Resolution: change of wrong email id in my account

Having hdfc as my salary account, opened like 8 months before through my working organisation. My email id registered in my account is wrong so that im not receiving any transaction alerts and statement mails. Have given complaint thrice earlier.
Meanwhile, my mobile/net banking password also prompts some error. When i try to change the password, it sends an otp to mobile number & email where im having no access with since mail id registered is not mine.

Jan 15th 2020 is my hdfc credit card due payment date where i literally struck up now without any access to pay the bill. Gave a complaint to customer care through ivr twice but still no support. Hope the respected team would help me on this.

    I took a car loan from hdfc bank for my car number dl1y e 2947and settled it in the month of november 2019. But the bank is not providing noc for it saying that there is pending dues on my credit card ending 1914. I have already settled that credit card in the month of november 2019. After so many complaints and request the bank is not providing the noc. Kindly look into the matter and help me out.

      My account was deducted with 29.50 twice.
      Need proper refund for the same. I am not doing any ecs transaction on the account and still i am getting this charges.
      This is not the first time hdfc have charged me. I have paid more than 10k for the account as it was in dormant state for long time.

      Car reg no.KA04MW8920, has been registered with hdfc bank for Fstag a/ c for rs 200/ by M/s Varun Motors/ Maruthi Nexa and the amont in the a/c is below normal/ required balance. I do not know the details of the fastag a, /c such as user id, wallett i and the password of the a/ cwith hdfc bank.pl guide me how I can recharge it.
      I applied for hdfc fastag three weeks back. I got my wallet I'd from hdfc, but did not get RFID yet. Hdfc customer care number is either busy or not working and there is no email I'd or procedure anywhere in the site to get RFID. Please help.
      I have applied for Fastag on 3rd Dec with reference no. HFR865555. I have received customer id and wallet id through SMS but Fastag not deliver. I am waiting for fastag. Kindly deliver the Fastag. There is no any tracking mechanism for Fastag. Service is not good.

            Hi,
            I got my fastag from hdfc when i brought my car. But now i have to recharge my account but i didn't have customer id & wallet id, so couldn't recharge my fastag. I didn't received welcome mailer too. I tried to call customer care no., but it's not working. This has been really disappointing and i didn't find customer mail id.
            Please let me know how can i recover my customer id & wallet id.

              I've been charged 177 inr four times (Total 708 inr) due to some 3rd party transaction cash. This is the first time i've noticed anything like this and seems to be completely fraudulent since this is not something that i've approved of. Also, 708 inr is no small amount. Hence, would request the bank officials to look into this and get the refund credited asap.

              HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

              Third-Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                I've not received 10% cashbank points earned during diwali sale and 5% additional cashback via smartbuy. I used hdfc debit card on 9th october 2019. It has been more than 90 days now. I could not find any complaint option on hdfc bank website regarding cashback redemption and cashback points deposit.

                Just now, I received the HDFC alert that Debit Card Promotional Points earned on or before Oct 2019 expire in Feb 2020. I have not yet received any kind of promotional cashback points on my HDFC Netbanking A/c as I'm supposed to.

                        I didn't get my fastag sticker

                        I have applied for fastag via hdfc online with refernce number hfr660548 on 28 nov 2019. After applying, i got message stating that filled form pdf will send to your registered email, which i didn't receive yet.
                        After few days i got a message with my wallet id and customer id. So now i am able to login to site, but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker. I tried to call customer support - [[protected]] multiple times but nobody is...

                        Hi,

                        Yesterday, 14 jan 2020, rs 178.50 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account.

                          I have issued my hdfc fastag two months back and traveled with this tag couple of times. It working only in one toll gate and in other toll gate not working. Sometimes it shows tag is in blacklist or unknown tag.

                          Really i dont know where the issue whether its with fastag card or toll booth scanning machine.

                          Every time struggling a lot while travelling. Please check and let me know for permanent fix.

                          Also hdfc fastag toll free number never reachable.

                            I downloaded the early salary app and entered the required information.

                            I thought its a good idea to have the app handy and incase i need money i can use it.

                            But i was wrong, i was cheated by early salary or ashish securities is a fraud company.


                            I received a message today which reads as below:

                            I have got a response from HDFC stating that the transaction for Rs. 999 has been credited/reversed by LOTTO on[protected]:19:02:47 .However, when I have checked the statement, it's not credited yet. PFB the screenshot for your reference and help me in crediting the amount to my account.

                            I did go to the nearest bank and have submitted the cardholder dispute form for the same and the complaint reference ID is 2091925.It's been ten days since I have raised the dispute but still I see no action being taken by HDFC.

                            I would greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter if you can expedite the process and help me in crediting the amount to my account.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag on 11/01/2020 through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr01355267. I didn’t got and conforming mail and any updates.

                                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. Even from mail i’d provide by hdfc bank with support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in not working and also providing call number [protected] not attending and also not getting any communication regarding fastag.

                                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                  This is regarding my hdfc fastag application reference no. Is hc[protected].
                                  I received email regarding the account, wallet allocation etc. But i am yet to receive the physical tagt o start using the same.
                                  Have tried calling the customer care number like for eternity but it never connects through.
