Hello,

I am Sachin from Delhi. On 27 February2020, I went to Agra and on highway my car had an accident in midnight.I have (i20 car, Model-Megna plus, Rg.no-DL 8C AY 2427). On 1march2020, I parked my car at NRL HYUNDAI WORKSHOP(AGRA) for repair. After some days, (NRL HYUNDAI) workshop Manager and Car surveyor of (HDFC ERGO GEN. INSURANCE COMPANY) called me and said that, "i have mailed you as a one normal formality form regarding to you car repairing for signature and then i signatured that form and mailed to back them.After some days i called him, got to know the condition of car and workshop manager said that, "your car had given for the total loss not for repairing and then i said to him i did not give my car for the total loss i want to repairing for my car and want to back then manager said to me, "you talk to the insurance company about that.( I have a car insurance from HDFC ERGO GEN. INSURANCE COMPANY) .Then, i talked to the insurance company about that my problem and they said, " your car's piller had damaged during the accident. Insurance company lied to the work shop's manager about the car's piller because clearly, i have remember the pillers was in good condition during the accident and i have pictures also of this.After then again, i talked to the work shop's manager and he said, " the car has been damaged at the behest of the insurance company.but i said to the manager i want to repairing of my car then he said he will repair my car but today it has been nine month since my car crashed and they have not taken any action yet.
The workshop has given an estimate of car repair is Rs.450000. Which is less than 50% of the insurance value of the car, yet the insurance company is not repairing the car. I want to get my car repaired. I will not ditch the car in total loss at all.
Lastly, i have a humble request to you please take a strict action of this my problem as soon as possible

    My father admit in ILBS hospital in vasant kunj but HDFC ergo company fraud me . my policy is started in 13/11/2017 .i am pay amount in everytime but policy not working .i am poor people .my father only earn in my family no more option. mere father admit the hospital main but company ne hamari koi help nhi ki or to hamari file bhi reeject kr di humne kahi se udhar mang kar apne father ka ilaj karya.my father is suffering in liver cirrohsis and cancer .mere father hi ek option h hamare ghar m kamane ka or koi nhi kamata.hamari help kijiye

    please its a humble request to take initiative on this matter. my father is suffering from the biggest illness and we are facing financial problem also. we have a one of the single option for financial support by HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY but at the time of treatment the company take back the steps and we faced too much trouble on those days. right now treatments is going on process but we don't have financial support to continue the treatments so please please please take this on priority and take the action against the company and reimburse the hospital bills so that we can continue the treatments.

      Dear Ma'am /Sir,
      I am a policy holder for my car insurance from HDFC ERGO and the policy number is [protected]. I met with an accident and my car got damaged. The accident took place in Raj Nagar Extension, Meerut Road (which is a very busy road) at around 7pm on 11th Oct, 2020. The accident took place as the vehicle (truck) which was going ahead of me applied the brake at once. I too applied the brake at once and tried to control my car. But my car banged on the truck (mixer truck used at construction site) and my front bumper, left head light, left fog lamp and left side of the bonnet got damaged. At the same time, a Vikram auto which was behind my car, hit my car from the back and damaged my back bumper and boot space, camera and plastic components. Since the traffic was stuck due to this accident, police came and asked me and everyone involved in the accident to move ahead, so that the traffic gets cleared. So, I was unable to take the pics of the spot. Pics of the car is attached herewith for your reference.

      Now, all the claims have been approved accept the bonnet. As per the surveyor (Mr Deepak Tyagi), the bonnet in the front is not co-relating with this accident. I don’t know on what basis/ criteria, HDFC ERGO passes the claim.

      My emotions are attached with my car, so I drive my car carefully. I have never availed the claim in the last 2 years since I purchased the vehicle.

      Request you to pls help in getting the approval of the claim as it was actually an accident and none of my fault.

      Your early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

          I have been getting calls from HDFC everyday regarding tbe loans and insurance. Despite activating DND, im still receiving calls from them. Blocked how much ever number i received. Very next day they'll call from another number. I dont even have an account in hdfc and i never want to take credit card in my life. Since its my permanent number from last 11 years, Im not able to change it. Otherwise, i could have done that.

          Please help

            Wrong amount debited against health policy renewal.

            Dear sir,

            On 15 september 2020 our car hyundai i 10 with vehicle number up 15 bz 4334 was parked near tara apartment bus stand. Add the night we checked our car was completely okay but in the morning the next day that is 16 september 2020 we saw that the front glass of the car side door glass of the car left side back light was broken and the stereo system was stolen with the frame left totally damaged.

            I haven taken a policy for my car zero dep. From hdfc ergo. That’s why i went to hyndai showroom in okhla industrial area phase 2 new delhi for getting claim.
            Hyundai’s employee inspected my car and done all the documents facilities for getting claim.

            But today i received a message from hdfc for online tracking and i tacked and got the contact no of surveyor who has done survey of my car and asked for approval the. He told me that i got only door glass claim while my front car also cracked they and stereo frame also damaged which should be claim in my policy.
            They are refusing abnormal.
            I have harmed more in my car however they are giving the approval only for door glass.
            They are not giving the approval as per conditions of policy. So it is requested you to please take a action against hdfc ergo.

            Dear Sir,

            They have approved only stereo frame they did no give the approval of Front glass and stereo system.
            Front glass should be change as per policy terms and conditions but they are not giving the approval for the same.

            I’m getting face many problem in this pandemic situation because my car is in hyundai service centre since[protected].

            HDFC Ergo is fooling to customer they promise to cover many things mentioned in policy but at the time of claim they give the excuse like your glass is not fully cracked there is a hair crack in front glass that’s why you can’t get claim, it is not good they are fooling to customer.
            It anyone will not take any action against then These people will continue to rob the customer.
            So please it is my humble request to please take a stick action against them and get me the approval for Front glass and Stereo.

            Please take this matter seriously.
            Nobody is giving the response from HDFC ERGO.

            I made a call to Hyundai service centre and asked that how long will take to repair my car they told me that first Hdfc ergo gave us the approval of door glass and stereo frame but now they hold the work, don’t know why.

            I am not understanding that what is doing there
            Why they have provide the policy service when they are not capable to give the claim.

            I have already been suffer many days due to my car still in hyundai service centre.

            It is my humble request again to please short-out this matter as soon as possible.

            Please try to understand my problem it has lost enough harm of my car and hdfc ergo is taking this lightly.

            Kindly take a action against HDFC ERGO.

              My vehicle was damaged in an accident on 09 february 2020. I have insured my vehicle from hdfc ergo insurance company. Till date my claim not settled down. Sas hyundai & insurance company not doing settlement. First they told me that your vehicle will be in total lost. I have all mail communications.
              From go head of insurance company that approx 28000/ i (Customer) will pay and rest amount insurance company will pay. When my car got dismentalled then sas hyundai says that total cost of repaire will cross idv value. Now there are no response from hdfc ergo.

                  Regarding the claim c[protected] surveyor pushing me to go for 2 claims for single incident damage after explaining the incident he is not accepting after having more than 40min discussion to explain it he questions human mentality while incident took place and he is pushing me to agree to his decision without clarification and reason for why it is not claimable and i have bumper to bumper insurance i am not satisfied with the claim need justice

                  It occurred on: 1/09/2020

                  I wanted the clear reason for rejecting the damaged item not like rejecting because not correlated and hdfc surveyor behavior is completely wrong while he was taking to customer the surveyor saying customer is hiding and driver should not panic while accident took place and hit any other object and which is not correlated hence rejecting as a customer i have explain the incident still they are forcing me to go for 2 claim so they get another 2k for processing fee and trying to avoid customer

                    Dear sir.
                    Inspite of submitting my documents (Cancelled cheque & consent for mode of claim payment) on 30/08/2020 & again on 02/09/2020, i have been receiving same mails repeatedly for same documents.
                    Both of my mails were acknowledged and service numbers given to me are
                    37831534 & 37885878.
                    It is very strange to see that whenever i try to upload the documents via link provided in the mail, your software could not fetch my phone number/email id as well as policy number.
                    I really do not want to get mentally disturbed anymore.
                    Kindly look in to the matter and revert back asap.

                      My credit card transaction history shows offus charge of rupees 99, whether i have not made any big purchase on my card, and my credit limit is also not as per my payments it is showing 600 rs less credit limit .

                        I received a call from someone claiming to be from hdfc ergo. They gave me a policy number 510871 of 2013 and said i was entitled to no claim bonus and to call a number[protected] navin jain in hdfc ergo processing team. The person who called initially is from hdfc ergo customer care team. The facts they had was correct. How did they get it?

                        I am told by hdfc ergo it is a fraud and the internet has some warnings also. Please alert others and take appropriate action.

                          I am insured since 2012 and i have ported to optima restore of apollo munich health insurance since 2018 which is now hdfc ergo. I have been using this insurance for 2 years now and i have never claimed any reimbursement till date.

                          I am now going to explain my issue by listing everything date wise for clarity purposes and all the documents referred to are already submitted to grievance team and cgo team and not being attached here due to privacy issues.

                          I was admitted on 14.02.2020 in delhi during an official visit at indraprastha apollo hospital by doctor s l broor under patient id apd1.[protected]. (Refer discharge summary for details) and i had given my optima policy restore no. Aa[protected] to the tpa desk. It is pertinent to note that i went to indraprastha apollo hospital particularly as i was insured with apollo munich.

                          They did the ct scan on 15.02.2020 in the morning and diagnosed me for crohn's disease but were not 100% sure as they thought it might be tuberculosis.

                          On 15.02.2020, a doctor from the s l broor team filled up the cashless request form and gave it to the insurance tpa desk in which he mentioned that i had crohn's disease.

                          On 15.02.2020: i received a letter from the insurer asking for duration of crohn's disease, etc as they were unaware that i was just recently diagnosed (Refer pdf named doctor statement page no.1)

                          They did various other scans like colonoscopy, x ray, fibroscan, etc from 15th to 18th to diagnose me and confirmed it as crohn's disease. However the doctor asked to meet him with a pathology report of colonoscopy later in opd for confirmation of crohn's disease. It is well known to the medical world that tuberculosis and crohn's disease are very similar and often need lots of tests and accuracy to exactly determine which disease the patient exactly has. (Refer discharge summary)

                          On 18.02.2020: the doctor replied to the letter dated 15.02.2020 sent by my insurer and by mistake he has written that i am having crohn's disease since 2015 (Refer pdf named doctor statement page 2). I had not seen the letter as i was in my hospital bed and my attender who was from delhi did not know to read english.

                          Therefore on 18.02.2020, my cashless request was denied. So i paid all the hospital bills of rs.1.6 lakhs and got discharged.
                          On 05.03.2020: did follow up visit with dr. S l broor in his opd with a pathology report as instructed. He confirmed that it is crohn's disease but he advised me to meet again after 1 month during which he will get 2nd opinion from another doctor just to be on the safer side.

                          05.03.2020: dr. S l broor based on my request gave a doctor certificate in which he clearly writes that "he had given an earlier letter dated 18.02.2020 mentioning that i have had crohn's disease since 2015 by mistake. He clarifies that i was admitted on 14.02.2020 and that i was diagnosed with crohn's disease thereafter. (Refer pdf named doctor statement page 3).

                          You should understand that i would not have not done ct scan, colonoscopy, fibroscan, etc if i already knew that i have crohn's disease.

                          Now in spite of me giving the doctor certificate dated 05.03.2020 which clearly states that i was diagnosed for crohn's disease after my admission on 14.02.2020, the insurance customer care team and the escalation level 1 i. E. [protected]@hdfcergohealth.com and escalation level 2 i. E. [protected]@hdfcergo.com are demanding me to provide an"affidavit from treating doctor mentioning 1st diagnosis date of the condition crohn’s disease". (Please refer to the pdf named diagnosis date).

                          The doctor denied giving me an affidavit and stated that he has not been asked by anyone in his 40 years of experience to give an affidavit and that doctors as professionals can only give in writing on their letter head duly signed and sealed which he has already given me. (Refer doctor certificate). Further, you fail to understand that i am in bangalore and being a resident of bangalore, this doctor and the hospital is in delhi.in spite of this i have been running from pillar to post and have requested their medical records team, doctor and also their dms team at the hospital to assist me but i have got no help from anyone.

                          So ultimately, in spite of me being insured since 6 years and 2 years with apollo munich - the insurer, just because i have been diagnosed now with a new disease, you are not willing to accept that i have been diagnosed with a new disease and therefore will not process any claims i make with respect to this new disease meaning that me being a insured person is meaningless and useless.

                            My File No[protected] loan was already sanctioned but due to pandemic my salary was reduced to 33900 from 63000 but the loan amount was for 20lakhs i dont have any current or prior loan and my salary has been regularised back to 63000 from current month (august 2020) which i will provide bank statement and salary slip once salary received but still there is no reply or any information given from the bank side only information provided is that i will not get any kind of refund on processing fees .. this is like getting cheated for 11500Rs feels like HDFC running a new scam of just collecting processing fees and denying loan
