No number to contact goibibo customer to talk directly some number is on website that out of service and didn't connect.
Railways refund my money on 9 december and goibibo take that money they didn't refund to me.
There is wrost system of goibibo.

    1. Red bus is not reflecting the information that bus will be changed & bus operator is changing our bus in mid of the way. When we come to know this thing, we could not take a sound sleep / peaceful sleep.
    2. Red bus is informing us thru sms incorrect bus no due to which we could have missed our bus.
    3. Red bus customer care executive informing us that they do not track bus thru gps whereas they are mentioning this thing on their app that they have gps tracked buses.
    4. Red bus have made contractual arrangments with illegal bus operators who dont have permits / valid documents to operate on road & bus operator suddenly stopped the bus before 40 kms of lucknow in a fear that some rto flying squad is checking around 5-7 kms ahead. Kept hold the bus till 1 hr minimum & i had to go to my destination by incurring additional expenditure of taxi around rs 2000 at my own. Now company is not compensating this expenditure to me nor refunding my ticket money to me as they have not provided me services upto the destination for which they provided me ticket. Since, bus operator was not having legal papers with him he was not sure to convey us time by what time he will again start journey.

      Suddenly my bus was cancelled around 1 hr before my journey in cold night from mathura to lucknow & i suffered a lot with my wife & made alternative arrangement of travel by incurring expenditure of rs 5000 at my own. Goibibo refunded me rs 2471 & i need remaining expenditure of rs 2500 to meet out rs 5000. You are simply conveying sorry which is not acceptable to me. Kindly compensate me & deduct the equal amount from vendor / bus operator's payment otherwise they will never improve their services. You are prime responsible for bus booking & cannot escape by saying that its a bus operator decision. We are believing your reputed company hence we are making bookings thru your portal else we could have booked directly thru bus operator's website. What is your control & supervision mechanism over vendor. If you will not pay me further rs 2500 i will file a suit in consumer court & will raise the voice upto pmo office thru my advocate channel for this where you are not providing end to end service to consumer. And your customer care officer is also not able to give such decisions, rather they behave in unprofessional manner

        Dear team ibibo,
        First of all i want to let you know that i have paid rs.4200 for my trip because of your immature irresponsible unprofessional service. When i started my journey from the airport driver set the gps to my destination and it was showing 200kms by time however on driving he missed a lot of time the navigation and by re routing many time he completes a journey of 200km in 240kms. Then started drama for taking extra charge which i also give him rs600 now come to the point of your service would you imagine when you are traveling out station with you wife on unknown roads in night you car stops at a place where another guy enter and sit and the driver said this guy is to give me company as i don’t get bored? This was horrible so unsecured and my journey become a threat mentally. Also the air condition of the car was not working.
        You know what i think you have to compensate me for or this in spite of giving invoice, i am sorry but after this horrible experience i won’t think in future to book cab through ibibo.

          I made a booking thru goibibo void booking id - htlqmtf3ju for 2 rooms and added one room void booking id for 1 room for toshali sands puri for 31st dec 2019 night. After that i come to know about mandatory gala dinner of 4500+taxes per person which was very surprising for me as hotel that charges 5000/day for room is charging 11000/couple for a dinner. However i accepted to pay them and made a confirmation to the hotel on mail that i will pay it on arrival at hotel. And now after paying 25000 for three rooms they are saying to cancel my booking as if gala dinner is not paid in advance.
          As per my booking gala dinner can be paid n arrival.
          This is very uncooperative from hotel end.

            Sir,

            I had booked a booking in oyo 47921 HOTEL SHREE RADHEKRISHNA RESORT, KHANDWA regarding which my check in was denied as the reason was mentioned that hotel is not accepting LOCAL ID's but goibibo mentioned there which is that LOCAL ID's are accepted in this hotel.

            In night to a unknown city where we have not travelled before we had tried to contact there customer service providers and ask them to solve the issue however we had sit on the road from 12.00 p. M. To 5.30 p. M. But our query has not been resolved.
            I had called your customer service centres but they were keep transferring my calls and put my call on hold and no reply was given to me den after 7.30 p. M i booked another one hotel which is OYO 45774 HOTEL UTSAV n mainely which is 73 km away from khandwa, n there's temp so down its very tough for me to drive a bike in evening n when i reach the hotel then again hotelier staff denied for check in coz they told me that our basic price is min Rs 1200 for one night & n your cost is to low . Then i called GOIBIBO but they didnt respods me.

            I had a call with vijendra of your team and he has initiated now my hotel refund but no action were taken regarding the losses beared by me due to your company's fault.

            The total calls made by me to take hotel booking amount refund was around 20 - 25 calls and been there with a conversation time in totalling of 4 - 5 hours.

            Its 4 th time when i was felt same pro bt t
            I was treated in a very bad manner and i had to bear huge losses due to your company's fault. I had decided if no proper action is taken within 24 hours i will file an fir against the company and sue a case and will be dealing with the company in court.
            Also i am gonna take the help of national consumer helpline and take the issue to the court.
            I will also take the help of social networking sites if i will not get any results.

            These are the actions which i have decided to take if in case no satisfactory action were taken by your company.

            I had all the recorded calls with your company and will be using them as the evidence if my query has not been resolved.
            Also your company had closed my complaint and no permission has been taken from me before closing the complaint.

                Received gocash+ and no expiry period was mentioned and it is in top up category but still got expired and no customer service and no email id and chat support is not ready to resolve. Financial loss of rs. 22128 and 3028. Near about rs 25, 148. No one is ready to help. Suffering from loss due to goibibo negligence.
                I have given my email id to chat support but no one is ready to resolve. It is a huge amount for me and i have kept it for my usage when i required.

                    I've booked a ticket from delhi to hyderabad via indore. The ticket from indore to hyderabad has been confirmed, but the ticket from delhi to indore has not been confirmed.
                    Please note, i had searched for delhi to hyderabad tickets where options shown to me was to have layover at indore. Delhi to indore is an airasia.
                    This trip is important to me. Kindly do the needful.

                      Pnr qph98r booked on 9dec 2019. This ticket is cancelled by airline indigo due to some date confusion. I had booked this from goibibo app.

                      Indigo has already initiated refund amount and transferred to goibibo.

                      But i have not recieved amount from your side. Why? When will i get the amount?

                      Your domestic flight customer care is not working properly. Please refund my amount asap.

                      I have booked my travel ticket from Udupi to Jaysingpur (Kolhapur) through Redbus. My money of Rs 950 is diducted from my SBI account

                      My account has been debited 4 times within 5 minutes each time for Rs 30000/- on 7th December 2019 by IBIBO WEB PRIVATE LIMITED in between 15:10 to 15:15 hrs.

                      I am registering a cyber crime complain against the company and need the money back immediately.

                        non receipt of gst bill from goibibo in spite of submitting gst details

                        I had book my ticket from goibibo for air asia and given my gst number and company details. I requested for gst bill from airline and they have emailed me stating they dont provide gst bill from airline. As agent, it is duty of goibibo to forward the gst details to airline so airline can provide gst bill but they have not done it

                        GOBUSANDc2a198ff51 is booking id. I selected a boarding point as mentioned at the time of booking but later bus operator informed me about non arrival of bus at selected boarding point and told me another only boarding point which was 12 kms apart from my selected one. I spent 127Rs to reach there. Booking and payment information is attached here. He provided two contact number but both were non working. Bus operator doesn't have any sense of responsibility. Later I approached to office and came to know bus is running delayed by half an hour. Refund 127Rs and compensation for delayed journey as this bus have on time guaranteed.

                          Dear sir i had booked the airasia ticket on 11 dec 2019 from delhi to hyderabad for 12 dec 2019 with pnr k5synk, there was offer valid that if i make payment by hdfc bank debit card the cashback of rupees 904 will be credited. I made payment by hdfc debit card as there was cashback offer. The promo code was applied for 904 cash but now company denying. I tried to contact them but no solution received. Kindly resolve.

                            I have booked a room in aundh retreat for 1 night for 11 dec. I got confirmation from goibibo. But which check-in hotelier said there is no entry of your name. That was because of low tarrif of goibibo.
                            And now status is shown is stayed which is even more annoying.
                            Please refund my money asap. It is just a fraud website. Refund my money back else i will drag you to consumer court.

                              Refund not received since last 20 days whereas bank has confirmed that merchant has recvd the paymnt. I am using goibibo since last 2 years but never faced this problem. But yes this time i am really frustrated.
                              My amount was deducted on 23rd november, 2019 for two transactions for a hotel booking on goibibo.com.
                              The booking is for rupasai bangla eco resort - but i didnt receive my refund since last 20 days.

                                I was booking flight ticket from delhi to indore on 23rd novembver and in many transactions getting failed, i got 1 successful booking done and another, booking failed, in which my money got deducted, inr 3442/-, which is no way refunded till now. I'm unabvle to speak to any of the customer care exectuive, because their helpline number doesn't give that option in ivr and i also sent feedback on website, but email received in revert and also, in the option of write to management, they ask for service request number, but from where a person will have service request number, if we are unable to speak to anyone regarding complaint.in their one of the feature in app, gia support,, is also a omputer, who doesn't understand anything or do any investigation.                                   Hello sir/mam,
                                  I did transaction on 30th nov 2019 of rs.5695 with phonepe upi to goibibo for flight booking.in this transaction money got deducted from my bank account but not credited to goibibo merchand account so they did not give me booking. I contacted merchand they ask me to wait for 5 working day. I wait for that then they asked me to do chargeback from bank. I go to bank for chargeback with application branch manager send me back by saying you have done transaction with phonepe upi so go talk wigh them we will not do chargeback. I talked to phonepe company they said we dont have authority to do chargeback your bank manager has authority but he is not doing your task therefore i am putting this complaint against him. Please do some action. There is no online option of doing chargeback.in sbi website there is no option if we do transaction from any other company upi. Please add some feature into website.
                                  I go to bank again service manager taken my application and keep aside and did not even see what is that. I was sitting into bank almost 2 to 3 hours until bank closed. He attended everyone and ignore me but atleast he taken my application but branch send me back to my home by saying go talk to phonepe company we will not do chargeback.
                                  I have done complaint in national consumer forum https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ with
                                  Grievance number: 1781570 also against phonepe with grievance number: 1781621 and against sbi grievance number: 1781816 but no result.
                                  I asked goibibo for bank statement if you dont receive my money then please show me your bank statement you have asked my bank statement many times i have given that 10 times but you have not given me your bank statement not even 1 time. Goibibo only given me reply that we have not received money and we are checking but not doing anything.
                                  I asked phonepe for ask goibibo for ask goibibo they have received money or not but they are not doing anything they are saying wait for 1 month we are working.
                                  I asked to sbi for chargeback they said go talk to phonepe i did complaint against sbi branch manager to there chairman then they said wait for 15 day we are sending email to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in once we will get reply we will see. I did complaint to customer support they directly said we are not responsible you have to talk to phonepe.

                                  No one is giving me my money it was software error of goibibo they removed support for phonepe and my money into payment gateway and not sending me bank statement if they dont receive money.in screenshot they send it is mistake they are saying i did payment with google pay but i did payment with phonepe they even dont have proper system. They are using mistakeful softwares.
                                  Sbi dont have online chargeback system i[censored]ser done payment with phonepe
                                  Phonepe dont do anything they use to send send customer to bank but dont call merchant goibibo and ask if they receive money or not and merchant goibibo saying we have not receive money but in bank statement it is showing that money is into goibibo account.
                                  Everyone is taking time and goibibo using my money from last 12 days. Entire system is wrong need to replace
                                  I have seen your videos on youtube and on tv. Please help me

                                    I have booked air ticket on 17.11.2019 by indigo flight
                                    1. From vijayawada to hyderabad (6e 7202) and hyderabad to shirdi (6e 7166) vide pnr no: lfrw6p dated 08.12.2019 for me and my wife
                                    2. Subsequently, its got changed from hyderabad to aurangabad and got message on 28.11.2019 stating “ we regret to inform you that due to operational reasons, your itinerary booked under pnrlfrw6p has been revised. The revised itinerary is now 6e-7202/7278, on 08 dec, vga-hyd/hyd-ixu,[protected]/[protected]”
                                    3. By that time i have already booked sai harati, sai dharsan and accommodation at shirdi. I have discussed this issue with indigo staff and they have offered refund of rs.2000/- towards transport charges from aurangabad to shirdi. Even then i have cancelled my indigo ticket and booked spice jet flight on 28.11.2019 vide pnr no: b6ntnv from vijayawada to hyderabad (Sg 1602) and from hyderabad to shirdi (Sg 1096) even though ticket is costing more..
                                    4. Again on 03.12.2019 i got following message (Pnr-b6ntnv): due to operationally unconducive weather at shirdi, your flight from vijayawada to shirdi will now operate as sg 1602/sg 1096 on 08-dec-2019 from vijayawada to aurangabad with the departure time of 12:00 pm and arrival time of 04:50 pm.
                                    5. Due to which i have incurred huge loss, i have requested the spice jet for arranging car for dropping us but they have refused and also requested for reimbursement of extra fare for that also they have not accepted
                                    6. Similarly, i have booked return ticket from shirdi to hyderabad, which is also subsequently changed from aurangabad to hyderabad (Sg 1092) vied pnr no: lcudqt
                                    7. Because of all the above problems i have not able perform harati and dharsan on 08.12.2019/09.12.2019 and also incurred rs. 5828/- towards car charges from aurangabad to shirdi and back to aurangabad.
                                    8. The procedure adopted by indigo as well as spicejet sudden change within a short time is unethical. I would like to request you to compensate the total loss. I am herewith forwarding the bill received from savari travels and also reimburse the extra charges collected from hyderabad to shirdi instead of hyderabad to aurangabad.
                                    9. Your early action is highly appreciable.

                                      On 28th october i was trying to book bus through phone pay while trying my amount from phone pay debited but at the same time bus booking failed. Now my amount is debited from account but bus not booked so i need refund. If my money stuck in bank please provide mail that my amount is stuck in bank not in goibibo account. Because i try to raise complaint in bank they want mail as proof that amount not paid to goibibo after debited from bank. Please need in help urgent. Please send mail to [protected]@hdfc.com that my amount is stuck in bank not paid to goibibo. You can check the amount transaction successfull in phone pay and at the same time bus bookin failed in attached document. Please help
