Hi, I was trying to apply for fastag on 29th nov 2019. I decided to pay with my debit card and was all fine till the payment page. After authorizing the payment, i was ended on session timeout page without any further information. Tried reaching customer care many times but was of no use. At-least going by the reputation of hdfc bank, i didnt expect this from the bank. And till now the amount is not reversed to my account. Bad experience. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I got the same experience after applying on[protected] and making payment by HDFC credit card.
Very bad experience with HDFC fast tag. Customer service is of no use. I feel cheated.

I applied one week before and paid amount 500.I received the wallet id.[protected].The referance no.HFR469236.Still am not received the fastag sticker, i am planning to go out end of the week .I cannot reache customercare and do not know status.
