I booked MY subscription of Hindustan Times under

scheme "DELHI BONANZA Offer FOR 14 MONTH" on 28AUGUST 2016.
Details are as below;

Booking Date: 28AUGUST 2016.

At the time of booking HT executive had assured me that
coupons shell be supplied to me with-in a month. But I

received them even after 3 months. BUT MY subscription is not ACTIVATE till 17dec16.

I lodged complaint at HT media customer
care no.[protected] twice, but my problem is still not

resolved. Cheque was cleared within 15 days after
subscription booking.

No one giving any response. I want them to rectify this
immediately.

Dear sir/madam,
I had booked ht newspaper for 15month through your representative. Vide sbi cheque no.028405 dated 17.04.2016. After several call and complain neither have received any coupons nor the vendors supplying the news paper. Earlier, you have mentioned that within two days i will received my coupon. I do not what is happing. Please do something or i will have no option to lodge a complained against ht media at the consumer cell. I need to get you reply as early as possible.
I have already complain to the consumer cell vide the docket no.88863 dated 05.12.2016 to department of consumer affairs

I have applied for ht subcription in jan16 and paid 799 through kotak cheque no 000020.
This is to inform you that my vendor has informed me that my coupon are being not accepted.
He says i have to make payment for months starting from april.

Please advise why has this happened.

Dear Sir, I was told by your representative that you have float an annual subscription offer of Rs 499/- for Hindustan Hindi paper. On the contrary I donot know how should I get it and to whom I should pay the money. The hawker who deliver the paper in our area is not interested in collecting the payment. Kindly advise.

Dear Sir

This is regarding booking of Hindustan (Hindi Newspaper). Hindustan marketing exec came at my home and informed me about the offer (12 months subscription @499). I gave her a cheque of Rs499 and after few days I got a call from Hindustan about it. There was not any followup after that. I gave coupons which I got at the time of signing the form to vendor(paper wala). Now when vendor gave it to hindustan team in Ghaziabad( Yogesh Mathur's team), they said your cheque is rejected because you were using Hindustan earlier and this offer was only for those readers who converted from other hindi news papers to Hindustan.

This is completely rubbish as no one inform me about this earlier and even if subscription was rejected, I would have informed about it.

मेरा नाम अतुल कुमार श्रीवास्तव है। मैने लखनऊ महोत्सव से हिन्दुस्तान newspaper के लिए श्री लाल बहादुर से (मोबाइल [protected]) से annually कूपन book किया था जिसके लिये लगभग 700 rs payment भी उसी समय कर दिया था। मेरा कूपन नंबर Lko 305949 है। एक साल बीतने के बाद भी मेरे हॉकर श्री कैलाश नाथ श्रीवास्तव(मोबाइल[protected]) को payment भुगतान के लिए कूपन नहीं दिया गया। मुझे payment करने के बाद भी paper के लिए हर महीने मेरा हॉकर पैसे मांगता है। आपके head quarter office, लखनऊ में बार बार उसको परेशान किया जा रहा है। बात करने पर संजय पांडे(मोबाइल [protected]) & अजय गुप्ता से बात करने को कहा जाता है लेकिन ये लोग भी कोई मदद नहीं केर रहे है। मै डबल पेमेंट नहीं करना चाहता हूँ चाहे मुझे प्रेस council में क्यू न जाना परे। please help us immidiatly।

it is very sorry to say that HT representative can be do like that? how the paper reputation is this?

Dear ht media team,

This message with regards complaint no-mum/ht/s92938, connected to mobile subscription no[protected].

The payment for the above subscription has been done close to two months now in september and the coupons are not yet received while i have got the message saying the coupons are dispatched by some carried with awb no-[protected] on 7.10.2016.

I have communicated this message to the customer service department as well but there is no response on this till date, this is very disturbing attitude that too from a media company to handle customer queries with such a laid back attitude and irresponsible behaviour.

It’s my request to kindly refund my money of subscription in next two days with no more waiting on this and i would also like to escalate this kind of an attitude shown towards a customer whose is following up himself rather should be done by your customer service…

Coupen not received
i have paid Rs 799/- through cheque no. 775397 for Rs. 799 / issued on yes bank Gujarawala town Delhi which has been debited to my
bank Account as on. 12.05.2016
I am sorry to say that even after passing six months, i have not received coupen. I have received verifying call too from your office . I was also told that time by your office that I would get coupen very shortly but I vave not received coupen. You are requested to look in to the matter and do the need ful

I mr. nitin patel (mob. no. [protected]) issued a cheque of rs. 699/- dt. 27/09/2015 cheque no. 000051 from bank of india to executive name mr. shyam kanojia (mobile no. [protected]) form no.[protected]. for 12 months subscription.
This is past long lack of 13 months but still subscription coupen not received after so many complaint on customer care no.[protected]as well as executive) and email on [protected]@hindustantimes.com. the proble of subscription coupen is pending
Latest replied by email that lodge complaint in india post for non receipt of post awb no. ea[protected]n, but now post department not accept the complaint because this matter is older than 6 months.
Please inform me about the next step to take action aginst the sort out of this matter

I am writing this escalation complaint hoping that some action will be taken to resolve by query. I have not received my Hindustan Times Newspaper coupon's after making full payment.

My HT serial number 6220538 and cheque for 799 was paid on 9 Sept 2016. I was told that the coupon's were dispatched via tracking number RA 4975127, however the reality is, it was not delivered.

Following this incident, I had complaint to the customer care twice, on 14 Sep (complaint ref no 157512) and on 19 Sep (complaint ref no 158958). However till date I have only received assurances and no concrete feedback by when it can be provided.

By posting my complaint here I want my coupon delivered by Hindustan Times

Hi,

I have been a user of HT for over 4 yrs now. I had switched from other newspaper to HT for the quality and the coverage of news it had to offer. None the less, HT was more focused on bringing good information to its readers.

Sadly, in recent months, i feel, the quality of news reported has gone down drastically with too less to read on important subject and too much on advertisement and celebrities.

I just wanted to share my disappointment as HT has become yet another raddi paper with full of advertisements.

Hope that HT will focus on what it does the best.

We are the residents of palam village badiyal mohalla shiv mandir area. we are using salty water for last 25 years because all d. j. b. tubewell in the area are supply salty water. a raise of hope was comes when after a long fighting with the administration of delhi and jal board we were sanctioned a djb pipe line in the area. the work started on 27 september after taking verbal permission from the area mcd councilor, because it is a festivity season and the worker of the contractor will be on leave for diwali and other festivals.
The dist president of the bjp mr. vijay pandit came on the spot and order to stop the work without showing any reason, while his wife is the councilor of our area.
We went to his house to request him to resume the work again as we are not getting djb water even whole delhi is getting the djb water supply. but he did agreed and exhorted that if any body will try to start the work he has to face the police action also.

We went to ramesh vidhuri our area mp from bjp, but in vain. we approached to mr satish upadhaya being the state president he also asked him to help the villager but in vain. we wento mr. amit shah office at 11 ashoka road and met his rep mr. yadav mr. amit sah rep in the office. we met to mcd official also but all efforts fail.

Now media is only the last resort to approach. can you reach to mcd official in dwarka and asked them why are they not giving permission. we shall be grateful to you for this favourable action please.

Vendor of my area is not good in behaviour with any one. He always stop the the newspaper before one month and misbehave with us. His name is ARUN KUMAR

I request you to please change our newspaper vendor immediately. If can not do this then please take all the coupons and give money back.

Im Praveen Kumar, have given payment through my bank cheque for Hindustan times subscription on 16 sept 2016 but didn't get any response till now.i was told that within a three week i would get newspaper daily.
I have called many times to customer care but they didn't pick up call or call back to know abt their customer.

Hi i am a subscriber of ht and i am a sports loving person exspecially football. But i am sad to say that in your sports section you dont write football articles. Now a days isl season 3 is going on and i cant find one single article in the sports seaction.. And you are giving too much inportance to cricket. 80% of your sports page is cricket.
