I had opened a salary account with hdfc in the month of feb. I had informed the bank representative to update my office address for correspondence as i stay in army area and welcome kit won't be delivered. When i called him he said by mistake he had updated my home address for correspondence and i got an email in the month of march that my account is blocked due to welcome kit returned. Bank representative called me and asked to visit branch and collect the welcome kit as account is blocked. I visited branch but they informed me that they will call me once they get the welcome kit. After a week again i visited branch as i did not receive any call from them. They asked me to contact the representative who opened the account and inform him to change the address. I called the representative but he asked me for a letter from hr if office address needs to be updated. I provide the letter. Again he asked me to visit branch and submit the letter. I told him that i would not be able to visit branch as m doing an early morning shift. But still address is not changed and today is my salary day. Kindly change the address on immediate basis.

    Hi team,
    I have done a transfer of 7500 to a canara bank account holder (Expired), it was intimated to me later, i have registered a complaint in hdfc customer care, my calls were disconnected abruptly, then they took a complaint, but i received a sms stating my complaint is resolved, when i called up again, hdfc bank representative is saying that i need to check with the canara bank. No body is helping through cc. When checked through the canara bank they said we cannot do anything from here, you should go through your bank which is hdfc.
    Kindly help me on this complaint as i did this transaction on feb 28th, its my rental money. Hdfc is least bother about this and they are treating me badly when i call to cc by disconnecting the line.

      I am jaspreet. I have card from hdfc bank which as good going on for 5 years.in 2016, there is huge problem in my family and i was in depression. Then also my payments going on, atleast minimum payment is going on.in 2018, i lost my job, i have my farther and mother who are not earning. Still minimum payment is going on.in 2019 in some crisis my 2 months payment get late, for that i request bank that i will pay on 2nd april. Still one girl from hdfc bank (Contact no [protected]) calling me with abusive words and she called my father with abusive words and he is hear and bp patient. He got ill today. If any thing mishappens to my father who is responsible.
      I have never lost the payment, only 2 months payment is late and i have paid 3800 rs. On 3rd march. Its not like that i am not ready to pay amount. I called many times in bank and that girl, pls tell me where i can meet the concern person or you can ask some one to call me.

      She did not reply properly and start using abusive words, she called my father again and again and threatens him while he is not educated and not aware of these issues.

      I am saying that i will try to pay before 31st some amt as i know 31st mar pressure else i will pay on 2nd april but she still threatens my father on daily basis.

      Legally also no bank can harass family member and can no proceed legal until 90 days payment not paid and i pay on 2nd mrach 3800 rs.

      If i lost my father who will be responsible as today my mother called dr for him

      I am not staying with him due to my job and she always threatens that we are coming and will tell you, also used abusing words.

      I am not a defaulter, just my life got disturbed due to some mis happening and i am ready to pay but this way is not good.

        Transaction of rs. 1336.68/- to bookmyshow on 13 mar 2019 from payzapp app. But transaction failed. Same day informed to payzapp customer care and they said, transaction failed and money reverted to payzapp in 5 days. But not happened. So regularly i called and every time they informed me that it will take another 5 days. After 12 days they told me that transaction was success. And provided a transaction number and asked me to call beneficiary bank. I called and beneficiary bank person told me that there was no transaction was happened with below transaction

          On 26 March 2019 I was paying mtnl landline bill using HDFC Payment Gateway. I was using other bank debit card not hdfc.
          i entered all card details and got redirected to visa page their i entered my password and clicked submit.
          Then i received transaction failed receipt from hdfc paymemt gateway but amount was debited from my account.

            I am sandeep shukla, i have been cheated by member of the hdfc life employee named avinash mishra as he asked me to purchase a policy name hdfc jeevan sanchay plan of rs. 60000, policy no. 21089265.
            He promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 5 members of my family for 10 years from hdfc ergo
            Now it has been passed 2 months & i have received nothing. Neither medical card. Now he is saying that the card and othere details have been dispatched and still there is nothing that has reached me.
            He playing just games and passing days.

            I was asked to pay for Home protection plan which would have been initiated once the loan was approved. The loan was not approved and I asked them to refund the initial money they had taken for MOD.
            I have been asking the executive @HDFC Life (Mr. Praveen) but he is not interested in refunding the money

              On 13 th july 2018 i started receiving messages regarding a credit card processed without my consent. I didn’t accept it when send by courier. Complained to my personal banker but nothing happened. By declining the card and by sending several mail, matter was sorted. But now again i am receiving messages the same messages regarding a credit card. Even some charges have been deducted, request hdfc to refund the same or i’ll take a legal action against them.

                My oneassist membership id is [protected] and my name is sandeep my card got debit with 1899 without even knowing that i am interested to continue or not. As per them they emailed us, i mean what is this if you emailed then you give you right to debit from my card. I want my complete refund to be prosessed.

                I called customer service and as per them they said their team will decide hiw much amount they can return. Is this something forced goons service that first you debit you amount without information then if you call we will decide how much we can give.

                Stop cheating people while cancellation. I want my full cancellation if not then, i would reach out to gravience department.

                    This is with the reference to the transaction id mir[protected], i have been charged an amount of 885 as debit card annual fee, i am really frustrated by these charges. I tried to reach customer care but no use. Kindly requesting you to reverse the amount or else i want to close all the accounts i am holding with hdfc bank and this really does not encourage me to use any of your services.

                      Hello. I have received a message that the blue dart courier will deliver the welcome kit however the address now varies. The person call me and said that he can’t deliver so i don’t stay there anymore. I tried contacting the hdfc call centre however was unsuccessful getting in touch with them. I need to change the address ofcorrespondence. The main address is same as my husband’s. We both share this joint account.

                      Please ask an executive to get in touch with me. The customer care no. Doesn’t support this.

                        Hi, i am sankarakumar.. I am from coimbatore. I have nil depreciation policy for my car in hdfc ergo.. I registered for a claim from hdfc ergo vehicle insurance.. They only provide 80-85% amount only. Total amount worked 39450 rs.. But they said we can only provide 30450 rs work..[protected] = 9000 rs.. This 9k work is extra work includes car exterior decoration, car washing, labour charges, etc., so, i didn't asked them to provide full 39450 rs... I asked them to provide 30450 only.. And they can reduce 1000 rs for conditional reduction. So i expected 29450... But i got only claim 25786. I talked with claim officer.. He told me that we can only provide this amount 25786. So i can't do anything and i paid remaining amount... After two days i got a mail from hdfc ergo, about their services.. And i gave a rating of 1 star.. This is the problem. After two days i got a call from hdfc ergo and they talked with me irrespectively and they irritate me so much... I am totally depressed about the way she talked with me... Again i am telling you i never had this type of experience in my lifetime...

                          In the CIBIL report of my father Dt.18/03/2019 I found that there is a HDFC TWO WHEELER LOAN Rs. 58524 was sanctioned on 13/11/2018. My father never applied for this loan, we don't have any two wheeler even we don't have any bank account or any other relationship with the HDFC bank.

                          Aap per CIBIL Report The details of the Fake Loan Account HDFCBANK[protected].

                          Please remove this account from the CIBIL and all other documents like PAN etc..

                          This is shocking to see that the Bank like HDFC doing these kind of Mistake. Photo of CIBIL attached.

                              I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank once I cant maintains balance in account that time bounce my emi and bank charged me with taxes and after one month they again charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges what is that charges you are deducted for and without any msg. could you please help me on these case. my loan account no is 5815501.

                                Hi,
                                I have been waiting for my hdfc debit card since november 2018 as my earlier card got expired after 10 years o[censored]sage. But havn't recieved it as yet. I have called on custmoer care, phone banking number but they want to charge me extra for lost card. But i have not lost any card and don't want to buy new card, i need the valid debit card which i supposed to get 5 months back.
                                Please let me know about my debit card, i have given my mobile no also.

                                Disbursement Purposefully Delayed by Sales Head, Marathalli Branch, Bangalore irrespective of supporting him with all documentation and in person verification. He is forcing to submit originals without giving an acknowledgement immediately.

                                Behaviour is rude towards Customer and disrespect towards women.

                                  Hi i was using hdfc account in 2017 that agent said their wont be any charges for the maintenance of card /account. But last month when i checked its showing some 4900/- charges and tried contacting that agent who created my account number not reachable. Agent name is patan vekarabbas and his number [protected]. While contacting hdfc customer care number we do not have option to deactivate account over phone or online please need some help.
