Fraud using goibibo bus

I booked bus tickets from Delhi to khanna for 1st December using goibibo. The bus was changed at the last moment. Also my destination was modified to Ludhiana instead of Khanna which is like 45km away from khanna. I had to spend my own 1000 rupees to reach khanna from Ludhiana using a cab.

My bus fare was 4145.20 for 4 tickets and the tickets that were allotted to me were only of Rupees 1800.

Transaction failure refund issue

I booked flight from srinagar to jammu for 21/12/2022 with PNR NO. YST23N due to some unavoidable circumstances i was unable to travel on 21/12/2022 thats why i applied for date change option and for that i have to pay extra INR 1859/- .
During this payment on date 30/11/2022 amount of 1859/- debited from my account and during transaction response from PAYU it shows error and the date change not done even amount hasbeen debited .br...

Payment Not Received from goibibo

I cancelled the flight which i booked from goibibo within 24 hrs of booking.
As per the guidelines i am entitled to 100% refund.
It has been more than 20 days i cancelled the flight.
I contacted Airlines they are of the view that refund has been processed on the same day.
Goibibo has still not credited the amount in my account.
Please look into the matter urgently.

Refund

Website:i just booked from JP miles and how ibibo came into picture is not known

This is in regards to be refund with Indigo Airlines. The airlines is saying it processed and shared with ibibo. The amount is untraceable and no notification is there regarding ticket booking, cancellation and refund from ibibo team. When called on customer care they call is redirecting to goibibo and they are maintaining that they dont have any information

E mail system not Found

I had a email with ibibo.com
My email ID : 13bn.[protected]@ibibo.com
This email register with many server but the ibibo email system not found to use . Now I am change my email on the other website but the website send OTP in email. So what can I do now.
I think ibibo mail close their mail system with out advance notice .
Me and my friends are not happy with ibibo...

Non Refund of money for the bus cancellation from the service provider end

I had booked bus tickets for my uncle and aunt on 28th Oct. However, later in the afternoon it was informed by the Bus Operator that the bus got cancelled. Its been long GoIbibo has not been refunding my money which i booked. There is no customer support to speak to. This is a fraud company which finds its way to loot customers. There is absolutely no support from the company provided. Its been almost 10 days not a single call nor response...

Conflict in Goibibo wallet balance -

Address:Gurugram Hryana Delhi

My last Goibibo wallet balance was INR 64895/- from which I had requested a refund of INR 64000/- on 28 Sep 2022, 08:07 PM via online request Task ID[protected]. Out of 64000/- I had only received INR 37327.0 Transaction ID: INDBN[protected]

My current wallet balance is INR 895/- I could not see INR26, 673.0 in my wallet.

Could you help check. It is difficult to reach Goibibo on customer service portal...

Airline ticket booking

Hello,

This is Rajesh Chauhan, I am writing to you regarding a ticket booking.

I have booked a ticket through Goibibo for my family. We are traveling with a 9 months old child . We did make sure that we cannot take kinder flight or the one with longer layover. I discussed it with my wife and booked the one with 5.25 hours layover at Singapore airport, certainly what I received was completely different. Not giving full refund

Hi, I had a booking for 22nd October but unfortunately had to cancel it because of major circumstances. The cancellation was done on 21st October after confirmation from the hotel “RamN Residency” receptionist and they confirmed that the full refund will be initiated by Goibibo, but Goibibo is not transferring my hard earned money. This is totally unethical and fraud. Only 50% of the total amount was refunded after n number of requests....
