I was booking air ticket in the name of Rishabh Raj from Ranchi to Jaipur on 23.05.2023 for 07.06.2023 but ticket booking charge was deducted from my SBI bank account but could not redirected to goibibo site due to slow internet connection. I had complained SBI about the same. SBI says that the transaction was successfully processed from their end and I had to contact the merchant.
I am submitting the transaction statement of bank and mail received from SBI bank.

    but still i haven't got my refund

      Goibibo doesn’t provide an option to update an email id of an account. thought I have deleted my Mobile Number with the account but Email ID is still linked with it, which I want to delete, So i request Goibibo to delete my account associated with Email ID: sainiparth007gmail.com

          Hi,

          I had a flight on 5th May which was cancelled by airlines. I have raised callback request on 2nd May. And raise refund request too last week. But still now I have receive any refund amt. I have contacted with goibibo also, there also showing once u approved then they will refund. May I know why it is taking too much time for the refund. If already been raised on 5th May accordingly it should be credited to my account within 7 days as I have been informed earlier. But no communication for the same. May I know why you are delaying and put my money on hold.
          I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please do the needful and refund my money as soon as possible. Its already been delayed.

            Hi Team,

            I am writing this email to bring to your attention that I had booked a bus ticket for 8th May 2023 from Barabanki to Jaipur through your mobile app. However, the bus was cancelled by operator without any explanation. I was informed about the cancellation through a call.

            I was expecting a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket. However, even after 7 days, I have not received any refund. I have tried contacting your customer support team multiple times but have not received any satisfactory response.

            I request you to kindly look into this matter and initiate the refund process as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my refund.

              I booked ticket from Brussels to Athens (skyexpress airline) on 13th march 2023 through goibibo, before booking it was showing check in baggage - 1 pc and when i get the ticket there was no checkin baggage mentioned.

              The same day, I called up their customer care and filed a complaint. They asekd me for proof, its fortunate that I had took the screenshot of the checkin baggage (which was showing before booking), this I shared to them.

              When I called the customer care, they said they also came to know that this is a genuine problem and told that we will check with airline.

              I have been told to purchase the baggage online or from the skyexpress website and they will reverse back those charges to me.

              I purchased baggage on 16.03.23 and paid Euro 30.

              I shared the screenshot of the payment of baggage and till now i have not get any refund.

              Very poor service and i will never opt their site for booking and will not recommend others.

                I had booked bus tickets for my relatives whose travel journey was on 10th May from Sangmeshwar to Vashi. However after the payment was deducted from my Gpay acc with and reference no:[protected] of Rs. 3181/-

                However I did not receive any confirmation from you end. Also, no contact details are available on your website and many scammers are operating under the name of Goibibo where even I got scammed and lost RS, 6877/- The number of the scammer [protected].

                    I have made a UPI payment of Rs.2685.4 on 2nd Apr 2023 at 6:39 PM through redrail app. Train tickets haven't been booked even though the transaction was successful. I did not receive a refund till now.

                      We made a booking with goibibo on 1 may 2023, but as we reach hotel denied check-in, we travel almost 600km from nagpur to hyderabad for hospital work and our appointment at hospital was missed due to goibibo and goibibo simply refund money and there costumer support do nothing for us, im using this app from last 7 years, i have small daughter 6 yr old, she is crying for rest and goibibo and hotel did not care about it, we face to much complications due to this, i am going file fir against goibibo also write to consumer forum, check ss for booking details, i will not use this app again in future

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        I don't know is it matters serious or normal for you, But trust me it is a very very serious matter for me.

                        I have already complained to you 2 times regarding action against Hotel Broadway Inn, Jaipur.
                        Complaint number is[protected] and created on Dt.[protected] which is showing resolved on Dt.[protected]

                        And Second complaint number is not provided by your customer care executive and not not shared by text or mail.

                        My actual problem is...

                        I booked a room in Hotel Broadway Inn, Jaipur as on Dt.[protected] for me and my Fiance, No doubt the hotel is amazing with their good quality but problems created by their staff.
                        At the time of check out me and my fiance reached at reception, receptionist Mr. Lokesh attending us and he called his staff for check the room, he called back again and said there's a little spot on bedsheet, Mr Lokesh said me infront of many guest that there is a mam's blood spot on bedsheet which is unable to remove via dryclean so you have to pay for this.
                        Just Imagine how shameful this moment is for a girl who is standing on a reputed hotel's reception in front of 10-15 man's and guests.

                        Sir I'm a 31 year old and fully matured person, I'm not a kid, who is a careless about someone's property

                        I pay a amt. of Rs. 300 on reception and receipt is also attached in mail.
                        I complained about this matter to your customer care and a mam resolved my problem. She initiated a full refund for this happening and promised me to take action against the hotel, but till now no one has taken any action.

                        Now again i booked same hotel on Dt.[protected] for me and my fiance, It's occasion of my fiance's birthday on next day we check out the room and reached at reception Mr. Umeed Dhawan represent us and again he follow their process their staff go in to room and check all things and call to reception that their a little blood spot on bed sheet, My fiance explain him that it's a normal using spot then staff member said "Mam Don't teach us, Its a blood spot and a sign of your masti"
                        I think you understand that what a girl feel on this moment.
                        It's a very shameful moment for a girl who is standing in front of a male staff member alone.

                        They again charged me Rs. 300 by the name of blood spot, I paid them the same, receipt and payment detail attached in mail.

                        Again I registered a complaint on your customer care Mr. Piyush Seth (Senior Desk) treated me and handled my complaint after 24Hrs he said that hotel owner Mr C.P. Joshi refused for refund and hotel said him their a blood spot on bedsheet which is a permanent stain and non removable, teh bedsheet cost is Rs. 2000 but they charged to me only Rs. 300 by mercy
                        Mr abhishek tell me that he will give me a Gopass of rs. 366 and they are unable to take action against hotel due to absence of any proof and closed the complaint by the name of resolved

                        I again call to customer care Mr. (Vineet or Puneet ) i didn't remember his name but truly he is very nice person he understand me and my situation but after so many tries he was also unable to provide any solution he only proposed me a Gopass of rs 500, but it's not a matter of money so i refused for the same.

                        I daily calls to your customer care but they not give me any update of my complaint every time they said "our ground team is treating your complaint"

                        Sir I'm your regular customer and using your platform due to your trust also i'm regular customer of hotel broadway inn since 6-7yrs their's whole staff knowing me i goes their bar every weekend after that they treat me like this now just imagine how they treating their unknown guests.

                        Is we are vampires and booked a hotel for playing with blood.


                        Trust me sir they are fully trained for treating couples like this, please look at their review on your platform. Most guests complained about their service and staff member's behaviour but no one took action against the hotel.

                        Every time you offer me a refund and gopasses, sir I'm a lawyer by profession and also i'm able to afford this i booked this hotel by paid advance payment to you, i never want your beggary.

                        It's not a matter of money, it's a matter of respect for a girl and my relationship.

                            This is unprofessional behavior of Goibibo.com, I booked some ticket from DEL-GOA and Returned, out of 4 passengers 3 did not go so I cancelled their booking the same day i.e. 24th Jan, 2023, its been 3 months and unlimited followup, no sign of refund. They just gave me an initial refund number [protected]

                            They are showing an expected date as 25th Jul, 2023, I dont know if anyone can help in this matter or Goibibo has taken my money which they will never refund .

                              I hereby bring to your kind notice that with strong hope I utilised the services of goibibo for sometime. I booked a room at Tiruchendur, through goibibo from[protected] to[protected] AND PAID Rs1200/- on[protected]. The goibibo confirmed the room on 19th itself vide No. HTLDMAY7NER5TE9K PNR [protected]. Due to this confirmation we wish to perform poojas at Tiruchendur and Kulasekaranpattinam temples on[protected].
                              So we left from Madurai on[protected] I mysef, my wife, my son aged about 11 years and my daughter aged about 4 years. We reached the Chakravarthy Inn at Tiruchendur at about 12 midnight on[protected]. The hotel staff did not show any response, i told him that we booked a room from 12 hours (Night) on[protected] through goibibo, and the room also confirmed.
                              The hotel staff told me that there is no any room is vacant, we are not responsible for goibibo bookings. I shown him the confirmation of goibibo. Then the hotel staff told me that at present the reserved room is occupied by a local politician, so they can not allow us in the hotel.
                              I requested him a lot that we came from Madurai along with family consist of small children, time is midnight, we can not go any where. Moreover tomorrow temple poojas are there. We came here amidst tight work.
                              The staff refused. After our pleadings, the hotel staff told me, if we want we can sit in the reception veranda till next day 5 a.m. He talked with somebody and told him that the politician is occupying and not vacating.
                              We came out and requested a nearby lodge but no any vacant, rooms are full.
                              Then we wish to return to Madurai by cancel all the temple poojas, we felt sad and worried and dejected a lot. We came out and waited for bus to Madurai till 1.30 am of[protected]. Myself, my wife, my son and my daughters are all tired of bus journey and stood on the road for 1.30 hours, by carrying the sleeping child.
                              At that time no safety to us, a drunken man demanded money and threatened me and my family, at last I filed a police case. If anything happened to my family, what will to do.
                              Eventhough we booked a room well in advance and paid the money on[protected] itself, the Hotel Chakravarthy Inn Tiruchendur allotted the room to a local politician and failed to give any other room. Owing to this failure, we met harassment from a drunken man, if he attacked surely our life will be in danger.

                              Kindly take severe action in this regard. Refund our amount and pay damages of Rs.100000/- (Rupees one lakh only) within 15 days of receipt of this notice. Otherwise a Criminal case will be filed for cheating, mis-appropriation, unduly life threat, etc.,
                              A civil case will be filed claiming damages for mental agony, deficiency of service, etc., which may please be avoided.

                                Schedule Change for Price Lock

                                I was trying to lock the price fare from Raipur-Ahmedabad-Banglore Flight on 18th April for 21st May. Initially it asked me pay 299/- but upon proceeding to pay it charged me 1300/- I paid the amount only to face my second grievance which is now the flight was also taking a halt at Bhopal which wasn’t mentioned earlier.                                 I have done booking in goibibo for a hotel today (15 april) around 6:30 pm IST.

                                Booking Id : HTLDVAYRDSB69EDQ.

                                But there is some glitch in booking and now there is no way i can find this booking.
                                Money is deducted from UPI and the poor customer care service could not even has a way to contact some person without having a booking link (which is not showing under my profile.)

                                Confirmed with hotel as no booking details found.

                                Please help me resolve the issue and send the money back.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have recently booked a stay in Tuticorian in a insect hotel called "Hotel Raj".
                                      I checked in to the hotel at early morning 1.10 am and the hotel was full of insects and extra bed which was provided was full of smelling and strains were in the bed.

                                      The reception guy was also asking why did i make booking in goibibo and he is insulting for booking in goibibo and telling me to book directly to them so that they can be flexible. Such a worst stay i ever had in my life.
                                      i want goibibo to refund the full money what ever i have paid.
