I booked a ticket from Navsari to Palanpur.My money is debited but my booking is failed.Please I request you to refund my money.

Date of Journey.- 30/3/20.
I have sent them 10-11 emails & created more than 10 help tickets asking about my refund but you have given me no reply!!!very poor customer service.

      I purchased Apple Watch and was eligible to receive the cashback of Rs 4000 within 120 days. But today its more than 124 days i haven't received a single penny.

        I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

        1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

        2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

        Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.

              Hi Team,

              Could you let me know why amount 589.81 is onhold in my account.

              It's been more than a month now it is showing as unhold.

              I have not received any sms nor any communication regarding the same.

              Kindly unhold it ASAP.

              I don't see a real reason for such unhold that too for a month now.

                I took the cellphone of iphone on 30/12/2019, but after completing 120 days, I didnt received my cashback .Why is ir we need to contact cx care, Why the cashback wont auto credit it after completing 120 days

                  Hi I have bought Iphone 11 with the HDFC card on 7Dec.2019 and i was promised that I will get cashback of Rs. 6000 within 120 days but today is 13April2020 and still I have not got any cashback .

                    On today 13/04/2020 i was paying the corporation house tax for an amount of 3050 rs through hdfc netbanking. after submitting the OTP password the amount got deducted but the transaction was not completed. Kindly check and revert my amount back to my account.

                      My 5000 rupees debit from my account for ACH D- BD-BANAYAN TREE-TIOZ4649175. I not need any company share ppease give my money back and without pin and password you can not debit from my account...

                        Hi sir, i have purchased purchased gold ornaments for 2.5lac in lalithaa jewellary mart p. Ltd. No.6-3-883, sbr souk, panjagutta, hyderabad, telangana - 500082 on dec 21st 2019, on that day hdfc credit card offers 2% cash back offer but till the time i didn't get my cash back amount.100 days completed and i have already escalated to all concerns of hdfc bank/i spoke to customer care couple times but till now i have received my cash back amount,

                              Hdfc fastag was not working, so i made a cash payment to toll plaza.
                              Still, hdfc charged from me.
                              Their customer card told to send a mail. I've sent several reminders. But they stopped giving replies.
                              I told them to cancel my card & refund me whatever amount they can. At that, they stopped responding.

                                I'm Shivani a salary account holder of hdfc bank. But I'm Highly disappointed by the customer service department of hdfc. First of all they all are unreachable. Amount of Rs. 2302/- has been put on hold by HDFC Bank and amount of Rs. 800/- is missing
