HDFC Bank — one assist membership fee

My oneassist membership id is [protected] and my name is sandeep my card got debit with 1899 without even knowing that i am interested to continue or not. As per them they emailed us, i mean what is this if you emailed then you give you right to debit from my card. I want my complete refund to be prosessed.

I called customer service and as per them they said their team will decide hiw much amount they can return. Is this something forced goons service that first you debit you amount without information then if you call we will decide how much we can give.

Stop cheating people while cancellation. I want my full cancellation if not then, i would reach out to gravience department.

Without my knowledge you have debited rs.1899 towards one assist mfee annual charge for credit card ending with 6311.I never opted for auto debit.kindly refund this amount to my account.

It is to inform you that without my concent youhave debited Rs1899/-towards One Asist Mfee annual renwal charge for credit card ending 5958 vide BT-HDFCBK message dated 21st May 21 at 2100 hrs. You never asked me for renewal of membership, otherwise also I would have never opted for One Assist membership.In view of the above kindly refund amount to my account no 225xxxxxx8849/ card no 5958.If membership fee forced upon me, I will not accept card 5958 delivery which is in transit.
