This is to inform you that we have not received newspaper for today. This is because the newspaper delivery person, rajkumar, threatened that he will not deliver newspaper from today, as we did not allow him to park his bike in our lane. Since, parking to external people is not allowed by our association. We tried telling him the same, but he went away saying that he will not deliver newspaper fron today.

I have subscribed to hindustan times newspaper so quite some time now. However, it's really disheartening to inform you that despite paying for the full subscription the newspaper vendor is demanding for some service charges of rs 100 per month. The vendor mr. Hazare has stopped delivering the newspaper, for now, more than a week. I requested ht to take stern action. However, they, in turn, are not doing anything about it.

[protected] में रहता हूं जिसमें आपकी कम्पनी का अखबार हिन्दूस्तान टाईम्स पिछले 6-7 वर्षों से स्कीम के तहत लोहित कुमार भूषण के नाम पर रजिस्टर्ड है, लेकिन हमारा वैन्डर श्री बसन्त हमेशा से अखबार समय पर नहीं डालता है पिछले वर्ष की स्कीम में उसने 6 महीने का अखबार नहीं डाला जिसकी शिकायत मैने हेल्पलाईन नं. 60004242 पर की थी किन्तु कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई अब फिर से मैने दिनांक 18 जून 2018 को इसी नं. पर शिकायत की है जिससे मुझे लिखित शिकायत डालने के लिए बोला गया इसलिए मैं यह शिकायत आपको दे रहा हूं कि हमारा वेन्डर बदल दें क्योंकि इसको समय पर पेपर डालने के लिए कहते हैं तो यह बत्दतमीजी करता है और झगड़ा करता है और पेपर न डालने की धमकी देता है कहता है कि मैं कम्पनी का खरीदा हुआ नहीं हूं मेरा अपना बिजनेस है मैं अपने पैसों से अखबार खरीदता हूं और बेचता हूं कृपया उचित कार्रवाई करें ।

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is almost 2 months now since we are not receiving newspaper from our local vendor.
I called the HT representative many a times but he is not responding.
We are not able to contact him in any other way.
It is happening every now and then and we have no control on it.
Request you to please take immediate action so that we will not face such issue in future.

Paid for mint subscription renewal way back in february. I have yet not received coupons. It may be noted that i have been repeatedly called for ht renewal. As records will show i have ht renewal upto march 2019. I also understand that charges of mint renewal are lower so kindly refund me the excess amount taken.

Several mails have been exchanged with [protected]@hindustantimes.com and also spoken to your customer service cell several times. But the issue has still not been resolved.

Sir the newspaper is not receiving property. It is received half or other or 5 days absent in a month..
I m also call to vendor jitender mishra and sandeep but after getting assurance the problem still not resolved.
I am complaining many times but problem is not solved
Pls provide help

We paid a check to ht midea through " kamik khan.in 06/2016. We paid rs 499 through check no-711786 date[protected] for one year scheme of ht newspaper. Provider drop news paper upto last week april 2018. After that he don't provide a single paper. We have remianing six more months for scheme as per rule. And news agency said now they wont provide anymore newspaper...

Live mint paper subscription of around Rs/- 1500 was collected through a promotional sales at our office in Capgemini india, prestige shantiniketan, Bangalore, whitefiled road.

Supply of paper stopped after 2 weeks by vendor due to non availability of coupons, the Mint customer care did not send coupons to me also.

Repeated follow ups since more than a year for refund without any resolution.

Please facilitate refund of the same

I have submitted a chhque of bank baroda of rs.799.00 for issuance of ht coupon for one year, this much of amount has been debitaes from my account on 10.04.2018 but tii date i have not get any coupon in my adress. Please resolve this and let me confirm.

I have started subsription with hindustan times but the newspaper was provided only for a month also we tried to locate the person for further information but we coudn't locate the person has received the cheque from our side and it has been debited from my account. i have paid for 1 year subscription for hindustan times newspaper. We have received coupens in march but no newspaper delivered till date.

We have tried to call the agent but the number is not reachable. I am helpless to get the problem resolved. Please start delivering newspaper immediately.

I had paid online subscription for paper a month back. There is no response from the compnay, and they do not provide any paper yet. Just taking money, and not starting paper. This is fraud. Why do you charge online payments when you cannot start paper delivery for upto one month. Why does it take so much time to process a paper request. No courier received. Every time i raise an complaint, they say it will take 8-10 days more. These people are fraud

There is nothing wrong in the letter and bloody nose is a phrase which means inflict a resounding defeat.

It could be interpreted in many ways but the person is talking about supreme Court and legal approach so correct interpretation of it is what is mentioned above.

As a regular reader HT is one of my favorite newspaper but this misinterpretation could be biased and injustice . So please accordingly correct it.

This is cringe worthy please don't do this to yourself (Ps sarcasm... Google it, that's what most of the tweets you used were going for)

I had subscribed after getting calls and messages from hindustan times newspaper and their representative. i had received msg that for 1299 i will get two year subscription that is 433 per year. I got a call from your person and he came and i filled the form and he asked me transfer 1299 then and there. which i did. After 2 days i got a call from same person asking me to pay 300/- more to avail the offer which they gave me earlier and if i dont pay my subscription wont start. I asked him to refund my money and i dont want any subscription which is not done yet and one morning he suddenly arrives my home asking me to pay 300/- forcefully which i dismissed, i had also asked me to refund the amount i have paid but he didnt do anything till now about it.

My 1 year subscription coupon for hindustan times have not been delivered till date but the payment had been paid and the cheque has been cleared from the bank. The coupon have been dispatched from the company but bsa courier company have not delivered the coupon till date. The coupon was dispatched on 31/04/18 through bsa courier vide ra7028546. Please take required action as soon as possible.

I had 1 year subscription for ht newspaper and redeemed only for 5 month and after that i shifted to new house and lost my coupons in the process.
Now contacted customer care and provided all the details. Even after all the authenticity provided they are not providing duplicated coupons and asked to pay from pocket to vendor as vendor is providing paper.
This is a case of cheating from ht media.

I paid the money last three month before for the newspaper for 1.25 years.. But no paper is received till now.. I have called many times but no response..

This is regarding to the ht new delhi editon dated (April 10 2018), and the reason i am writing this cause the naming of the athelits are not done properly on page # 23, how a person can know who is the person standing next to the bronze winner player, please try to name all the peoples on the pic especially when they are wearing indian jersy and having a medal in there hands, these players are representing our country bharat so if we cannot do much for them atleast name them properly so that people can know them and get inspired by them.
