[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Automatic sharing og otp

I have booked two rooms of savera hotel in patna for my assistants on[protected] from[protected] to[protected] through goibibo app and opted for credit card payment. I have received an otp from the bank. But i have not found any option to share this otp on the goibibo portal. I have also not received any massage from the bank regarding the payment. I think payment was not made due to some technical problem. Booking shows that its being free cancellation upto 2 pm of the[protected]. As i have not shared my otp with the goibibo and not received the massage from the bank, once again i have tried to book the one room in the same hotel from[protected] to[protected]. Same thing happened again. Booking shown a free cancellation upto 2 pm of the[protected]. Again i have not shared the opt generated by the bank. Once again i was not aware regarding the payment. Thereafter once again i tried for the booking and this time also i received a otp from the bank. This time also i have not shared the otp with goibibo. But i received a confirmation massage from the bank for payment of 3534/-. It strikes in mind that some thing wrong happened. I immediately cancelled the last two bookings. After cancellation goibibo app uptated the cancellation as refunded. I become assured that the booking amount will be credited later on in my credit card account. But when i received the credit card statement, there was not credit for the cancelled booking. I have contacted with the goibibo. Their representative refused the refund by telling that this booking is non refundable. They have send me a mail that my compliant have been resolved. I am totally surprised on their reply when the site shown that its being a free cancellation offer how it changed now non refundable. I have asked the matter with their representative as well as with their seniors. I also asked when it is non refundable booking what is the meaning of cancellation and updation of the cancellation that refunded. Without any reply they send me tha your complaint is lodge and i will receive the reply shortly and immediately forwarded me the massage that it is non refundable booking and matter is resolved. Automatically hacking the opt is a matter of big security concern. Otp system is introduced to save the customers from these frauds now these large companies are violating these security system for their malpractices on the name of customer convenience. God knows, how much fraud they have done through these fraud and malpractices. I wish to raise this matter through channel.

On 1st June 2016, I received two massage from GOIBIBO regarding credit of refundin my account but nothing credited in my account. I confirmed it twice on 03-06-2016 & again on 07-06-2016
[May 16, 2016] Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
