Hindustan Times — coupons not received

H, i have requested for a yearly subscription of ht newspaper. I have even made a advance payment for the same online.
Booking reference number is htm[protected]
Bank payment transaction no[protected].

I have neither received the coupons nor newspaper started at my place.

I have been writing mails on [protected]@hindustantimes.com but not receiving any response.

Request you help in this regard.

Customer care executive called me at around 9.50 and he was rude. He disconnected phone in a bad manner when i told him that i will confirm by my vendor regarding the subscription of ht news paper..

Please teach them some manner to talk with customer

I had paid for hindustaan times subscription on 19.10.2022 but i have not received any coupons till date. Inspite of following up with them there is no reply from HTm
