I have subscribed for ht newspaper in the the month of may, i kept on calling ht team to collect the check or better take online transaction through netbanking or any other medium, but they insisted they have only one option that is collecting check from home. Then after so much delay one person came and collected the check from my home on 8-jun and told that newspaper will start from 1-july. Though we were not happy with this date and requested that it should be bit early. But he shown his helplessness and we agreed. Now when we did not receive the newspaper on 1st july also then on today on 3rd july we called customer care, they told that it will take another one month and newspaper will start on 1-aug. This is really very frustrating. I want to escalate this issue on this forum now.

I booked ht subscription of 1 year and made a payment of rs.799/- via paytm link sent by ht chandigarh. Still i have not received the coupons and with so many followups too, i am still trying to be in touch with ht media but no body picks up the phone. A few days back, i received a response that they have couriered my coupons and i will receive it in 4-5 days also they assured me that the newspaper vendor will automatically deliver the paper from 1st july. But its already 15 days and i have not received any coupons. The payment was made on 14th may, 2019 for the renewal of the subscription and i waited for more than a month, my local vendor says that he needs coupons which i have not received yet. I registered a complaint on the given number by ht chandigarh but now even they are not responding anymore. I feel cheated by ht. Their 1 july deadline has also passed and the newspaper has not yet delivered at my home.

One the 1st page of the newspaper of 27th june 2019.in which it is shown the top four teams of cricket world cup in which score and details are not updated, just below this u have shown match report of previous match of newzealand and pakistan in which pakistan has won the match so if you can show the previous match report thn it is not updated in the top four points table. Now it is small issue in a department of sports but in future it may arise in some serious issue where feedback wont help. Please look after it for ur better working only.

I am a regular customer of HT and receiving the coupons regular y for the last four years but this time i have given the cheque to same person authorised by HT for collection.But the coupons has not been received till date passed about 2 to 3 months. My address is PD 47 D pitam pura and no coupon has been received till date and a cheque amount of Rs 890/- has been paid in May 2019

I, Kamal Singh Asowal, a resident of B-99, NSG BlackCat Enclave, P6, Builder’s Area, Greater Noida - 201308, UP. I had given an advance cheque in May19 for annual subscription of Combo (HT & Hindustan). The subscription suppose to start from 1st June. As of new there is no news of coupons / subscription. I had tried calling the HT Cheque (amt - 1400/-) taker - Mr. Sachin Mallik, but he is not answering or taking my calls. I have no other options except sending mail to you. Its 7 days lost so far. Not accepted from such a big Media House.

The cheque was cleared and got the receipt via mail of the same. Also I got the message from HT that my coupons is dispatched.

I don’t know what to do now. Would appreciate if you look into this and revert or instruct further accordingly. If there is issues in it, then I request you to kindly cancel and refund the same. I will look for another Newspaper subscription.

Please let me know my expiry date of coupons which i subscribed for 12 months.
I not getting my ht copy since 1st may 2019 and when i asked about agency they told validity is over for coupons.
How can be validity is over of 12 months coupons when i paid check for that as on 23th june 2018, that 2 months after??
Please do the needful and refund my last two coupon subscription amount as i am not got the benefit of that or compensate it by providing ht copy adding this missed days for which i don't got the copy.

Please investigate above issue on priority basis.

Dear,
I have paid rs105000 in five transaction on dated 10.05.2019 and 11.05.2019. Through google pay in the bank transfer from my hdfc bank to shine icici bank. I have filed all receipts from shine side and my hdfc payment transfer vouchers. The shine agent is gourav. I will share the receipts if asked. Now gourav is still demanding 50000 to avail the services of shine and to provide platform for interview.
Please help me whether my transactions are genuine or fraud. If fraud i may proceed for legal action.

First of all cyclone fani hits odisha and completely destroyed odisha with its wind flow of speed 185kmph and around 57k electric plus telecom pole has been went off. There is no light no drinking water no communication medium no calls nothing...
People are struggling for life and it’s too much hectic for them to sustain.

Shame on you guys and your editors mostly your journalists who doesn’t know what to print on your newspaper..

I am feeling very sad to say that you should refer to newyork times and united nation news about the fani cyclone effect.

This is the main reason why people in india don’t trust media and my humble request to you that if you don’t know what exactly the news is then you just don’t print wrong information..

What happened to andhra pradesh, west bengal and jharkhand??? Could you please explain in better way compared to odisha???

It’s hurts when our nation newspaper prints # news like this...

One suggestion: you can reprint this news by saying sorry 😐 or else never ever print any news and stop your publication.

I came across your newspaper in facebook.in the very fast page i read about the destruction caused by fani which had not mentioned odisha... But about it's neighboring states, whereas odisha is the state which has been seriously affected by fani. This is really very disappointing. Odia people so do as i have a serious rant against your newspaper... I guess i will take this thing to even more higher authorities.in your upcoming newspaper... Publish some lines apologizing odisha and odia people

The recent super cyclone fani has caused havoc in the eastern states of india: odisha, west bengal, jharkhand, andhra pradesh. But its landfall was in the coast of puri, odisha with a troublesome windspeed of 205km/hr where it caused the most devastations. But ht cares less to mention even the name of the most affected state 'odisha' in its front page. Its sad and dissapointing to find a 'national newspaper ' being discriminatingly attentive to facts and subsequently not conveying the proper sketch to the people. Odisha is now being called ' virtual poor state' because of the lack of concern of even the media houses. The reasons for this is being wide estimated in the social media but what concerns me the siding of an independent newspaper against real issues. An answer is needed.

We are regular reader of newspaper here in sector11 rohini, newspaper vendor is charging Rs25 extra every month as delivery charges saying that company not paying him enough to meet delivery expenses being incurred by him.Kindly explain why consumer should be charged extra for such service as it leads to charges ABOVE TO MRP which is not permitted .
Kindly look into the matter and initiate justice.

I am pained after reading article about hemant karkare, ips, as per selective colleagues/bosses opinion. Have you ever done any such article as per colleagues/bosses opinion about col. Purohit or other accused persons.in you opinion whatever is said by selective colleagues/bosses of mr karkare is final and you have absolved him of alleged heinous charges levelled by woman prisoner without any inquiry in the charges just to give impression to public at large mr karkare was sacrosanct. As responsible media-house, it also your duty to publish stories of accused persons side by side based upon opinion of known persons as you have published of mr karkare. You should apologise for the fatal mistake, and after interviewing ex-colleagues/ex-bosses of alleged accused persons publish story so that public may make its independent opinion. Please do no push one side opinion upon public.

Pls note my id ro 136036 mr. Ramji thane vendor is providing ht newspaper last few years but this year service is poor a d not received newspaper on the following days. Jan 26, 27 (2days). Feb 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 (7days). March 18, 22, 25, 28 (4days). April 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15... Pls look into this matter seriously or provide me another service if good vendor. Thanks.

On october 24 2018, i paid more than 70000 inr for jobs in 'n' no of countries etc. Till now i did not get a single interview call. And i don't need your services anymore. So i stopped using shine and shine learning.

But today i got a call from [protected] (Mishra) saying that he is from ht media-shine and going to refund the amount. And he forwarded to [protected] (Sandeep k) said that he is from hdfc bank and asking personnel details. Like bank account number and ifsc code.

Even i know this is fake, but need to check how long it goes, for checking the genuinity i give the details. And i got *fake messages* that account credited for 61000 inr amount. While no money got refunded. Are you guys sharing our phone numbers. And making fun or what?

Utilizing a job searching person wisely and taking all his time and money.
Also while questioning this, started using unparliamentary language. Like i have looted your money and precious time.

What kind of services are you doing.?

I have issued cheque for rs.710/- for renewal of subscription for one year on 17/02/2019. The cheque cleared on 21st feb 2019. Now one and a half month is over, i am not getting any news paper or any feed back from your side. I have received coupons after one month and lying with me. Instead of reading the paper i can read the coupon daily. Thank you very much for your care for the customer like me. I am very much happy for your services. Keep it up.

Cbse has change class 12 syllabus.
Which was so confused. Now i'm in 12th (Science stream).
But when i was in 11th, there was ray optics added and solid state added.

And now i'm in 12th cbse again add ray optics and refuse from 11th.
But why cbse did this??
And also cbse add 6 english chapter which not was in[protected]. But now cbse added 6 english chapter in 12th[protected].
And english paper will be for 80 marks on board which was not in last.
Why why cbse did this???
When we in 11th, cbse change c. S syllabus python. And add ray optics and solid state. But now cbse refuse solid state and ray optics from 11th.

I just want to clear that is cbse really and fix add ray optics in 12th[protected] and why why???

This has become a major headache for me lately. We have faced this earlier in the past and ignored the issue thinking now it is resolved but still it has come back to give us grief. I am literally fed up this #

We bought and pre-paid for a 15 months newspaper plan worth rs 899/- whose payment was cleared in nov 2018 itself. Besides other intermittent issues throughout the period so far, we have just stopped receiving newspaper completely since mar 1. On calling vendor, it was told to us that he is not getting coupons (That we should have received to begin with) from your employee named mr. Sandeep. I have had enough of this back and forth between multiple people.

Now this mr sandeep is not even picking up our calls if you cant provide us the newspaper just give us the refund

I insist you look into this matter promptly and focus on getting this resolved to prevent this from causing more inconvenience for us.

Yesterday, a hazardous incident happened in abul fazal area of jamia nagar and this news is mentioned on first page of your paper. But the issue is, there is printed "in abdul fazal area of shaheen bagh" that's wrong content in terms of location.

Just read it once and kindly revert me as well.

I have booked your newspaper by paying sum of rs.899/- through ch no 2643 of sb a/c [protected] drawn on oriental bank of commerce, kanhai, sector-45, gurgaon branch. The ch was cleared on 11.01.2019. The newspaper was due to be delivered from ist of march 2019, but it is still not delivered at my residence h no. 1628, sector-45, gurgaon. Kindly look in to the matter and ensure immediate delivery of the newspaper.
