Hi all,
I have sent email to hdfc (Customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) which was initially shared with the customer care team of hdfc. However, it's been more than 6 months where i have to been contacting to hdfc by phone and email but no response.
When i talk to customer care via phone, they states that back-end team would contact you and no one and on top of that when i asked the customer care agent to connect the call to supervisor or manager and they denied. When i had an accident and was unable to pay the dues for 3 months then they called 15 -20 times in a day and now they are not even responding and on top of that even after doing the settlement i still get messages to pay my dues, which i'm unable to understand as i do have have all the payment transactions and the settlement letter which was sent by hdfc.
Please help me to get the no objection certificate for the settlement that was done on my hdfc bank credit card..
I would also request you to please clear my name from cibil as the settlement was successfully closed in a single payment. My details are mentioned below.

Updated by Messi08 Also I have been going through this problem from last 6 months or more than where HDFC is unable to help me out or provide any kind of resolution due to which I'm now complaining to Consumer forum with a hope that my concern can be taken care off and can get my issue resolved. Please help

Thank you for replying. I certainly do understand the situation going on, however if i would have got any resolution using HDFC online banking and mobile services i would have never posted over here to get a resolution. I would really appreciate if you guys can help me out and i understand that you guys would require some time and that's fine but please share the resolution as quickly as possible.
