    “i have applied for a personal loan with account no:65065761 on 05/02/2019 from hdfc bank moranhat branch with ifsc code:hdfc0002831. The representative from the said bank forcefully make be buy a policy hdfc sl progrouth super ii saying that this must be bought as a loan insurance policy. Which is completely misleading me. I want not to discontinue the policy and want suspension of the office for this misleading behaviour to a customer. Please look into the matter urgent otherwise i shall be bound to make legal action against this.”

      Had paid rs 33142.90 as premium for optima restore policy by hdfc ergo health on 20 apr 2020 vide prospect no nw0c584b0p

      However i have decided to renew my easy health policy and do not this policy. I have requested them to refund it to credit card account urgently. This premium was paid by mistake in addition to one premium paid early.

      Please refund at the earliest.

            I purchased the policy no.[protected]Issuance, 22/11/2018, 31/12/2018 00:01 hrs to 30/12/2019 midnight)
            And while taking this policy there was no claims made in my previous policy (Magma - p[protected]/4101/107178, 29/03/2018 to midnight of 30/12/2018).
            There was an unfortunate accident around 20th dec and had to make a claim in previous policy (Magma - p[protected]/4101/107178).

            Unfortunate accident happened again and claim was made on new policy on (11/02/2019) which get covered in hdfcergo policy, hdfcergo is not processing my claim saying that i have falsified information related to ncb and make 3-4times the payment.
            When taking the policy on 22nd nov, there was no claim and also and as per policy hdfcergo ​was to communicate with customer​on discrepancy and 20 days of notice, which they have not done. Hdfcergo says they have communicated but when i asked them to provide the proof they were not able to furnish the same.

            My car is stuck in service center from past 2 weeks and causing lots of issues.

            Please help in getting this resolved as hdfcergo is not listening to logic or providing proof of communication!

                I was asked for previous years policy document after 2 months of policy issuance from hdfc ergo and i already provided cover note of my previous years policy within a week of an email request from you, then again i saw an email asking for full policy document and not only cover note.. Please note its not necessary that ill be monitoring my mail at each and every time. Its your duty to call and follow up if you need any additional verification or document.

                Then i receive e-mail stating that previous years policy was invalid, how can you say that policy was invalid??
                Give me a proof of your communication with my previous insurer (Icici lombard). I have a authentic policy document and while renewing policy with you i already provided the policy number at www.policybaazar.com

                If such was the case then you shouldn't have accepted the premium from me for new policy with you. Why did you wake up in june and suddenly ask for verification of previous policy??

                I bought policy from you in march'16 and you are realizing it in june?? This is crap!

                And also i haven't received any courier or document from you for this!! Your stupid call center staff doesn't understands the meaning o[censored]pdating address which i communicated at the time of buying policy only. You must have taken address from vehicle rc which is my old address and start sending couriers for no reason on old addresses!! Is this good customer management.. I regret having renewed policy with you. I should have continued with icici lombard.

                After verifying previous years policy and asking for some additional amount to re-instate the policy its moire than 1 week and no action has been taken on that by the company. I have followed up enough on this and have no other choice apart from raising it to consumerforum.

                If any of the policy clauses are modified and are not re-instated immediately, i will not be responsible for any claims through the policy i would consider the policy conditions at the time of buying it and would expect any claim regarding it to be settled. It will be hdfc ergo responsibility thereafter

                  Mere pitaji ka mediclaim ke liye maine insurance company ko sab documents bheje hai, lekin company ne wo pre-existing bimari hai aisa kehkar use reject kar diya. Lekin mere pitaji ko koyi bhi pre-existing bimari nahi thi, aur hamne unse march 2012 me policy liya tha, uske baad 2013 me 1st time pitaji ko taklif hone lagi iske karan unhe hospital me dikhaya to dr. Ne blood check karne ko kaha, to uss wakt 1st time unhe diabetis find huva. Aur uske kuch dino baad unhe heart ki problem ho gayi thhi . Dr. Ne jo jo tratment ki uska usi wakt hamne mediclaim kiya thha. Woos wakt insurance companany ne claim pass kar hame paise bhi diye the. Lekin ab november 2015 me jab uhe weakness ke karan hospital me admit kiya to woos wakt dr. Aur patient ke miscommunication ki wajah se uspe galti se dr. Ne diabetis 1 se 1.5 saal likhne ki jagah 10-15 saal likh diya, is karan cashless mediclaim reject ho gaya thha. Lekin hamne usi wakt insurance company ko iss galti ki information di thhi. Uss wakt wo bole ki sab past history document reimbersment ke time pe bhej do. Hamne aready sab document bheje hai, aur jis dr. Ki galti thhi unka crtificate bhi beja hai, to bhi abhi tak wo claim approve nahi karke hame pareshan kar rahe hai. Please hamri help kijiye.

Whereas, it's so important for me to get back my original documents after the claim got rejected, still only verbal commitment at your end being given, but nothing in action. I truly do not understand the hindrance of this procedure. This is my last reminder from my end, if no action being taken in that case I'll put up the issue in consumer forum for negligence & harassment.

                      Re : Vehicle No. WB-06-H-5868 (Mercedes- Benz) I have purchased Mercedes Benz being Model: BENZ C200 BLUE EFFIENCY BS IV financed by HDFC BANK under the HDFC Ergo Insurance operated by some Mr.Dipankar Ghosh (dipankar.[protected]@hdfcergo.com) It has not been stated in your email dated 14th July, 2015 that the cost of the alloy wheels are not being allowed. The discretion should be of the company i.e. Mercedes Benz Service Centre as to whether the wheels are repairable or it need to be replaced. Where the Service Centre has opined for need to change the alloy wheels then the surveyor has no authority to say that the same can be repaired. I do not know there is a bumper to bumper policy and why alloy wheels will not be fully covered. In any event, we demand full reimbursement of the costs of the alloy wheels. However, without prejudice to our rights and contentions, please process the bills immediately and send the cheque at the earliest. I have learnt something from you which will allow me to apply in future. I thought that the name “HDFC” has some brand value but now it appears to me the other way round. To me your surveyor is not sacrosanct and lacks technical knowledge. Would you mind to send the details of the technical knowledge of surveyor to me for perusal and/or future action? I have been told by the surveyor that the surveyor has no power either to recommend for repair or replacement of the alloy wheels and in the instant case insurance company has advised him that it is repairable and could be sent to Pune and accordingly he acted upon. From your action, it is clear that you are bent upon deceiving your customers. I will bring this fraudulent Act of your Bank in public Knowledge.                         car front glass and rear glass broken police report made duly stamped by okhla phase iii new delhi survayor refusing to accept the report on the basis the diary no not there. as per court rulings intimation to police is a must and it had been followed. it is the duty of the survayor to go to police station to very whether it has been filed and make a report. thge survayor refuses to go to police. it is the duty of the survayor. refusal is incorrect

                          Worst Customer Care I have an existing Car Insurance Policy#[protected] which expired on 22nd March as I missed to renew it. I immediately called customer care, provided my details and was assured on the process of "Vehicle inspection" that insurance will be done. I went online & registred for Vehicle Inspection against a Quote# MR[protected]. I got a calls on 25th March from the number "[protected]", the person offered me 2 appointments to pick from one. 1st - Morning/Afternoon time 26th March 2nd - Same day, evening by 5pm Since like all others I am also a working proffessional I could not take leave/time off on 26th hence I requested if possible same day(25th March) after 6pm but the person on line expressed his in-ablility, understanding same I said yes for 5Pm and he "COMMITTED" (I hope you understand the meaning of this word) me that the agent will come for inspection by 5pm. I had to cancel an urgent meeting of mine because I wanted this task to be done asap, I waited till 5pm but got a call around 5.30 from the inspection agent named "Hemant" as per True Caller from the number +91 [protected] & he said if I could agree to a timing on for next day. I explained him how I canceled my meeting and rescheduled to next so was impossible taking leave and cancel the meeting, !!again!!, to my shock he simply said not possible and disconnected the call on my face (now thats very rude). I got pissed/angry called customer care & explained how after a COMMITTMENT I am denied rudely and there is no value/consideration to my valueable time given that meeting was canceled, another surprise agent name "Dhara" placed my call on hold and came back to start explaining me policy as how it takes 1 day after quote generation and since I generated it 25th morning I should wait. Well I guess she and neither of people involves know the value of COMMITTMENT moreover I fear if they understand ENGLISH. Nevertheless she atleast realized, apologized and told me she will try her best to arrange same at 6.00pm. I got a call today an hour back again from same agent (Name and number above) & everything back to ground '0' he asked me morning/afternoon & after I confronted him he simply disconnected the line on my face by saying "sorry not possible" (Again, you guys have guts to be rude repeatedly) Very Rude, very pathetic, worst, disappointing and an unprofessional behavior. I will make sure to make this feedback on social sites/forums as mush as possible. Also, I am discontinuing any existing relation with HDFC i.e. Card, HDFC Erogo accidental insurance & bank account, you deserve it and to never suggest anyone to go to HDFC.                               Hi, This is S. PRAVEEN KUMAR from Hyderabad. I had a really bad experience with HDFC Credit card & Ergo insurance recently.. I have recently received my HDFC platinum credit card ending with ****4045. The representative has informed about the insurance plan which they are offering with the credit card. I refused it directly as we had other insurance policies. They informed me that I have to cancel the insurance policy after receiving the papers. I asked them why I should check the papers when I do not need insurance. The credit card customer care neglected to hear me and my account was debited with Rs 6111 on the 6th day after receiving the card. Till date I have not received any papers nor I have signed any papers. How can they give me insurance which I do not want and debit the money from my account.. I had called multiple times HDFC credit card cust care & HDFC Ergo insurance to cancel the health insurance. The Cust care representatives were not willing to take the cancellation.Even the worst thing they Debit the amount for Insurance policy within 6days. I had also asked them multiple times to cancel the Policy but the customer care representatives were giving me different procedures like send a courier to chennai to cancel the policy. The most disappointing thing is that they are processing the Policy online with Zero documents that too within 24 Hours.. But When I wanted cancel it they are not even responding. If they can issue a policy online then why they cant cancel it online. No action has been taken till now. Please cancel my Policy and debit the amount back to My Credit card.                                 I am Tarsem Kumar .I have a credit card from HDFC bank. Card Number: [protected] I got a called from hdfc ERGO - Health Policy and told me about health insurance, HDFC ergo based on my credit card, I was not interested and refused the policy. He called me next day and force me to adopt this policy. i agreed with this. After few days i called to customer care regarding my credit card bill. He offer me new health policy and told me that your health policy is not refundable. he said you can cancel this policy and take this you pay only 590Rs P/M i agreed. but he did not cancel my first policy and start second policy without intimation. I phoned many times to customer representative about this issue to cancel second policy every time he offer me new policy. and before 45days i told customer care to stop my policy i am not intrested he said if you cancel this policy you will pay 40% before cancel this policy. i was in confused so i decide to cancel and stop credit card. I phoned to customer care and asked credit card and ergo policy cancellation process. He told me give written letter in any hdfc branch. But before cancel credit card and Ergo policy i have paid all my due(outstanding). After that I had given application to close my card and policy.After that i received the email from hdfc ergo regarding Cancellation of Health Insurance policy reference no HN[protected] after few days i got call again from hdfc he said your overdue is remaning. I told him about whole process after that he checked all record and said your policy and card are completely close and agreed all is clear. But he did not refund Ergo policy amount in my account. I phoned many times to customer representative and asked my all due is clear he agreed all is clear. But now why he deduct 1100 Rs in my account and did not refund Ergo policy amount in my account. So, I request you to cancel the following Health Policies and refund the amount debited from my account and please take the necessary step to resolve the above issue as earliast as possible.                                   I, Dr Balai Chandra Dutta, had Mediclaim Policy with M/s National Insurance Company since 01/08/2004 for myself, my wife Mrs Subhra Dutta & my son Sri Sayantan Dutta. I continued with the company and went on renewing our policy till 31/07/2012 uninterruptedly. Under the Policy portability facility I transferred our Policy from M/s National Insurance Company to M/s HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company with effect from 01/08/2012 and renewed on 01/08/2013, by which our policy is valid till 31/07/2014. I even received the the No Claim bonus accumulated with former Insurer as CB Amount. As on date Sum Insured for each one o[censored]s are Rs 3.00 Lakhs and bonus are Rs 91000/ for me, 51000/ each for my wife & son. Very recently my wife was suffering from Gynecological problem with Fibroid Uterus & Endometritis as diagnosed by the doctors who advised Surgical Intervention. Accordingly I applied with HDFC ERGO general Insurance Co Ltd on 13/01/2014 and got the Registration No CCN RC-HS[protected] for Cashless Hospitalization benefits for admission to AMRI Hospitals, Salt Lake, Kolkata. But after 4 hours of that I got another sms indicating rejection of Cashless benefits. I have collected copy of the Letters sent by the Insurer to AMRI Hospitals which is added here. I have been compelled to arrange the Admission on 17th as planned & Operation on 18th Jan'14. Today I released my wife from the hospital & taken back to home. My Total Expenses during these 5 days is Rs 82641/ (Rupees Eighty two thousand six hundred forty one only) which I paid through my Credit Card. Now the issue is - there is nothing mentioned in my policy that I shall be loosing the Medical benefits (with age of policy) after Portability from National Insurance to HDFC ERGO. For a new policy the ref clause no 6.c is applicable but a transferred policy of 8 years + 1.5 years, they just can not deny my claim of Cashless Hospitalization benefits. The HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co Ltd must reimburse all my expenses immediately.

                                    I have been abused by HDFC ERGO's agency, while chasing for our car insurance, and when i approached to the corporate office regarding this misbehave /misconduct they said, we don't know anything, and today i have been feeling mentally harassed since 28/9/13. Seen was : My colleague got a call from [protected], Ms. Prabha, and she referred my name (Ankit Gupta)and said that the all proposals regarding talk has been done with me, so can we send our executive to the inspection purposes, and when he came to our office, My colleague requested me called me to confirm the rates and other terms, so I called Prabha on [protected] and she just listen my words ( Ma’am, when did I had words with you regarding insurance of our company car, she just said I will call in some time and then she called me because their executive was in hurry and asked us to leave if it is not yet confirmed, so we said ok, as your wish, then she called me and said (in very arrogant manner) if you guys were not able to do insurance and all how can you call executives “ Badtamiz kahin ke petrol ka kharcha kaun dega”. HDFC ergo intentionally appointed such agencies to abuse us, because after sending many mails to the greveince dept as well they do not take onus to atleast revert. Our regularities are also failed to provide any justice in this regards, being a consumer i asked to India Govt., are we here to molest only ?

                                      To, The Manager HDFC Bank Dhanbad Branch Sub: Maruti Swift JH10AC 2005 still not insured. Dear Sir, As you know my firm is an esteemed customer of your bank i.e A.MIT Coal Enterprise and the firm owns a White Maruti Swift with Reg no JH10AC 2005 and HDFC has even provided refinance on this asset. We had provided all required documents along with the cheque with the said amount to HDFC EGRO General Co Ltd. for renewal a month before the insurance expired to Mr Akhilesh and Utpal Kr Singh working with HDFC EGRO General Co Ltd. Dhanbad Branch and they were responsible to make the new insurance policy. I Rajendra Chaterbhuj Bhatia (Partner A>MIT Coal Enterprise) was continuously following with him on the policy to be renewed and always recieved a confident response on the same saying "Do not worry Sir it will be taken care before your current insurance expires", and even a week before the insurance was about to expire was continuously following with him over the call and personally and i was told that i will be handed a new policy by 13th Oct but i didn't receive any and till date i.e 19th Oct my car is uninsured. I am very sorry to say that such kind of employee are not eligible to work with HDFC bank as they are least responsible towards their work and resulting in unsatisfied customers. Request you to take necessary action on both thee employees and i am sending this copy of mail to head office of HDFC bank aswell. IF till coming Tuesday i.e 22nd Oct 2013 if my issue is not resolved i am promising you to take this issue to Consumer Forum Court and will deal with this legally, Thanks Rajendra Chatrabhuj Bhatia Partner A.MIT Coal Enterprise Dhanbad.
