I have taken subscription for ht newspaper. I got the coupons for 15 monthsfor rs.899. My paper had to start on 15 february-2017. But i have not got newspaper even it is 20-feb-2017 today. I have called so many times on customer care but it is always busy and they even do not call back. My mobile number is [protected]. I have informed the newspaper vendor at my society also but that is also of no use.
Please resolve.

I have been calling you guys from 12th February till now but unfortunately has not been answered till now
I also drop a msg RESUB to 54242 but from their also I dnt get a response
I want to avail the discount
The last date to avail the discount was before 14 but I was calling you and messaging you since 12th February
Pls help me as soon as possible

We paid a check to HT Midea through "Thakur News agency Kirari New Delhi 110086". in 06/2016 . We paid for one year scheme of HT newspaper. provider drop news paper upto first week of December 2016. after that he don't provide a single paper. we have remianing six more months for scheme as per rule.and News agency said now they wont provide anymore Newspaper

I complained about this on 18th jan 2017 .and still i don't get a satisfactory solution on this matter from this portal.
please take a initiative to resolve this

I have done the online payment to your merchant regarding the 1 year service of
Hindustan Times News Paper ( Approx 500rs.) on 11/09/2016 from My HDFC bank credit card.
But still i did not recieved any single news paper from that day .

please do something regarding this.

Its almost 5 months completed now six months has been start .

And i recieved the call from customer side, and they told me that news paper will be start as soon as possible but nothing do for this.

Please do something .

I am resident of JAL VAYU TOWERS, sector 56, GURGAON Haryana. I have been reading HT daily for the last 30 years. This is the first time I have faced problem from the vendor who demanded labour charges of RS.20/- from Jan.2017.in addition to regular monthly charge of RS.160/- which I did not pay as I have not been informed by anybody about this.The vendor has stopped supplying paper to me from today.Kindly inform me Actual monthly charges for supply HT- English including all charges, at my mob.no.[protected]. y.r.matta.

I had subscribed the hindustan times for 15 months and deposited the obove
said amount wide cheque no.683097 dt. 1/12/2016 but due to non providing /
dropping of news paper by the vendor concerned timely in the morning i
repedetly dezired to drop the paper in the morning but same was never
dropped before 9 am and ultimetly the vendor has stooped dropping news
paper with effect from 21/1/17 the issue/ complaint was lodged in customer
care on 23&28/1/17 but to no impact now you are requested to refund 899 at
earlies

For this purpose a person from H.T. visited my house on[protected]. I was told by him that the coupons will be delivered to me in about a week. Till today no coupons have been recd. Kindly look into the matter & arrange despatch of the coupons.

Hello! I had issued Cheque No: 019309 dated 09/09/16 For Rs799/- subscription of HT newspaper. to newspaper vendor Mr. Rajesh Kumar, New Grain Market, Jalandhar mob:[protected]. Firstly he start our newspaper from 10-08-16 but charged from first August 2016 with over charges than actual charges. Secondly, we started our Subscription from Oct 2016 till Dec 2016 and stopped their after and doesn't provided coupon also. I request to M/s Hindustan Times, please cancel his vendor Licenece and Provide our coupons directly to the us (consumer) or refund our amount.

Hi i had subscribed for HT and I am not getting the delivery
. MY vendor does not pick the phone.His name is Praveen
My ground floor residents keep getting the paper but I do not get it.I have always been repeating my subscription and pay by cheque.He has not even told me as to why he is not dropping the paper. Please expedite the matter.

Hi team,

this is to let you know that i have subscribed for HT newspaper giving whole year payment in advance. ut it has been 5 months and no one have given us the coupons for the subscription and now we have to move from this society to another and if we do not receive this coupons in few days then the whole year payment will be lost.

And also the person who is coming for the delivery and collecting the payment is behaving in such a rude behaviour that it clearly shows that the hindustan times team service is worst and he is threatening that he will stop our services what kind kind of service is this.

ANd no body is responding for my issue and that newspaper vendor is behaving like sucks and speaking loudly in front of neighbours.

It is a BIG RED MARK for hindustan times services.

and not fulfilling the promise that you have made.

To my great surprise I had come to know that the coupons have been collected by my Vendor, Sunder.This act is absolutely wrong on the part of Ht.
This Vendor collects the coupons right in the beginning of the year.The customers do not have any proof of their being a member of the scheme.
For any complaints v have no options but to keep silent.
There are many a times when the paper is not delivered.
Today also the paper is not delivered.

I have received the response that they have couriered by coupons and i will receive it in 4-5 days. Its already more than 8 months and i have not received any coupons.

I have applied fro delhi bonanza offer for 14 months. I got the confirmation receipt sr#6210823 dated[protected] from ht executive name suresh.

Payment of check rs.799 have been debited from my account. But i did not get the coupens for this scheme. Could please look into the matter and let me know if any thing is required from side.

Sir, I have paid annual subscription offer of Rs. 799/-for supply of HT vide IOB cheque No. 952462 drawn on Sanchar Bhawan, Branch, New Delhi, whcih has been duly cleared by my Bank on 3.6.2016. After verification from HT, the vendor has started supplying HT daily from 1st July 2016. Recently he asked me to pay Rs. 30/- per month for delivery of HT, for which I refused to pay. As per my knowledge HT is being supplied to readers on payment of subscripion and there is not extra amount of charges. Since I did not pay an amount of Rs. 150 for the delivery charges of HT for the last five months, he stopped providing HT from 18.12.2016. As per the offer, I am supposed to get delivery of HT till June 2017. Taking delivery charge of Rs. 30/- besides subscription is ridiculous. It is also understood that he is charging delivery charges from all residents in my colony(Kendriya Vihar, Sector 56, Gurgaon). This is objectionable. HT may like to take suitable action against the authorised agent of the area concerned. My humble request is to kindly instruct the vendor to start providing HT to me which is my legitimate right as I have paid the offer amount in advance.
