I have cancelled a order on flipkart, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 2662 for Rs. 3212.40 has been credited/reversed by BOOKMYSHOW on[protected]:12:16:36

Now it's more then 48 hours but till now it's not credited in my account.

        I had bought i phone 11 in nov 2019 in mumbai and used hdfc debit card to make the payment. I was told that as per the scheme offer i will get 6000 rs cashback in 120 days. Same was printed on the receipt i got from the swipe machine when i made the payment using the debit card. But even after 120 days i have not got any cash back.

        I have contacted hdfc but they have not reverted to my query. My transaction was done on 19 nov, 2019 with below details

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2599/-from my credit card number ending with 9141 with my concern on date:21/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2599/-

            Cancellation of one assist membership
            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4512 without my concern on date:04/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                I have ordered an food in swiggy and paid 238 through bank. But the order was cancelled andthe cancellation fee they charged.. And the refund of 50% message was successfully received but still the amount was not received.. I was trying with swiggy they are saying contact your bank.. I keep on trying with customer care of yours but there is no option and correct response for this..

                          I have paid 20101.00 rupees for a flipkart product from my creditcard. And the amount is deducted from my account. Due covid-19 issue flipkart not able to reach here so that i cancelled the order.. And get a message from flipkart team "the refund of rs 20101.0 for your order has been completed by the seller and should have been credited to your account by 31 march 2020. The reference number for this refund is 024906. But on 04/04/2020 (Today) its not refunded to my account.. Please make it fast

                            I am prasad shankar dabhole. I had an personal loan in hdfc bank. Personal laon number is 51669600. I closed particular loan in february month by balance transfer in kotak bank. I have submitted on 26 feb 2020 in favour of loan account number.
                            Hdfc money deposited account number is [protected].
                            Emi date is 4 th of every month. Emi is deducted in march & april month.
                            I called to hdfc support executive in march month. According to him i will get refund of money. But, in april also emi is deducted.
                            I mailed to support team & received only auto reply. But no further action is taken.
                            Can't visit bank due to lockdown.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.Please rectify this

                                On mar-15, i entered near tukkuguda toll and exited at nagarjuna sagar toll, the total amount which got deducted is 70.
                                Ideally it should be around rs.20 or 30/-. Kindly look into this and add my extra deducted amount back to my wallet.

                                I have raised complaint against this and i am not getting any response from the support team.

                                I am regretting that i am a customer of hdfc.

                                      Imps transaction has been declined and money has been debited from bank account and not credited to the beneficiary account.
                                      Still the money is not credited to my account and neither the beneficiary account. Hdfc is not receiving calls on the customer care number.

                                        On the 1st of april hdfc bank announced that we can request moratorium on our emis by calling on a phone number provided online. I called on the number the same day to request moratorium on my 3 loan accounts. I received an email that the request will be processed within 48hours which was 3rd of april. But it’s the 4th of april now, we’ll above the 48hours and the bank has cut 2 emis from my account today. I tried to contact the bank but they said they can’t help with it. This is unacceptable. Where should the consumer go if the bank does not abide by the laws of rbi and by its own memo that it issued. I’m ready to go to court against such action if the bank does not act on this request of mine.
