Studymate is a big fraud. Studymate indirapuram branch got my kid admitted after making false promises that recorded lectures would be available on portal and my kid can access at home as she doesn't keep good health and they took full fifty percent money from me. As soon as i joined they didnt provide recorder lecture at hine access and also all their promises done earlier of teachers available from 11am to 8pm for kids issues turn out false. I asked them to refund my money back after 7 days only as soom as they break promise. Now i am following up with them for last 4 months for my money back, they kept 50% almost my money with them and not returning to me. I need my money back from fraud studymate ceo saurabh gupta. Kindly get my money rs 12500 refunded from saurabh gupta ceo, sandeep jain and diwaker singh (Center head indirapuram branch)

I am bijender singh r/o village - badha, po - sikanderpur, tehsil - manesar, distt - gurugram (Hr). My registered mobile no is [protected]. It is submitted that i subscribed hindustan times (English) edition for which i issued a cheque of rs 799/- in favour of ht media in jul 2016. At the time of issuance of cheque, i was told that the subscription is for 15 months. But since first week of aug 2017 i. E. After 12 months only, the distributor denied to provide newspaper by saying that your subscription is upto jul 2017 and now it's over. I insisted that the subscription is upto oct 2017 but he refused to provide the newspaper. When i contacted hindustan times office, delhi on toll free number, they also confirmed that my subscription is till 31 oct 2017. I made a number of complaints i. E. On 19 aug, 26 aug, 03 sep and 11 sep 17 in hindustan times office, delhi but no response received yet. Hence, may i request you to look into the matter and pass necessary instructions to the distributor.

I have subscribed hindustan times paper from last 5 years through your coupons scheme. But now the vender of ashok vihar delhi -52 creating problems for me.
He said if you give the monthly payment through coupons then he has charged rs 20 for service. He has stop the paper for me.
So please look into the matter

This is to inform that my ward aanjaneya singh, had been enrolled for the courses of mathematics and science, class 9 on 30 june 2017 in regard to which a cheque (Cheque no. 000012; dated[protected]; amount - rs.14202 /- fourteen thousand two hundered and two indian rupees only) was duly given by me in favor of ht learning centre ltd. (Dwarka, new delhi) with a successful payment status (Conformational message by the bank of baroda dated :[protected] including the tution amount for june 2017, july 2017, august 2017 (Though my ward had not attended the month of june 2017) as a corollary to which my ward had been assigned the batch-2 [supposed to be attending the classes on tuesday, thursday and saturday 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm]
Point of focus –
1. The central purpose for this e-mail is to confirm that my ward has not been attending the classes ever since july 2017. A phone call made by a study mate teacher [ from phone no. [protected] on 31 july 2017; 03:09 pm] confirming my ward’s absence (To which i replied that due to fincanial crises my ward has not and shall not be attending the classes) stands testimony to this fact.
2.- a phone call made by me in july-end 2017 to [phone no.[protected]] bhupinder singh, study mate dwarka concerning a communication for my ward’s discontinuation (Wherein i equipped him with the fact that due to financial crises i shall not be able to send my ward for aforementioned course at study mate, dwarka) of which i had been assured by him that i need not worry and that i shall be rendered the amount for the remaining classes from whence my ward did not and will not be attending the classes and upon being asked by me whether i need to comply to any further formalities, bhupinder singh abnegated the requirement of any form of formality outrightly, stating that merely informing him was sufficient.
Note - this e-mail has been written in reply to a phone call made by bhupinder singh on[protected] at 04:33pm by +91 [protected]; intent for the purpose of sheer harassment stating that my ward has not discontinued and i need to pay further amounts to study mate, dwarka, incompliance of which shall result in legal pursuit of me by study mate.
[despite the fact that my ward has not been attending the classes from july 2017 and if i recommend thorough checking of the c. C. T. V footage and the attendance register at study mate, dwarka with utmost confidence i assure that no record of my ward shall be found (As due to fincancial crises i was unable to send him) and i am being unnecessarily mentally tortured and harassed by the institution for unknown purposes.
Also, that if this fact that bhupinder singh had a communication with me regarding my ward’s discontinuation is being denied i demand a phone call detail be produced to justify that i am being harassed unnecessarily most probably for the purposes of acquiring additional amount of money ; i am falsely alleged of not having informed of my ward’s discontinuation]
I hereby request that i may benignly be not harassed in any form and the truth be adhered to.
Looking forward to a termination to unnecessary harassing communications and a mindful acknowledgement of the truth by the concerned authorities/authority.

Even after having provided with the aforementioned e-mail to [protected]@hindustantimes.com on september 14 2017, i am being continuously harassed by the institution by receiving academic e-mails and another essential proof of torture is that despite having informed the institution and mr. Bhupinder singh primarily, he produced another cheque (Cheque no. 000014 bank of baroda; amount: rs. 14203/-; with "insufficient balance" status) adhering to the statement made by him on[protected] at 04:33pm by +91 [protected], stating that he will incur money form me through legal pursuit by falsely bouncing the cheque, which caused excessive trauma to me.
Though mr. Bhupinder singh had said (When i had informed him of my ward's discontinuation) that he will return me the cheques by post and will refund me the amount for the classes he did not attend for which they had already been paid by me.

Therefore it is my ardent plea that i may please me saved form the shackles of the institution and mr. Bhupinder singh who are deliberately depriving me of mental stability and intent to deteriorate mine as well as my family's life.
I am being threatened by mr. Bhupinder singh on behalf of the institution that he will falsely procure money from me by hook or crook.
As a result of which me and my family are living in constant fear of loss of any personal form from the institution and mr. Bhupinder singh. (Contact no. [protected])

I have paid for a one year subscription offer for ht + mint and the cheque was collected by an ht rep.

Thereafter the paper vendor started delivering the paper. But of late he has started sending a bill and upon telling him that i have a one year offer going on he just went away and from the next day stopped delivering the paper. I called the ht rep but he isn't responding and neither is the paper vendor

We would like to inform you to i have paid a sum of rs. 499/- on 17.08.2016 through cheque (No.780433 dt 17.08.2016 from pnb bank) for subscription of hindustan times news paper and the amount has also been debited from my bank account. I have also asked your vendor mr. S. P. Singh but vendor say your coupans not received or pay of rs.140/- per month.

A ht representative also called and he assured to provide me with the coupons but till date i have not received the coupons neither from your agency nor from the distributor.

Please provide the coupons at the earliest.

This complaint is in reference to the articles posted in the newspaper published by hindustan times dated 2. Sep.2017.

In the sports section of your newspaper, you have published two articles about two of the football's greatest players cristiano ronaldo and lionel messi. Messi didn't score a single goal in his world cup qualifier against uruguay and his picture was published calling him unlucky. Okay, that's fine.

But what about the other player who scored a hattrick in his qualifier match and surpassed the great pele in the international goals. And what he gets is a small section in the corner of your sports section. And that too without a single picture.

Why this partiality towards messi? You are a highly esteemed newspaper company and you should be neutral to everthing that happens. Please correct this mistake or time will come when other newspapers providers like toi which are very close, will overtake you.

I have 7 to 8 coupons of Hindustan Times paper but no any vendor ready to delivered paper at my home. So many times I am trying that I delivered Hindustan Times papers so that I waist my three coupons. Now I have 7 to 8 coupons balance. You are that requested that please send me Hindustan Times paper or take back the coupons and refund me. He is highheaded, noncooperative n stubborn type, not ready to listen to the complaints.
He is delivering the paper at 8.30am or even later as on today at 8.50.
Inspite of folded hands request he is throwing the paper on the floor, when there is a separate bag hanging outside the door.
Please either change the vendor or stop delivery of the paper.

I have subscribed for ht subscription coupon in the name of yamato concepts p ltd during previous month and i am regular customer since past three years.

I have received one sms that "your ht subscription coupons are dispatched through bsa courier vide ra6311140 on 31st august, 2017"
Again on 9th august 2017, i have received an sms that "your ht subscription coupon are delivered by bsa courier vide doc. Ra6311140 on 4th august, 2017"

I have given you my residential address to deliver such coupon and myself, my spouse and one child is residing at this address. When i enquired to bsa courier, it was informed to me that their delivery boy has delivered the packet and somebody has signed on pod and given contact detail 22629140, which is not true. It is very shocking and surprising for me that how that delivery boy has delivered the packet when no body into the house has received the same.
This is totally fraud and cheating against the customer and it should be considered very seriously by taking strict action against the culprit as it is against the interest of public in large.

Story carrying on 7/08 in reference to rakashabandhan, title 'vrindavan widows tying rakhis to pm narender modi on rakshabandhan'

Want to highlight, the picture refer and caption, is wrong the group of ladies shown in photo they are the brahmakumari sisters not widows from vrindavan. They are carry out spiritual message throughout the world and take many peace mission. An un listed ngo, how come the journalist missed it, misrepresented the picture.

In addition, the way they refer as pakistani women is peculiar, discrimination and disrespectful.

Wanted to highlight the matter to correct the news and an action for such big misrepresentation of such great organizations.

Kindly take the appropriate action.

Today you published a news in hindi varanasi edition in which you published that candidate are demanding the jobs without any base. I want to ask you how can you published this type of report without checking the authenticity of the report. It seems that journalist who published this report has no knowledge about the recuirment process as well as the court verdict. Why he has not published such report when sp government hired shiksha miter while they did not full fill the eligibility criteria.
