[Resolved] Havells India — geyser safety valve missing, bin packing not addressed since jan 2 2019 | |||
I had purchased havells 15ltr horizontal water heater and the same was installed during decenber end 2018.in the packing safety valve was missing and i had raised complaint for the same on jan 2nd 2019, inspire of multiple follow ups till date no technician came back to resolve the issue. Geyser is installed without safety volve. Whenever i contact customer care they say complaintb8s raised and assigned to pawan electricals but till date no action has been taken.
