Had paid to HT media for the delivery of the newspaper in the month of August, have received the coupons for the same starting in August month, but till date have not received any newspaper. Had also sent mail to the company regarding the same but there is no response from them so far. Have contacted the company office in Ludhiana as well as Chandigarh but they only assured that it would be resolved, but no one seems to bother about that.

My form no.[protected]. Have subscribed for ht newspaper from 19/4/2018 to 19/4/2021 (3 years). Also have made an advance payment against the same via cheque.
The thing is i have misplaced the coupons provided and therefore there's an issue for delivery of newspaper. Hence i request you to provide duplicate coupons or any other alternative remedy so that ht can continue providing daily newspaper.
Hoping that i will be provided with a proper remedy. Looking for a very positive response from such reputed company.

This is to bring to your notice that the delivery of your paper Hindustan times is not on time.
Today the paper is not delivered.our vendor is Sunder. When contacted, he promised to confirm from the delivery boy.
So far there is no excuse put forward.
You are requested to change my vendor.
There had been so many complaints filed against this vendor.
His area is very vast, that he is not able to cater to.
Please take immediate steps to solve the problem.

I am resident of amarpali platinium sector 119 noida i am reading hindustan times from 1975 onwards but as per now my vendor has stopped giving me the newspaper further to say he never inform us if there is any scheme. If we ask to supply the newspaper from other vendor he threatens him.

On 29th july we had complaint against subscription coupons. we got call twice from customer care. they said you will get within 15 days. but it's been one month we haven't received coupon. previously we have given detail in our last complaint.
we want our subscription coupon as soon as possible otherwise we will have to take some action against it.

I am the reader of Hindustan times last 10 years, always availing the news paper through coupan.

but this time all ready 2 month over I have not received the coupan, for the same I have mailed/ called to the customer service but every time they are giving different type of answer like coupan is under process / coupan to be delivered to your vendor but venor is different my existing vendor is different when I requested to change the vendor name after conferencing between my vendor & your customer care executive after that also not resolving the issues. now my vendor demanding either coupan/money .

for the same I have again called to your customer care on 21-Aug-18, this time they suggesting to talk to our Center Head Mr.Gaurav Sharma .

This time I am fed off with Hindustan times paper subscription, I will never take HT Subscription in future.

Sir I lived in Chandigarh and the Hindustan times paper delivery boy not delivering the paper at least 1 or 2 days in a week. He charged a lot amount (800) for one year. But not giving a good service. It taking your company image down wards. Plz check and advice that chap.after complaining him two three times he is not delivering the paper on time .

Myself dr geetika goyal r/o mohali. I opted for the one year subscription of ht newspaper in the last week of july. For which i gave the cheque of 799 to your representative. The amount of 799 had been deducted from my indusind account number[protected] on 30th july in the account of ht media ltd mohali. After that i received a confirmation call from the ht office. But till now i didn't receive any subscription coupon from your side. Kindly look into the matter and make sure the delivery of coupons as soon as possible.

I am renew my ht news paper subscription 06/01/2018, i am pay your renewal fee 899/- by cheque, bank name hdfc, cheque no. 000086, but i have nothing reply your vendor or ht staff till date, i have not received any news paper 01/01/2018 to 16/08/2018. I am attaching my payment transaction status.

Sir, i umesh khade residing in thane, kalwa is a regular customer of hindustan times. We paid 1399rs for your offer which consist of your service for 2 years +1 year free to our newspaper vendor. But now its been nearly 3 months that our newspaper vendor suddenly disappeared and our service is stopped. We also received coupons of your offer through post and we submitted it to our vendor and now our service is valid till 2020 but our newspaper vendor has disappeared (Maybe he ran away) and we have made full payment of it to him. So what do we do now? I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me through this.

I had subscribed after getting calls and messages from hindustan times newspaper and their representative. i had received msg that for 1299 i will get two year subscription that is 433 per year. I got a call from your person and he came and i filled the form and he asked me transfer 1299 then and there. which i did. After 2 days i got a call from same person asking me to pay 300/- more to avail the offer which they gave me earlier and if i dont pay my subscription wont start. I asked him to refund my money and i dont want any subscription which is not done yet and one morning he suddenly arrives my home asking me to pay 300/- forcefully which i dismissed, i had also asked me to refund the amount i have paid but he didnt do anything till now about it. I had already complained in april. Please resolve asap

Since that day we are calling him but he does not give us proper reply.

I have bought delhi/ncr ht subscription voucher in the month of nov2017 from your executive mr mehboob. After availing service till april 2018 when in the month of may 2018 i relocated to gurgaon and asked local vendor to provide me the services as per voucher he straight away denied and didn't accept the voucher by saying that "it's not valid in gurgaon".
Appreciate if you could please take appropriate action and provide resolution accordingly.

I have lost my 3 month vouchers i. E. May, june & july just because of this issue hence please let me know how i can now utilize or encash same as well in coming months.

My father has been reading Hindustan Times from a long period now and thus he keeps buying coupons every year. But this time our coupons were lost and we wrote a mail to the ht consumer complaint department regarding the same. They replied saying that our coupons will be delivered to us again within 10 days. Even after 10 days nothing happened. So I called up the consumer complaint department and they asked me if I was continuing the newspaper and I told them that my coupons are lost and want them delivered again. I was assured that the coupons will be send soon. Even after so many follow calls, nothing has been delivered yet. In the meantime I have received many calls asking if I am still using the Hindustan times and I keep telling them that I don't have my coupons and would want them Asap. Despite reminders via mail, the consumer complaint department just keeps delaying and postponing the actual delivery of coupons. Now I no longer wish to continue HT services and frustrated with your poor services, I just want my refund of money for the coupons I had paid.
Please look into the matter urgently and do the needful.

We inform you that the subscreption availed not getting news paper yet even after regular follow up for delivering.
At the time of availing the subscreption it had assured that paper wilk be delivering fron 1st July 2018 itself but i am not getting the same yet.

After waiting for about 3 months, my subscription finally started in July 2018 where I received the first HT Newspaper on 05/07/18 & since then I haven't received a single newspaper. I am appalled to see the kind of pathetic service provided by HT. The customer service number never connects.
If this is the service provided by HT, no customer would like to subscribe. I feel that I made a big mistake by subscribing to the HT subscription...

I had received the mail on my mail id that my annual subs is due and i should apply online and so i did, but later on i received so many calls on my mobile that the coupons are ready, i have been requesting them to cancel the request and refund my money but ht people are not doing so, today also i received the call and the girl on the phone said it can not be cancelled

If any hr consultancy is working fine today and may start wrong practices in future how is shine.com platform is responsible for that fake work.

Are we working only for money in your company? There is no responsibility of the company that if we are stuck somewhere than ht media should take urgent action against that.

And there is nothing illegal in our work but the reality is different, even we have got information that both of our seniors were also interrogated by police also have been warned not to do this kind of things again. Sub: i am a little bit afraid about my career and future with this company, what we are doing in this company, are we here to go in jail or in police remand? Or one day our photo will also get published in a newspaper? Kindly give me answers to some question related to shine.com.

1. I want to understand what our company (Shine.com) or (Ht media) is doing? Are we working as per government laws? If yes then please describe all o[censored]s (All employees) what is the legality and genuinity of the work we are doing?

2. If our work is genuine then please give us the reason why police arrests our employees and also the news goes viral every time in big newspapers. And this is not one-time case coz police has arrested shine.com 10 to 20 employees in past 2 years.

3. Every time our senior management only manipulates things and we are informed that they have not been arrested for selling data. If such is the scenario and database selling is legal then it is our (All employees working in shine.com) request to you to provide us with the legal documents with facts and sections of indian cyber law also.

4. As per the information we have got, in prakash bhatt’s case, he has not been released till date and has been tortured by the police (3rd-degree torcher by police) due to which he is not able to walk as well. And our all senior management manipulates things day by day to win confidence of rest employee to sale product again.

5. Pranava sir and neeraj sir both manipulated things by saying that he has been released from police custody. 11. If you want us to work on such clients than the company should take whole sole responsibility of the employees. Genuine clients do not go for shine.com

12. Also, the company should bear all the expenses in case if we get stuck in such case and also we want a written proof for this. That we are working with a right company.

13. Pranav sir, i am requesting to understand my situation. If someday police will arrest you and will 3rd degree torcher to you for something which has not been done by you, what will happen. That time if the company will not support you, (As you are also an employee) what was your career, i can give you best example of sameer bhosle also been fired by sine.com due to police case, then we should we do we are nothing in this big company.

14. No one has seen future. Most o[censored]s are married it might happen with anyone and our families will suffer with us.

15. Even now also crime branch is investigating our case. Kindly make some trust with employees, company should take responsibility of every employee associated with it.

16. My question is that if it was not the mistake of bhatt why hindustan times (Hindi or english newspaper) not published an article in its newspaper claiming that bhatt is innocent and police have arrested him due to misunderstanding. After his release, as per the management, again no such news was published in spite of the fact that dna and times of india had already published negative news about shine and also published the photo of bhatt along with the gang which was involved in the fraud. So how can we trust??

17. If bhatt has been released and we are doing right then why did not we published an article boosting shine and improving bhatt’s image which has been spoiled by other newspapers?

18. Please give us one reason to work with shine.com if this is your take and responsibility towards your employees. Because we are generating revenue for ht media not for our own.

19. It is my humble request to you to call prakash bhatt and present him in front o[censored]s so that he can clarify our doubts with him and also will get sure that if we get stuck in such situation than the company will stand for us and will protect us.

20. Also give us a clarity on the genuinity of our work. We are working with right product we can sell data to consultancy for money? Give us an authorisation letter on letterhead of shine.com

21. We want a guarantee from the company that company will come in front and will fight for us if such situation occurs again because in market there are lot many fraud cases which are coming in limelight daily and the fact is that they have subscribed to shine.com as per the news.

If you need a healthy environment in a company then the company should take guarantee to come in front and fight for us if such situation occurs again.

And i request our ceo or legal team to kindly reply to all these questions to continue our work in the fear-free environment. Waiting to receive a satisfactory response from you soon.
