    Respected Sir,
    I have been a proud customer of the Honda Unicorn till[protected] I took it for a servicing at 'Aryabhangy Honda' an Authorized Sales and Service dealer in Alwaye,Ernakulam district of Kerala. I took my bike for a simple chain tightening since I was hearing the sound of chain hitting the chain cover while riding, they also charged me for this(Rs22/-), which I don't mind, but the result of the servicing was soo shocking that my first reaction was "Have these guys at least seen a bike, let alone know how to service it?". I now have a bike with loose chain cover and loose nuts near the chain that even a 2 year old can undo with bare hands. They have also damaged the washer at the chain cover and spoiled the wheel alignment. This have made me rue the moment that I decided to buy a Honda bike. Such poor servicing is not only unethical but I am considering going to Court as this kind of 'SERVICING' may some day kill me or any guy riding it. I suppose this kind of irresponsible behaviour amounts to unintentional manslaughter as per the IPC.

      I have purchased a vehicle (AVIATOR) a product manufactured by Honda Activa company in the month of March 2009, from Jupiter Honda, Dabagardens Branch, Visakhapatnam.

      It has not been a year but the complaints are very more and the servcing centre service, or the spare sparts or the manufacturing is not at all good. Within a span of 7 months purchasing of vehicle regular problems are arising out of it.

      1) The vehicle condition is not good, and the engine pick up is not at all good.
      2) The mileage of vehicle is very less i.e. between 30-35 km per litre. (Till day the vehicle runned only for 2500km, very early the mileage came down after 500km only)
      3) The vehicle is having a special feature Disk Brakes, but normal brakes are also not working.
      4) Service centre workmen are taking responsible while performing their duties, and handling the vehicle very negligently and they are answers are very reckless and negligent in manner.
      5) When compared the vehicle condition is getting bad after getting service done, this the way the service of company is..!
      6) The spare parts are usually getting damaged and even after replacement they are not working atleast for one month.
      7) Self-start, kickrod nor choke are working in good condition.
      8) When all the above reasons are discussed in person and gaved a complaint there is no responce from the company end.
      *9) Recently I gaved my vehicle for 3rd servicing, and when the vehicle is returned the speedometer and headlight are not working, when the same was informed to the members of servicing centre their anwers are rude and negligent pointing out that the damage is made by me only.
      *10) Apart from this all I made the replacement of headlight from my hand costing Rs.191/- and it has not been atleast one month, with in a span of 20 days it again got damaged.

      The company nor the members of service centre are not taking any responce and they are laughing at the customers while they are feeling very sorry for their service. The same issues were raising with almost all the customers of the Dabagardens branch when I personnely spoken to them.

      * The service centre people are saying that their salaries are very less and the work being done is more when compared to their pay's. They themselves are reporting that the Aviator model is failed in market. If so when making a purchase why they are blauffing the customers for their profits.

      The Govt. is pleased to take action over this, and atleast help out the other customers who are facing the same problems from different territories also. There were more than 158 complaints made from customers, but why there was no responce from the Govt. end also. As customers we have the right to claim even for a single ruppe paid in purchasing product.

      Jupiter Honda — Default in Manufacturing Spare Parts

      I am the owner of 2 wheeler vehicle (Aviator - a product manufactured by Honda) purchased from Jupiter Honda, in the month of March 2009.

      Spare parts are getting damaged frequently within a span of one or 2 months. Inpsite of repeated complaints made to the company in self, there was no positive responce except showing negligence. Even the pickup or engine capacity are not good. Recently I made a change of Head light bulb costing around Rs.191/-, it has not been more than one month again it is not working.

      May be claim amount is less, but the mental agony is very high for frequent complaint arising on vehicle.
      I too heard the same problems from several friends that the service centre service is not good upto mark. Especially relating to the Dabagardens Branch, Visakhapatnam

        i book my karizma bike in 27th oct 2009 in united agency,kerve road,pune with full amount and with all required document as per say by office guys.in 29th oct i rec. my bike with out reg. no.than co. staff tell me ur passing all ready done.your no. will come with in 2-3 days.in 3rd Nov. i got a call from show room that there was some problem with staff so you have to come again for passing.so again i go there in 4th November for passing at last after finish all formalities i was waiting for my no.but to day is 9th nov and in this position co. staff telling me that you not give us all document so u have to come again with all document .now the main problem is that in india rule s we can not drive bike more than 100 km before registration.and till date my bike running is more than 225km.i all ready pay 3-4 times penalty in traffic control department.now i am forcing co. that refund that amount what ever charges you wanna to deduct it but they are not ready to listion any thing.they should check these document at the time of booking.very bad bad experience.if any one can be help me out from this matter than plz help me.

        I have booked a karizma- R(specifically black) in a bangalore showroom, , but the seler tells that the dispatch of black bike is not yet done n tells he does not know the details on it..so is this correct or should i go further for an official complaint.please help and do reply...

          SIR,
          I purchased HONDA ACTIVA from M/s SRI KODURI HONDA,RAJAHMUNDRY,A.P.
          My vehicle is being stopped while running .I sent vehicle to service centre maintained by the said
          dealer. Service centre mechanic told me that the problem lies in the fuel supply to the engine.Though I sent vehicle twice to the service centre the problem is not solved. Please give your suggestion.

            the service is very very poor here & no one answer properly..

            its already more than one year but still i do not get my RC BOOK .....

            when i m going there to ask about my RC BOOK they don't give answer properly and make insult many people have this problem here ...

              This is Teja Pampana , from Visakhapatnam -Andhra Pradesh , here i would like to inform that I have booked Honda active Dx on[protected] at Jupiter automobiles , Visakhapatnam , A.P and the receipt No : 3320 , Booking form No 388.
              When We Are Enquiring about the delivery they have no answers and giving excuses . I received a call from Jupiter Honda telling me that it will take another 30 days for delivery . I have lost faith in your company . Have heard a lot regarding your company due to which I have opted to book a vehicle . But now I think I have made a wrong choice by booking your vehicle .

              this is naresh from hyderabad, here i would like to inform that i have purchased Honda Activa on last year Febraury, from fortune Honda (Ranigunj) . I was done the vehicle servicing in time but, one fien day vehicle suddenly stops middle of the road. somehow i managed to take the vehicle beside the road and visited to the near Honda Showroom Pratul Honda (Kothaguda), technician checeked the vehicle and told that engine has damaged, for repair it will cost 12, 000/- rupees, if the warranty is acceptable then also i have to pay labour charges 4000/- rupees. dont know what is wrong the vehicle and the manufacturer ...i am speech less it is very painful to heard this thing.

              Now i am hoping to Honda for the acceptence of the vehicle warranty . so that i can done the repair and sell the same.

              Activa — no response by dealer

              dear sir i have booked activa on date 4-10-10. after booking of 6month call from akola dealer is come in march2011 to take delivery .but from march to till today i have not recived delivery .i am daily visiting showroom the dealer not respose and always told i will give you activa in next lot.regarding other he suplies activa to other customer on more price without their booking. sir my name is narayan hemnani.so sir please take neccssary action because i have no extra money to pay dealer other than showrroom price my contant no is [protected]

                i being the member of the hero honda lady rider passport club,i would like to bring to your notice that the showroon is not giving us a proper service i.e they dont care for us when we enter the showroom and secondly they dont give us whatever we deserve which means our own gifts. the moment we enter the showroom they say that the gifts are not come from the head office,not only once but always.for some o[censored]s they deny but for some they give this is know as politics.as my own sharing i go to the showroom or even give calls to them every 15 days but every call and trip of our goes in vien.

                  I have booked Hero Honda Pleasure on 7th October 2009 with Spectra Auto, Nerul , Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra and till now I havent got the vehicle. At the time of booking, the concerned people at showroom told me that , I will get the vehicle within 15 days, but now these ppl saying that because of some strike going on at Honda factory, delivery will be getting delayed and they dont even know...when i will get the vehicle...whether anybody from hero honda can help me ???

                  I am having the same problem : the following is the mail i send to them :

                  I am already an old customer of Hero Honda. I am using Hero Honda for a long time. My father also having one bike. As a whole I can tell, I am a fan of Hero Honda.

                  Now I am decided to buy a ‘Pleasure’ for my wife, she is working in ‘SBT’. But I am fed up with the customer care of your show rooms.

                  I will tell the full story, first time I went ‘Haripad’ office, they say no sale!! for ‘Pleasure’ here. Then I went to ‘Alappuzha’ show room, they say it will take minimum of 3 month !!, but they are not sure about that also. Then I went to ‘Mavelikara’ office they are saying 4 months !!. Then I went to ‘Kayamkulam office they say again 3 months.

                  What is this Sir….Too much I am total fed up with this.

                  At last I went ‘Trivandrum’ office at ‘Kesavadasapuram’(JCL). They say it will take 15 days. So I planned to buy from ‘Kesavadasapuram’, I booked the scooter in ‘Kesavadasapuram’ with Rs.5000/-. The person I contact says that you should pay Rs.5000/- to book it, if you want scooter with in 15 days. After some days a called this person, he says that I am not sure about this 15 days, if you pay full amount, then only I will get the scooter with in this 15 days.

                  As far as you are a business man you can under stand the money value, how can I pay the 43, 000 Rs in advance, if I pay also I am not sure that I will get the scooter with in 15days.

                  I am totally worried about this, I feel to go for another option, and I feel that is better if this is going like this.
                  i am waiting for many months still i din get my vehicle. what is really happening... but i m fed up

                    Severe starting trouble during Morning

                    I have purchased a brand new honda activa from a dealer in Trivandrum (Kazhakkuttom) in Dec 2008.

                    Now I am facing starting trouble with my scooter especially morning hours. When I am trying to start either way by kick or self it is not working. The start requires minimum 10-15 kicks even with/ without choke. I have given the vehicle for rectification at the same dealer, but no use. The problem still there.

                      I have recently purchased Honda Activa scooter from your authorised dealer M/s. Saraf Honda, at Baramati, Dist. Pune. (Maharashtra). There is a problem since the vehicle was purchased. Frequent jerks are noticed in the handle assembly of the vehicle. This problem had been ecplained to the authorised dealer, but he is replying that the problem cannot be attended & saying that it is bad luck of the purchaser that problematic part has gone to him.
                      We are now of the opinion that Honda has opened a lottery centre & selling vehicles whose maintenance / condition is depending on luck of your customer. Also your company service engineer is not interested to attend complaints after sale of your product.
                      We hope that you will look into the matter & do the needful.

                      Honda — Handle Problem

                      I purchased Honda Shine from Sterling Show Room Pune (Pimpri-Chinchwad) About 1 Year ago from the day of bought my Honda-Shine handle is not working properly I told in there service center still the problem is not cleared.

                        this is natraj,

                        i have given my vechile for servicing at FORTUNE MOTORS PVT. LTD. , M.G. ROAD, SECUNDERABAD - 500003, ANDHARA PRADESH, TELEPHONE : [protected], 6629090

                        after servicing done, the handle does not move freely, either it moves towards right stiffly or to wards left and even scratches on the body.
                        when i produced these to the concerned person before delivery ,
                        "he says nothing happens its a minor , sir let it be."
                        i have spent money on plastic layer coating also.

                        later when the customer care have called me i have informed them the same issue.
                        they told that i can get my vechile back for checking.

                        ON 2ND NOVEMBER 2009 when i have apporached the service center with this problem
                        now he states that i should pay and get it done.

                        when i asked about the reason he says, U SHOULD HAVE GOT THE BYKE in 15 DAYS ONLY.

                        BUT, FAULT IS FROM THEIR SIDE, THEY HAVE NOT DONE THE SERVICING CORRECTLY
                        and ask me to bear it.

                        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

                        U R PAID FOR THE SERVICE NOTHING IS DONE FREE...

                        I want the necessary action to be take against it.
                        I request the concerned authorities to take the necessary action.

                          I am remesh from kerala,tvm .I bought a honda unicorn from marikar motors M G ROAD TVM on 17/04/09.My problem is that missing occurs while riding and after that it is difficult to start.i complained this to marikar at the the time of 3rd service,but the problem still arise.Along this MILEAGE is very low after problem occurs.Nowadays the problem increases

                          Honda Unicorn — missing occurs while riding

                          I am remesh from kerala,i bought a honda unicorn on 17/04/09 (Eng no:KC09E1055779)from marikar motors MG Road TVM.I have done 3 services already,but the problem is that while riding bike missing occurs and engine should be off .After that it is difficult to start bike.At the time of 3rd service i alredy told about the problem.At that time they corrected that but still problem arises.Now this is a very serious problem in my bike and MILEAGE SHOULD BE VERY LOW.

                          missing can also occur i[censored] r using xtrapremium petrol, speed, power etc.

                            I sent my Honda City for servicing at 20,000 km, driver's door lock problem and looking into starting problems. They returned the car after basic cleaning, oil change and lock change. There was no followup phone call to find out if everything was satisfactory. The following day when I took it out it, the motor stalled and would not re-start. A passerby on the road suggested I clean the battery terminal and then helped push it to start. When I reported the matter to the Service Manager at Lally's he argued they were not at fault. I sent my car back to them to re-check and the report was that the battery was low. How come they could not check this at the first instance when the complaint was about "car not starting"??? I am a lady driver and getting stuck with a non-performimg battery at night on lonely roads of Delhi is not my idea of owning a great car like Honda City to be thwarted by BAD SERVICE BY COURTESY HONDA.

                              Chain spokets warn out with in 11000kms. I suppose no other vehicle can get this type of complaint with in this limited running. Service mechanics replied to replaced as it is not in the warranty

                              I have purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro ( Ch No.MBLHA10ER9GJ11527, Eng No.HA10ED9GJ11618) from M/s.Zion Auto Mobiles- Mallappally who has a sub dealer of M/s. Priyanka Motors- Pathanamthitta on 01/02/2010. My Vehicle's Chain & spokets warn out with in 9, 000kms and I have replaced this and conncected accessories. M/s.Zion Auto Mobiles- Mallappally, delear of my vehicle has charged Rs.800/-for the same.

                                Poor Customer Service from Authorised Service Centre(Prakash Automobiles, Noida)

                                I had given my new Honda Activa for its second free service to the authorised honda service centre (Prakash Automobiles) at Noida.                                 After trusting a Brand HONDA, i m feeling like cheated by the Dealership ACE HONDA. In Nov 08, we had purchased a above mentioned Car from AUTO TERRACE DIVISION of dealer ACE HONDA. It was assured that car is a certified & has run as per Odometer reading and their are no hidings as HONDA itself is a TRUST. On 18/09/09, when i visited the dealership for my 1st service, the executive put it the details into the system and i was shocked to see that the LAST SERVICE WAS DONE AT READING AT AROUND 88K ( right nw reading at 60k) AND THE ACCIDENTAL REPAIRS WAS DONE AS PER THE ACE HONDA SERVICE SYSTEMS.

                                I Will request the complaint forum to look into the matter very seriously and take necessary legal action against the dealership for not keeping the cusktomer trust. I WANT A COMPENSATION OF RS. 1,00,000 ( 1 LAC ). OR compensation amouting to full value of the car.

                                  I bought Honda Activa from Sharayu Honda (MH 130001), Panvel 410206, New Mumbai, Maharashtra, last year ie.2008. Since then the vehicle was got serviced twice due to long waiting period and some times even skipped free services. The service station manager says that due to heavy load at the service centre they were not able to give the vehicle on time. The service station Manager Mr Chandran who is very rude while dealing with customers like me.This is not acceptable to us. I would request the Honda management to take immediate action and improve customer services at the Sharayu Motors.
                                  very rude staff at vjhonda ulhasnagar only they want extra money by saying go for average oil/ flushoil but they dont take care of customer veh they behave like un educated people the honda mangement shoud take note of it my cell no [protected] take actions urgent or appoint new dealer in our area
