but they only said that contact that person.

                                I am srinath reddy ch taken hathway internet connection on 3rd september, they installed modem and router but not activated internet connection till now, i called to customer care number of times but they are saying within one hour you get the call and your internet connection will be activated they are saying same thing from last 3 days onwards so finally i dicided to cancel my hathway internet connection, please please give me amount return as soon as possible

                                    We were contacted by Mr. Kalyan ([protected]) and he processed our connection. After he sent us a link and we made payment for 100MBPS plan for 3 months.

                                    After we made the payment, the technician calls and informs us that only 80MBPS connection is available for our building.

                                    I had clearly shared my address with Mr. Kalyan and asked him to check for connectivity. He sent me details about 100 and 200 MBPS plans. After making the payment for 100 MBPS plan, I'm being informed that it's not available for my location.

                                      Ive requested to change all cartoon channel language to english.. Even after selecting english - the audio is still in hindi.. Customer care service is worst.. They have no idea how to proceed or even talk to customers

                                        I have renewal my hathway account no [protected] on offer 1year + 1year and 600gb data monthly but they are providing me only 220gb data monthly. I have complaint almost 2 to 3 times (Service id[protected]w790616) but they aren't rectifying my plan.
