I am a ht subscriber from last 8 years. We are not getting newspaper for last 50 days. I registered complaint against vendor 4 times but no action has been taken. When i called ht helpline center, they are continuously disconnecting the line. Please give a seniors number so that our issue get resolved. Our vendor name is laxmi narayan, indirapuram, ncr.

    I have made a payment of rs. 799/-to ht media ltd. Vide cheque no. 571762 of state bank of patiala and was encashed on 21.07.2016. Sir one year has elapsed but neither i nor my vendor has received any coupans from you. Due to which the shri l. N. Pandey, the vendor of my area, abhay khand iii, indirapuram, ghaziabad is suffering substantial financial loss due to none of his fault.       Sir, i have subscribed your paper during sept 2016 (Sr. No. 1098990), but till date not received the coupons. I also made no of calls at bathinda and mohali (Punjab) office, but all in vain. I paid rs 799 for one year subscription from my debit card. I have made contact at your mohali office, they advised me to contact mr. Baljinder, who is working at bathinda office. He told me that the coupons were misplaced, but now he got the coupons and send me in next few days. But now, he is not attending my phone. I feel cheated.

        I paid 1400 for 2 years and received the coupons as well but it's been more than two weeks we are yet to receive newspaper. I have called ht customer service so many times and e-mailed them my concerns so many times, but they are least bothered once they get their subscription money. It's horrible experience subscribing ht. Somehow it appears local vendors are also fooling people and ht people are conniving with them. While ht states that coupons are to be given only after receiving newspaper for the month l. E monthly basis, local newspaper vendors and. Ht salesman will convince you to give all the coupons at the beginning of the year. It was a horrible mistake to subscribe ht, now they are not even responding to calls or emails. I have never experienced such kind of pathetic customer service, this is nothing but robbing consumer blind.

          Dear Sir

          This is with reference to HT times scheme "Delhi Super Bonanza Offer for 15 months" which I have taken from their executive Mr.Rohit having mobile # [protected] on 12th June under serial number HT6357154 and under serial SHT2345154

          I have paid him cheque amounting to Rs 899 and same was cleared on 23rd June'17 and amount was credited to HT account.

          Newspaper under this scheme was to be delivered from 1st July onwards. However no newspaper was being delivered as confirmed to me and this HT executive is not even picking my phone calls. I only received a SMS stating that newspaper will be delivered from 2nd July onwards. This is really frustrating to know that paper is not being delivered as per the commitment

          It is with great disgust, frustration and my apprehension with which I am writing this email as I feel cheated by HT by offering such fake scheme as your appointed executive did not have any courtesy to attend to this issue and neither respond back to my repeated phone calls and SMS being sent to him.

          I request complete refund of my amount as really do not want to pursue with HT with such customer service executive which you have appointed who does not even know how to service the client

          Request you to kindly help to send back refund cheque in my name on my address stated on the form which I have submitted

          Refund account payee cheque to be made in name of "Shobhit Tandon"

          Waiting for your quick reply to close the matter and also send my cheque at earliest possible as I am really frustrated

          Else I will be left with no other option but to approach legally through consumer service for looking into my concerns

            Sir,

            I mrs. Neelu singhal, r/o i-1/3, sector-16, rohini, delhi am an ht reader under subscription no. Ht serial no-6200679, form no-16r[protected], today, i did not get the morning newspaper. When i phoned the vendor - mr. Shivraj, he said that the company did not pay him money for the newspaper, so he did not pick up the coupon papers, and gave us another no.. Namely [protected]. When i phoned, this person, he said that the vendor did not give him 10, 000 rs. See, we paid the money to the ht,, we paid the money to the vendor, then pl. Tell who is responsible to send the newspaper to my house. I am putting this complaint, as i hold you responsible for not sending me newspaper. I strongly complaint to you for not getting my newspaper.

              I would like to inform you that, i am regular customer of your news paper since last three & also booking this year.
              You have send coupon through courier but unfortunately courier service not good, and he is not able to search my house address, a-189, jhande wali gali mandawali, delhi-92, whether there are various courier has to come this address.

              That person behaviour is not good so please not send him again with coupon.

              I was reading newspaper HINDUSTAN today. I saw there was a mistake by typing. Budget was most important topic for today. And bugdet ammount is typed wrong. Rs. 384659.71 is printed. It is wrong. Rs. 384659.71 cr. should be printed. Please check it.

                Dear concerned,

                This is to draw your kind notice, i have taken admission to your lok vihar branch in approx. Feb/march 2017 for the two subjects maths/accounts of class xii for my child piyush. I have immediately given payment/pdc cheques to your mentioned branch in lok vihar. After one month my child was not satisfied due to other reasons. I have given application for the withdrawal of the amount and cancel the admission.

                I am very sorry to say we have following up regularly by my wife from office hrs as well as by myself but not process has been started yet. I also visited to the lok vihar branch and met mr gaurav/ashvin. Mr ashvin has changed his statement earlier that the payment will reflect in your bank by 10 of june 2017, now he is mentioning payment process not been initiated yet.

                Can you please take strong action/immediately to refund the amount after the one month of studying in your institute only

                We cannot more follow ups now due to the busy schedule in office.

                Please treat this most urgent.

                Immediate response/action is expected after receipt of this email.

                  I am a very loyal customer of the hindustan times & also taking yearly subscription of ht for the last so many years. But we are facing each & every year a very similar problem by the vendor named mani ram for the illegal charges of delivering the paper. If we don't pay him the illegal charges he stops delivering the paper. This time also he demanded rs.25=00 per month for the same, which earlier we were paying him rs. 10=00 pm, but he denied to take take rs.10=00 pm & stopped the delivery from 1st june 2017. And i personally reported this matter to mr. Virender khari & mr. Atul malhotra & talking to them for the last 10 days but all goes in veins.
                  Also i got amazed & had a very bad experience talking with them. Instead of getting the issue resolved, mr. Atul malhotra told me that in this case if you don't pay the vendor then i have to cancelled the 24 months subscription & will return the money.
                  It is a very strange idea & thinking of an employee of a well esteemed & reputed organization that instead of normalising the delivery of the paper & giving favour to your loyal customers he is shielding their vendors & supporting them for an illegal matter.
                  My humble request is to you people that please start the delivery of the ht asap.

                  Thank you for an Early & Very Strange reply. In your reply it is now & a new thing or term comes that the vendor's terms also apply on the customer. Which was not told earlier at the time of booking. It seem that hindustan times team is unable to deliver the newspaper & for that breech of trust the team is putting the vendor in between.

                  Moreover, it is not mentioned anywhere or told to the customers that for delivery of newspaper, customer is bound with the vendor's terms OR has to pay charges to the vendor, if so the hindustan times team has to mentioned it at the time of booking & fix the vendor charges to avoid unnecessary issues.

                  My humble request is to include the vendor's charges in the booking amount OR fix the vendor's charges by per month to make an ease for all of your customers. And please start my newspaper delivery asap.

                  First write a RTI letter to Regional office of Hindustan paper which is located to near to you regarding this issue. Wait for a month if you had not received any reply from them (Hindustan paper) means just suite a consumer case against Hindustan paper and get proper solution against your problem.

                    95i have opted for a 2 yearly scheme for your newspaper for rs 1399 and i have got the coupouns for it. Now, all of a sudden the vendor is asking for the convienience fees in addition to what i have already paid for it. No ther newspaper company is asking for any fees but only your is asking for the convenience fee. What is this kind of monopoly of the vendors.

I received coupons in the month of feb 2017 but no one has come to collect the coupon and provide news paper to me. Its been more than four month. I have lodge complaint at your call centre. I also received call from your side asking if my newspaper has started. I denied them many a time but has not received any revert from your side. This is pathetic service from your side. I expect my problem should be fix i next couple of days

                          Earlier to this complaint i had made one complaint which was assured to be resolved sooner but till daye i have not recieved coupons when the payment has alredy been drawn by your company through cheque. It is very painfull to describe that i had also made many phone calls on the no. [protected] your said to be mohali office time and again only and only assurance is being given but coupons are still awaited. You may refund my payment if you are unable to provide services. Thereis so much deficiency in providing services when advance paymemt has been drawn by your company
                          Is it fault of your employees or your comand over them eho are not bothering to extend services for which they are being employed.

                              Pankaj kumar came to our office (Removed) in december 2016 and persuaded me to subscribe for mint and ht.
                              I have provided two cheques to him for the same but somehow only one cheque got cleared. Even after successful payment, the delivery of mint didn’t start.
                              Rakesh kumar came and he told that he’s the in-charge of vasant kunj and that i have to once again provide him the cheque for ht. I have provided him the same on 19th mar.
                              Even after successful payment and receiving of coupons for mint and ht, the delivery didn’t start. I and my wife had called the ht guys and local agent multiple times over these past five months but to no avail.
                              The two persons who persuaded me for subscription told me that they have already left the company. Since then it was a nightmare calling and following up with ht employees and vasant kunj e2 agents. Sometimes they even won’t pick the call and simply ignore.
                              The agent of vasant kunj e2 is very unprofessional and didn’t know how to talk politely. He even asked me for more money (Rs. 200) as security amount for starting the delivery. When i told him that i have paid for the whole year, he told me bluntly to take paper from them whom i’ve paid.

                              I request you to kindly initiate for the refund of my subscription amount for ht and mint.

                                This is to inform u that the dates in your almanac about ramadan is wrong as compared to the moon... The month of ramadan is started wef. 28 may 2017 but ht publishing in its news paper one day extra as 1st ramadan on 28 may but in news paper you r showing 2 ramadan on 28 may 17 which is incorrect... Please update your ramadan calender with moon.. (In india n pak... Ramadan have been started wef.28 may 17)

                                  Hi this side Piyush sharma on behalf of my mother meenu sharma contact no 98992027** my complaint is from last week we got hundered of calls from different no regarding matrimonial advertisement we didn't give any advertisement in your news paper so how can you guys make such silly mistake this is not good how can you guys print wrong information is this the way to treat anyone thus information is printed on sunday on page no 9 .
                                  so my request is please do something ASAP . or either I will go ahead and complaint about you on higher level.

                                    I subscribed to annual subscription of Hindustan times. the vendor is not ready to deliver the newspaper. He says he ll charge 400 rs extra for delivery and since newspaper does not have it's company vendors in the area, he has stopped delivery of newspaper for 1 week. We stay in palms apartment in South city1, Gurugram. There's a single vendor for the whole society. Please restart delivery of newspaper either through the vendor or through the company person.

                                      This is my 3rd reminder that I am facing a lot of issue with the subscription offer that was given by you in name of- "Delhi Super Bonanza offer" for Rs 899 for 15 months

                                      The vendor who delivers paper to my house has been threatening for non receiving of coupons from your side since last 2 months

                                      I also called up and gave feedback and I was "rudely" informed that "coupon deliver karwaa denge" 3 weeks back

                                      From yesterday, my vendor has stopped delivering newspaper and he is saying unless he gets his dues cleared he wouldn't go ahead with delivery

                                      I am tired following up with you guys and your countless promises that this would be resolved. I want to now cancel my prescription and get money back...this is the worst kind of harrassment a customer can go through first thing in the morning
