I am not getting paper from my vendor from last month and not informed I am heaving yearly subscription pre- paid coupon.Please take necessary action and inform us.My address B-6/72 Pharma Apt.88.I.P.EXT. PATPARGANJ DELHI-92. contact no.[protected]. HT Representative calls us and problem will be solved but still I am not receiving my newspaper.If HT can not provide vendor than refund my money for advance payments.

Sir, i had subscribed for the hindustan times news paper coupons through their website and i received a message on 27 oct 2017, on my mobile no. 9*9 that my coupons have been dispatched through bsa courier vide ra6358407 on 23 ocy 2017.
Till date i have not received the coupons and on enquiry from the bsa courier i was told that the coupons have been returned back to ht as my house was found locked.
On speaking to ht call centre executive at [protected], i was told that the coupons will be resent to me; however, i have not received the coupons till date.

I have applied for hindustan times newspaper subscription in the month of august'17 through phone no.[protected]. One guy from ht media came to receive a cheque from me in sep'17 which got cleared on 29th sep'17. Since then i have been waiting for my newspaper subscription which has not started till date. I have been calling on the given phone number for last one week but nobody is responding on it. I even mailed on [protected]@hindustantimes.com but still nobody is responding.

Either i want my newspaper subscription to start asap or i want my money back. Pathetic service from a premier english newspaper company.

Hey, i have purchase coupons of newspaper from your agent against which he used to supply newspaper.
I have purchased coupon till january 2018 but he is not coming from october and another is coming instead who said that i have to pay again for the newspaper or to renew the coupons.
When i already paid for why i have to pay again.
Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible as i am not receiving newspaper from october.

Please note i have subscribed to ht scheme as suggested by your executive virendra sharma on 13/11/2016 for which i had also given him cheque of inr 888.00.

As per bank records cheque is already cleared, i do not remember of receiving any coupon from ht after that. Newspaper vendor has stopped delivering papers since sep 2017 though subscription was for 13 months.
I have attached copy of receipt. Please look into this and let me know why this subscription has been discontinued?

I tried getting help from virendra on this but he has not come back with any kind of assistance.

My subscription of mint (With saturday) started from october 1, 2017. It has been a pain in getting newspaper to my doorstep even after pre paying for the full year. There has been 3 saturdays till now and i haven't received copy for 2 saturdays also on approximately 2 weekdays i haven't received the copy. When i ask the vendor about the issue he says, the company is not providing with the newspaper in sabarmati area, ahmedabad. You are requested to provide me the refund of the yearly subscription amount. No point in continuing if i don't get newspaper even after pre paying.

Received a call from mobile no. [protected] mr. Deepak from hindustan times for newspaper and asked for bank debit card no. Given the number and rs. 6699/- have been debited twice from my account. (Total amount rs. 13398/-) when asked for the amount which should be rs. 699/- he said that the coupon will be complimentary as a diwali gift and no charges will be debited to my account.

It seems that there a gang of frauds in your hindustan times. Please note that if the amount is not returned to me will write to all relevant authorities and even the prime minister to resolve the issue. Now the mobile has beenn switched off.

I will also a complaint with the police authorities on the issue.

I am vijay sharma from safdarjang enclave. I am regularly taking english ht newspaper for last 20 yrs. But for last 3 days no suppliment with newspaper recd. I have returned ht for today to vendor there is no sense of reading just few pages of news but for this festive season suppliments ht city ht classified ht estate brunch are must. This has never happened with ht which is leading news paper in delhi.

I asked the person who delivers in my society (Mass apartments, plot # 24, sector 10, dwarka, new delhi 110075). He said there is some problem and the distributor has not provided the supplements. For past one week why there is no ht city and brunch comming at my place in gurgaon.
The newspaper vendor has informed its not comming from ht itself.
This is very shocking as i have recently started with ht coupons and facing this situation, never faced this issue with previous newspaper.

Sir, from last wednesday i am not getting supplements with ht when i contacted my vendor yesterday he told me that there is problem with ht only. So i called up ht complaint cell today and submitted my complaint the executive told me that the cell is closed today and he could not help me and advised me to call up tomorrow again. I request you to kindly look into the matter as it is a serious breach of trust on the part of ht as all supplements cost is included in the main paper. From past many years i am a regular customer of ht newspaper with annula subscroption... But suddenly the newspaper tender has stopped the delivery without any reason... We are facing lot of issues from the newspaper tender supplier... Many a time he is not even delivering the newspaper and lot of gaps are there in supplies... The vendor is not supplying ht city magazine for last 2 days in area of sector 4 dwarka. On asking the reason, he relied that the same is not being supplied in dwarka. If this is true, then pl modify the newspaper rate for our area, otherwise i will have no option but to change the newspaper.
It has happened in the past also, but bullying tactics by vendor, being the sol distributor, the issue is not resolved.

Sir i am principal of dr pal school in sec4r. Sir there is a garbage box near my school to throw garbage of locality member. But this garbage box filled and many sweper comes with there garbage career and throw there garbage in open so this problem my school student don't cross by this road. I have changed my building at the same campus, for which i had called 4 times to customer care mumbai at +[protected]. I have been assured 4 times that vendor will start delivering news paper to your new address in 2-4 days but still the situation is same. It is a warning to you that if this complaint does not resolve in 1-2 days, i am going to penalize you in consumer forum.
