I booked a flight from Leh-Mumbai through GoIbibo on Indigo airlines. Due to change in plans, I cancelled my flight directly at Indigo airlines site. The refund it said would be credited by GoIbibo.
On submitting the refund request at the GoIbibo portal of my trips ... modify bookings... submit refund request... it flashes a message for 2-3 seconds as contacting airlines, and the screen goes blank. Tried it 8-10 times, same result. There is no customer care of goIbibo email link to lodge the complaint as well.

    Please check the attached Bus cancellation detail.
    The ride was cancelled on the request of Bus driver as he refused to enter the Delhi zone due to flooding.
    After cancellation Rs. 1792/- is still pending for the refund as its been 13 days delay on your part to process the refund.

    I have discussed with the bus driver and talked to him. The cancellation proof received from Rajasthan Roadways.

      An amount of Rs. 25, 720 was received by customer on 23rd July 2023 from Goibibo against a flight cancellation by SpiceJet airlines, which was received by Goibibo on 24th of June 2023, as communicated by the SpiceJet.
      So I requested them repeatedly to explain why I should not get the interest for holding the payment intentionally for one month, but yet to receive their reply. They can not deny my legitimate claim with your silence. It is not the amount but I question there intention.

            I wrote a review on the hotel I booked, through the link I received. I wrote it because I thought my real name won't be used and goibibo would use my username only.

            However later I saw my full name being used along with the review instead o[censored]sername. So, this violates my right to privacy.

              I booked a hotel room through goibibo and made payment online but when I reached hotel location it closed I contact hotel owner which says that It close a month ago but when I contact goibibo they says that it non refundable booking

And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

                  On the night of 22nd July 2023 on the Goibibo mobile app I tried booking return flight tickets Kolkata to Vadodara but the transaction was shown to be unsuccessful, I tried the booking process twice through my Bajaj Finserv InstaEmi Card but the transaction failed both times( for the booking nos. GOFLDNTANDHPXSV11176 and GOFLDNTANDXH2FOJ8856. Later when I checked my Bajaj Finserv InstaEmi Card details it is shown that the amount of 31947.75 have been deducted twice( for the two failed transactions). Later I consulted customer care of both Goibibo and Bajaj Finserv, but they just went back and forth blaming the other, while I am the one stuck in the middle with everything to lose. What Bajaj will do is slap two unjust loan accounts against the failed transactions and debit monthly emi from my primary bank account as ECS Mandate for auto repayment was done beforehand, while I will be a sitting duck watching my hard earned money being scammed by a billion dollar corporation with not even a single booked flight ticket to show for myself. Rs.63896 is not a small amount earned by child's play it equates to one's monthly salary and some more. Such inept and incompetent customer is not expected from such deemed to be trustworthy companies. Providing quick dedicated resolution to the matter would go a long way in relieving the anxiety of the customers. Therefore it would be very much appreciated if I am refunded the amount deducted from my Bajaj InstaEmi account at the earliest to avoid any future inconvenience.

                  Been almost a week since the failed transaction but money is still not reversed back to my original mode of payment. The Goibibo Customer Support did contact with me, first they said the money would revert back in 2-3 days, then said 3-5 days, whereas now they are it would take upto 9-14 days to get the refund. While Bajaj Finserv have shown that the payment is successful from their end and have already booked 2 loan accounts for emi repayment for the 2 failed transactions [ Transaction Id : CS[protected] & CS[protected]].

                        We did flight bookings for Mumbai to Mauritius and return via Goibibo in Jul 2020. However due to covid we were unable to fly and Air mauritius/Goibibo has provided us credit voucher that we can use for future travels.
                        I have contacted Air Mauritius for next travel however I got to know that, the status of voucher has already changed by Goibibo to refunded. We have not received any kind of refund or communication from your side.

                              Hello ibibo.com,

                              I have opened mail account in ibibo.com ([protected]@ibibo.com) on 2011 to create facebook account.
                              Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
                              Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.
                              It is 10 years old and i have all my colleague and relatives and friends in facebook.
                              Please help me to login and reset my ibibo.com mail account so that i could recover my facebook password.
                              I need to get it done on urgent basis.

                                I made a booking but never received the tickets though the money got deducted from my account. I tried connecting with the customer support but the number always say we are available 9am to 12am midnight(7 days a week) but no one answers the call. Below are the transaction details and I’ll also attach the image:

                                      Please help me procuring a refund of my transaction that I did on Goibibo to purchase a flight ticket using my Yes Bank Credit Card.

                                      When I did the transaction on the goibibo app l early morning around 1 am on May 24th, the transaction did not go through but my credit card got charged for Rs. 1, 02, 356 . I got the status saying, wait for sometime as we settle the transaction on the app. I waited and after 1 hr a partial refund automatically got triggered by the system of Rs. 54, 129 as it said in the app transaction unsuccessful. Rs. 48, 227 are still pending to be refunded.

                                      I also raised a service request about the same, that I got partial refund with Goibibo. On checking they are telling me we never got the money credited in our bank account and that's it stuck at your banks end. But if that was the case how did the system trigger a partial refund. And note that no booking details or confirmation of any sort that I received.

                                      So I asked them how did automatically a partial refund get triggered? They said we will check with back end team.

                                      I also checked with Yes Bank twice, raising a dispute on that amount and I got a confirmation saying the money has been credited and the transaction reference no and the authorisation code was given to me. I forwarded these details to Goibibo as well and now it's been a week and I have no reply till now about it. A total of 17 days this issue has been on.

                                      Despite running around and giving all details to Goibibo, they have not been efficient enough to resolve. Goibibo just says we never got the money!! Which is not true?

                                      Also note, the attached video my unsuccessful transaction in goibibo doesn't show any details anymore.

                                      Less than 5mb video is not getting attached, so uploaded screenshot from that video where I am clicking on that unsuccessful trip and it just says "something went wrong".
