My flight booking from Los Angeles to New Delhi has been delayed by the airline for a day. Goibibo's confirmation number is GOFLISTLK5Y8GE, and the PNR is 54U6BC.

Even after several calls to customer support, I am yet to receive a confirmed quotation for the refund if I cancel my booking. I checked the airline policies, and it says, "If the expected delay is more than five hours, you can cancel the flight and get a full refund of your ticket." So I am assuming that I should get a full refund. I need written confirmation for this.

I have to book a new flight after the cancellation, and I CANNOT go ahead with the cancellation unless I have confirmation of the amount, as it's a big amount.

    My pnr number is ([protected]) journey date is 7/06/23 as the following pnr number ticket is partially confirmed in RAC format so because of that reason i filed the tdr for all the passenger who are supposed to be travelled but as of till(15/08/23) my tdr (ticket amount) is not deposit

    I had called the customer care number of irctc but they said only for one person the tdr is approved I want to ask that as i filed tdr for all the passenger why only for one passenger the tdr is approved even none of the passenger is travelled

    I request you to look in the issue as soon as possible and requested to solve my problem

      I booked ITA Airways flight AZ769 from Goibibo portal from Delhi to Nice for 28th Sep and booked seats (53J, 53L). On 27th Sep while checking in I discovered that the portal is asking me to rebook the seats, I called the airlines customer care only to discover that the seats I had booked initially do not even exist on the plane. I called goibibo customer care where they gave me an option of either a refund or book the seats again thru them, I agreed for a refund. It has been more than a month of repeated calls and innumerable " we will get back to you" and I have not received my refund instead I have wasted hours chasing these guys for getting the expected support.
      All I am getting from their support team is that the case has been rejected internally and we will follow up again with our internal team - this is also when I follow up on a call, I am not getting any updates from your end.

      As per last commitment 4 days back of getting an update within two days, I have still not received any call or email informing about the process in this case...!!!

        I have bookd a flight to Kolkata from Bagdogra thru Goibibo of GoIndigo airlines.Unfortunately flight has been cancelled by airlines due to operational issues.Goindigo has sent me an email confirming same and refund amount, saying it will be sent to Goibibo to trasfer to my account.It has been two weeks till now Gobibo has not refunded the amount keep on saying it will be sent to your bank account with in 3-4 days.Very upset with Goibibo

          I had a booking on 13 Mar from Gorakhpur - Lucknow through Alliance Air and my booking ID is GOFLDSTMOBGBWOT65253, PNR NO.- XPNKDG in the name of Kaihkasha Parveen. The flight was cancelled by the airline but I have still not received the money back.

            Our outbound Air India flight from BOM to CCU was scheduled on October 9th, 2023.
            Unfortunately, my elder sister unexpectedly passed away on October 5th, 2023 early morning. My nephew Harshal Mehta called your associates several times on October 5th to change our outbound Air India flight from October 9th to October 5th several times without any success. My nephew Mr. Harshal Mehta also called Air-India several times, & finally he was able to communicate with one associate, it was advised that the booking was done with goibibo, so Mr. Harshal Mehta should contact with goibibo, & the attempts were unsuccessful. We are requesting our Air India ticket refund, you may deposit the money with Mr. Harshal Mehta’s account.

              I have booked room on 5th Oct at Vizag Zostal but due to some emergency I was unable to check-in on that day. As I asked refund from Zostal, vizag but they refused as they said you have booked room from goibibo so they shoild be responsible. I have already send emails and complain for the same but didn't received response. So I am requesting for my refund as I didn't checked in so refund should be provided.

                  Hello Goibibo,
                  I made a flight booking on Goibibo from Canada, using a canadian phone number.
                  I made this booking on Goibibo's website but without creating a goibibo account.
                  I have my Goibibo booking ID but it is showing incorrect flight details.
                  Also, I misspelled my email ID so I do not have my flight ticket on my email.

                  Can you help me by updating my email or sending my flight ticket to an alternate email?

                      Dear Sir, I had booked 3 tickets from Amritsar to Mumbai dated 27th May 2023 with Go first airlines PNR of my ticket was FBIP2A but this flight was cancelled by airlines, I have already requested goibibo for this refund and reminded them multiple times but till date I have not received my refund.
                      Kindly look into the matter.

                          We have booked a ticket of 3 people and there is no REFUND yet from GOIBIBO, we paid to GOIBIBO, now its there responsibility to pay us back.
                          They are just giving fake commitments.
                          We booked ticket long back May 5, and todays date 23 September.

                            I will file a legal case against GOIBIBO.

                                I have booked a hotel of Lonavala Hotel Manik Moti on 16 August 2023. Due to some reason we could not go so we canceled the hotel. According to Gobibo's policy the hotel was 100% refundable. I canceled the hotel on 18th August and the date when my refund was to come was 5th September to 7th September 2023. I have sent my bank statement to Gobibo. Neither have I received my refund of Rs 6514 from Gobibo yet nor is Gobibo calling me. Always gives me 24-48 hours time. Help me to get my 6514 rupees back
