Inspite of submitting my documents (Cancelled cheque & consent for mode of claim payment) on 30/08/2020 & again on 02/09/2020, i have been receiving same mails repeatedly for same documents.
Both of my mails were acknowledged and service numbers given to me are

Offus charge

My credit card transaction history shows offus charge of rupees 99, whether i have not made any big purchase on my card, and my credit limit is also not as per my payments it is showing 600 rs less credit limit .

I received a call from someone claiming to be from hdfc ergo. They gave me a policy number 510871 of 2013 and said i was entitled to no claim bonus and to call a number[protected] navin jain in hdfc ergo processing team. The person who called initially is from hdfc ergo customer care team. The facts they had was correct. How did they get it?

I am told by hdfc ergo it is a fraud and the internet has some warnings also. Please...

Arbitrarily denying my claim

I am insured since 2012 and i have ported to optima restore of apollo munich health insurance since 2018 which is now hdfc ergo. I have been using this insurance for 2 years now and i have never claimed any reimbursement till date.

They are saying the dent is old.. But my car got hit from two side.. Solicit and misguided

The representative from the said bank forcefully make be buy a policy hdfc sl progrouth super ii saying that this must be bought as a loan insurance policy. Which is completely misleading me. non refund of premium for cancelled application for premium paid twice

Had paid rs 33142.90 as premium for optima restore policy by hdfc ergo health on 20 apr 2020 vide prospect no nw0c584b0p

However i have decided to renew my easy health policy and do not this policy. I have requested them to refund it to credit card account urgently. This premium was paid by mistake in addition to one premium paid early.

Please refund at the earliest....

I purchased the policy no.[protected]Issuance, 22/11/2018, 31/12/2018 00:01 hrs to 30/12/2019 midnight)
And while taking this policy there was no claims made in my previous policy (Magma - p[protected]/4101/107178, 29/03/2018 to midnight of 30/12/2018).
There was an unfortunate accident around 20th dec and had to make a claim in previous policy (Magma - p[protected]/4101/107178).

I was asked for previous years policy document after 2 months of policy issuance from hdfc ergo and i already provided cover note of my previous years policy within a week of an email request from you, then again i saw an email asking for full policy document and not only cover note.. Please note its not necessary that ill be monitoring my mail at each and every time. Its your duty to call and follow up if you need any additional verification...
