I become very angry now and i will sue a case in court if necessary because it irritate me a lot and i cant tolerate beyond this limit.i want an action not procedure because i complete all procedure for my A/C opening except your Mail confirmation message which is not my authority as well as duty.

The condition of employees are like bonded labor. Lunch time is only of 12 to15 minutes. Many times lunch is not allowed. Many times she marks absent even they are present. They made the organization hell. Mr.Hermeet (Mentor) recruits the Candidate only threw his authorised Agent Shashi Sharma (N1 callers promoters), situated in the market of sector 19 booth no.199 opp. Church, on the bases of 50-50. Agent Shashi Sharma charged 6000 Rs. From every candidate. She also charged 6000 Rs. From me. Mrs. Bharti Arora insulted me many times like get lost from here, none sense etc. So I was Giving 15 days prior notice for Resignation on dated 18th dec. 2009. but they refused to accept my notice of resignation and press me to mention reason of marriage for resignation otherwise resign immediate. They refused to give me E-mail id of Bombay Head office & address of local head office. So I am Sending 15 days notice of resignation by mail. See HBL is having an huge amount of staff allover india. HDFC all sourced manpower is coming under HBL .. There is a process for resignation & Exit fomalities. Most of the employees are absconding due to their own issues. In such a case it creates prob for Full & final settlement and PF form
PF form has to filled completly and sent to HBL HR along with resp docs . Same details will be forwarded to the PF OFFICE ( govt Org ) .Which take some time to process PF amt Refund.

So all employees before leaving should do the needful about exit.. NO one will face issue like this.

Your complaint is very true.I have also been worked with the Company and knows that every new joinee faces so much problems in getting salary. It takes at least 3-4 for months to get first salary and after that also no body can be sure to get his or her complete amount.
Forget about incentives.If you have left the job your all incentives will get disappear. The extra performance based incentives announced from the SM, in the form of SUDEXHO COUPAN are only announcements never converted.
If you are planning to take any legal action go ahead.You must take this action at least it will help many innocent people who joins the company due to finantial troubles and spend 4 months in more troubles than those of without job.It is just like doing SLAVERY in initial months because u never know even after working for a month you get a letter of non eligibility.
IT is the WORST MOST experiance to work with HBL GLOBAL.
I NEVER SUGGEST ANY BODY TO JOIN HBL GLOBAL.
