I am using hdfc bank regalia credit card for more than 10 years.

In january 2020, i was supposed to travel from 18th to 22nd. My payment due date for credit card is 24th of every month.
To avoid any delay, due to my travelling, i dropped a post dated cheque (19/01/2020) to hdfc bank drop box on 15th january 2020.

I have linked my LIC payment to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 7th midnight but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time.

So i have paid the LIC due amount through online on March 9, 2020. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 590.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation...
