    refund on amazon pay icici credit card

    Address: Icici bank, North street, Marthandam

    I ordered a vivo u20 mobile in amazon online shopping for rs.10990 and got cancelled. The payment was made through amazon pay credit card. The refund was initiated on 29th march 2020. Till now i didnt received the refund. The refund reference number is #[protected]. The emi for the month is shown in the statement for paying on 14th of april 2020. If im not able to pay they will charge more. Kindly i refund my amount....

    Dear icici

    There is a monthly deduction of rs. 199/- from my bank account and it says that it has been paid to vsi amazon stan but i have not purchased a single thing from amazon nor have i subscribed to anything but there's still a deduction from my account. Neither do i have subscribed to amazon prime membership and also it was deducted in the previous month also.
    I request you to please look into it and contact the responsible authority or with amazon to please resolve the issue asap or i can take some serious actions and refund my amount asap.
    Total deduction of 398 rs has been made from my bank account.

        I had made an payment of credit card bill on 2nd of april and it is still not reflected.
        The due date is of 7 th of april and do not wish to be an defaulter.
        Do take care of the matter.
        I had made the payment from axis bank savings account and the amount had been deducted from the account.
        I have been waiting for the payment to be reflected from the 2nd of april and it has been more than 3 working days that the payment is not reflected.
        I have no idea what to do now regarding this.
        This was definetely not expected from the largest psu for sure.
        This is regarding my credit card bill.

          I am facing a very strange problem with icici bank internet banking. They are not able to send otp properly.
          No transaction imps or neft can send otp although they are notifying in email that they are sending otp
          I can able to pull otp for sometime but not for all the time

          Their customer care are closed (Really!!!...)... When we are talking about digital banking icici bank close their customer care for covid 19 situation

          Very unprofessional experience in this tough time... My all respect and love for this bank gone in last 5 days that they cant fix the issue

          your relationship manager has no clue either
          OTP team is not working for COVID --- really this is the example of best digital bank of India ... I feel shame for you

            I have not used my card anywhere nor did i swipe it anywhere why are they charging for this? This is a complaint by thousands of customers who are unjustly exploited for the only reason that they have accounts in icici bank. I did not use/swipe my card anywhere for them to decline it due to insufficient balance and charge for it. This is a scam and please do something about it.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I did not even any message for deduction like others transactions.                   I have no idea why i have been charged rs 826 on transaction date: 30/03/2020 with transaction remarks:dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till feb -20.

                  This is extreme bad for a bank like icici to make such fraud.

                  Guys would highly request all of you to not use ICICI bank. They are cheaters and would keep taking out money from your account until you keep a tap. Once you will get to know that you’re being cheated then they will ignore you like a piece of CRAP like they are treating me now, by ignoring and avoiding me. I have my account with them from 6 years and how valuable i am to them.

                  i too found that 757 rs were deducted as per DP charges, although i have neither created nor linked any demat account with ICICI, also on call customer care is endleslly on waiting status. Worst thing is this amount was deducted without any prior notice moreover they havent sent any deduction message on mobile. This is totally unacceptable.

                        After lockdown i was not able to loging icicibank site today when i login to check for credit card detail i saw Icici bank deducting money in this crucial situation also, after maintaining account balance then also deducting 2time my money.                           I ordered one ukulele from flipkart worth rs. 3899.0 on 23rd march 2020 and cancelled it on 24th. The refund was initiated from seller side on 24th itself. And it would be reflected in my bank account by 3rd april 2020 as it was written. I still now didn't get my refund. I contacted with flipkart customer care. This is the refund id cr2003240126012889766203 with reference number pzt[protected]dnzi02 and my order id was od[protected]. I tried to contact my bank with mail. They mailed back that mail services and unavailable right now and many of the time i'm not being able to connect to the customer care phone number of icici. Even though i get connected they are asking for atm pin which i'm not at all comfortable to share. My money got stuck and i'm not able to get in touch with my bank to know the status of my initiated refund. Please help me out as soon as possible. I'm waiting from 24th march for my refund.

                          There was a call from consumer forum today morning and they told that they are from icici bank for refunding my money and took out Rs. 70, 000 from my account. Where should I go for my money now? I don't know what to do and why this is happening to me. Attached is the mail from their side for filling up all my bank details

                          ₹ 826.00 has been deducted from my account without any prior notice, under the name DMC/IN[protected] TILL FEB-20.

                          I do not have a demat account in ICICI Bank. There was no sms also after the money got deducted. This is invasion of my privacy. I want my money bank. If right explanation is not provided, i will file a case in consumer court.

                            I took a cheque personally to your br. For depositing in ac no.[protected]. The cheque was for 4 lakhs and was to pay the premium for icicipru policy n0.21435880. The time and date of my visit was : 03/04/2020 :1130 hrs. The lady on the counter refused to accept the cheque and stated that i should do the transaction on line. I came back disappointed since the lady did not give me time to talk to her as well. I went to deposit the cheque for my son who is in the merchant navy and on board his ship on the high seas iam a senior citizen above seventy years of age. The payment of delay of the premium is entirely due to your staff. Please have the said cheque collected from my residence so that the premium could be paid.

                                I had submitted the nps account opening request around 15 days back. I had done the e-sign as well. I had submitted all my documents online.

                                Now, it says my pran is frozen due to kyc verification pending from pop or rejected.

                                Pran no is[protected]. I need to get it transferred to corporate account so that i can claim additional deduction for tax purposes. Can you please get it resolved asap.

                                I AM LOSING MY NPS DEDUCTIONS JUST BECAUSE OF CARELESSNESS ON PART OF ICICI BANK.
                                CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SAME asap.

                                      Hello sir/Madam

                                      Rs 583.00 is being deducted in name of POSDEC / CHG as the charges are for when there is no sufficient balance in my account but i use your ATM/Debit card for payment at a store.

                                      But there has never been so that i have used my ATM without sufficient balace.
