Hi team,

I have been trying to pay my lic premium using the netbanking facility, however am repeatedly getting the below message :

"we regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction. For more info, please contact your nearest bank branch or use phone banking services.

To amplify the issue, you phone banking services are also dead.. It dosent proceed beyond the language selection...

    I have a savings account in your bank since 2012. Recently (Nov - dec) it was noticed that an amount 773.50 debited from my account as debit card annual fee expense. From 2012 onwards i am maintaining minimum balance account as per your policy.

    It will be grateful if you are waiving the amount for continuing your valuable services with your bank else i will cancel the account.

      The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 30 as mi revenue hold through gefu,

      Branch: kazhakootam tvm
      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
      First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

        Dear sir/madam

        Online transaction for recharge of rs. 400 of tatasky account was done by me via tata sky app through payzap as guest check out through sbi debit card and the amount of rs 400 is deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. Transaction statement message received on my mobile number is also reproduced below for your reference.

        10:13 pm
        Sbidrcard x5485 used for rs400.00 on28mar20 at75010149 txn#064001 if not done fwd this sms to [protected]/call[protected]/[protected] to block card

        Kindly intimate status of the transaction and amount deduction is done but if same was not successful why amount of rs 400 was not added to my tata sky id account for which i made the payment.
        Kindly reply and clarify about the situation and why rs 400 are deducted when transaction was not successful.

                I am concern with security of my account there is many times unauthorised deduction of money from my bank account without any permission or information to me, this happen again and i can't immediate reach customer care due covid19, also no email response from support team.                   But I have not received any thing or any documents through post or courier till date.

                  So I could not find the membership details.

                  I am worried of this.

                              sip penalties charges from savings account

                              I have salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds.
                              I have paid all sip on time but i didnt maintain sufficient balance in march 20 due to financial problems due to covid 19 virus. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 *2 total rs 1180 in march 2020.

                              Rbi also requested from all banks pls don't charge any penalties to customer in this knockdown period.

                              I had bought iphone 11 on 06/10/19 using hdfc debit card under the offer of cashback of 6000 cashback.

                              It was mentioned in terms it will come after 120 days from next month of purchased month

                              I had already sent and email to hdfc on 17th of march and i stll after 10 days no resonse from hdfc

                                    Hie my saving account number is [protected] and it’s on hold, I don’t know why but it can be possible of non payment of my credit card emi, I paid it anyhow but still it’s Holding my 9000 rs plz solve this issue asap
