I am Sachin from Delhi. On 27 February2020, I went to Agra and on highway my car had an accident in midnight.I have (i20 car, Model-Megna plus, Rg.no-DL 8C AY 2427). On 1march2020, I parked my car at NRL HYUNDAI WORKSHOP(AGRA) for repair. After some days, (NRL HYUNDAI) workshop Manager and Car surveyor of (HDFC ERGO GEN. INSURANCE COMPANY) called me and said that, "i have mailed you as a one normal formality form regarding to you car repairing for signature and then i signatured that form and mailed to back them.After some days i called him, got to know the condition of car and workshop manager said that, "your car had given for the total loss not for repairing and then i said to him i did not give my car for the total loss i want to repairing for my car and want to back then manager said to me, "you talk to the insurance company about that.( I have a car insurance from HDFC ERGO GEN. INSURANCE COMPANY) .Then, i talked to the insurance company about that my problem and they said, " your car's piller had damaged during the accident. Insurance company lied to the work shop's manager about the car's piller because clearly, i have remember the pillers was in good condition during the accident and i have pictures also of this.After then again, i talked to the work shop's manager and he said, " the car has been damaged at the behest of the insurance company.but i said to the manager i want to repairing of my car then he said he will repair my car but today it has been nine month since my car crashed and they have not taken any action yet.
The workshop has given an estimate of car repair is Rs.450000. Which is less than 50% of the insurance value of the car, yet the insurance company is not repairing the car. I want to get my car repaired. I will not ditch the car in total loss at all.
Lastly, i have a humble request to you please take a strict action of this my problem as soon as possible
