Hi,
I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 27, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.
I wanted fastag for my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500
After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"
However, amount of rs 500 was deducted from my hdfc account.
I am not sure if my request was successfully put.
I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number[protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.
There is no way to track the application.
Application reference number is track id - hr[protected]
Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?
