[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag | |||
On 29th of november, 2019 i tried applying for a fastag by hdfc, using their online application portal. I filled the details and made the payment of rs.500 using my debit card of the same bank. After payment was deducted from my account i received a server error on website. No confirmation email, no sms, nothing regarding the fastag application. I tried calling hdfc bank phone banker, and they confirmed that the payment is deducted and i should contact with fastag support. Please see if you can share the confirmation on the successful submission of the application or please refund the amount. The vehicle registration number for which i was applying the fastag is - hp03c 4522. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought sandels of Rs799 from Temptation shop Indore . There i swipes my card but the transaction was not completed . But the money got deducted from my account but didn’t receive to shopkeeper account .Now Hdfc was saying that the transaction was completed but the shopkeeper didn’t receive money .
