I want to say that,
You have charge high minimum amount balance without any prior notification.
I have not maintained my account balance for only two to three hours after that i have maintained my account balance but you have charged a high mab charge of rupees 703. Please check that you have done mistake on applying charges. So please check my account.

      I applied for an amazon pay free credit card, completed the kyc in amazon on 11th jan, gave all my documents to icici agent for the card, in the end i received a hp coral card. They even charged me a joining for 199+ gst and top of that they charged me 100+gst for late payment of that joining fee!!

      What kind of scam is icici bank doing here?
      Why are they cheating customers by giving a chargeable card instead of free card?
      I need and explanation and this is complete fraudulence from the bank side by utilizing my documents for unauthorized price.

      I will not be paying any joining fee untill i get an explanation for this. I have also sent email to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com and to [protected]@icicibank.com

      I received a call from icici bank and they just are given information about one assist plan after than i got message for a subscription but i haven't applied but they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my a/c. Without my permission.

      I also sent them but no response.
      Hi I just checked my account and saw that POSDEC charged even though I had cash don't understand why.please help

          Y u charging me i didn’t subscribe anything then y your bank is doing like this this is totally disgusting.
          I m having a good thought about urs bank don’t spoil it otherwise i will close my all account mind it ok.!

          ₹29.50 x 23 times u charged it is not a fair and i didn’t know how it is happen.

          Already this type of problem happen for me and suddenly i complaint my nearby icici bank (Ponnamaravathi bank). That manager said u close ur debit card and bought a new debit card in future then u did not face this problem again...
          As per this i changed my card after that i did not face this problem for dec month but now i facing that problem today i m totally disturbing so please cancel this one and find a solution for this and solve it... Thank u

            I hold an ICICI fast Tag ID: 11806822. Recently my ID has been blacklisted, appreciate it if you can find a solution to unblock and utilize the service without any interpretation.               Already registered complain of fraud transaction done by upi.
              My question is that if i have not shared my card details to anyone then how the upi pin had been generated.
              And i never add upi with my bank or any other platform.
              This is your negligence and your system and security is weak.
              A transaction of re 1. Was made on 9th febv2020 at around 8 pm and the next 5 transaction of 10000 each and 1 transaction of 5000 through axis bhim upi done on 11th febv2020 morning brtween 8:30 to 9:30 am without my permission.
              I have not received otp or any kind of permission from your end.

              An amount of INR 180, 000 was transferred by Commercial bank of Ethiopia to ICICI bank on 21 Jan 20 vide their transaction no FT2009VNN4T to be deposited in to my BOI account no [protected].

              Although 48 days are over, the amount has not been deposited in to my account still.

                I have not travelling with my vehicle no or-02-bp - 4191 on 15.03.2020 to any where. Whether fastag has been charged 30.00 rupees at madrak toll plaza from my paytm account. Where as madrak toll plaza is in utterpradesh not in orissa. How my vehicle has gone to u. P madrak toll plaza. Before this on 26.02.2020 same 30.00 rupees has been charged on same toll plaza. How it is possible. Please consider my case

                  vin* google fraud transaction

                  Today multiple transactions were performed with vin*google on my bank account and i am not sure who and how the transactions were initiated.
                  Please block all of them and recover my money.
                  I tried reaching your card blocking number but it did not confirm the account is blocked.
                  I tried blocking it from internet ban but even that is not working....

                      My self p rabbit kumar having icici bank credit card in the month of august i had swiped card in malabar for 50000 it was rejected and when i had called to customer care they informed to try once and i had made transactions at petrol pump for an amount of 20000, 30000, 50000 but the amount was unable to swipe. When i call to the customer care they are saying that as my card is new i am unable to swipe the amount. Here my question is when i am not having right to swipe then why i have been provided the credit card with a limit of 80000. I have made call several times to customer care but there is no proper response. Please help in this regard.

                        I had a current account and saving account in icici bank but from my current account money had being deducted twice for nmmab and cash deposit charge which was told will be refunded back after same time but till know it is not yet refunded.

                        This is a very negative impact to the loyal customer, if this continue without the support of the bank to grow my business then we have to close the account.

                        Please refund my deducted amount as soon as possible

                        Cash dep chg sept 2019 of rs.3282 - on 17th of oct
                        Nmmab chg jan 2020 of rs. 1179 - on 16th march

                        Refund both the amount of rs.3282 and rs.1179 as soon as possible
                        So the trust on the bank continue.

                          These people are not allowing me to make transaction from credit card if 57k and send me a msg saying that call customer care. And when i called them no one is picking my call for even 10min and then disconnected my call and they even charge me for that 2rupees per minute. I am getting sick of this people. I am having credit limit of 62 thousand of which i have 61.5k available credit limit then why they don't allow me.

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.                               I have not used my vehicle for traveling on 11th march 2020, but still,
                              My axis fastag has been charged twice on 11th march 2020. At 10:10:43 hr rs. 45/- and at 10:10:45 again rs.55/- was deducted the same day. I received sms from axis bank on 12th march 2020 early morning at 1.34 hr & at 02.09 hr but there is no mention of tollbooth place or name of the place.

                                I have a fast tag with icici bank customer id: 11137436 which was blacklisted due to low balance. I recharged it with required amount and still the tag is blacklisted. They are saying the amount will get automatically transferred to tag deposit amount but that has not happened.
                                I called the call centre of icici bank fast tag multiple times. The customer care are only taking the complaints and are not resolving the issue. Very poor service from icici bank fast tag department.

                                You can see attached image. It is clearly showing the tag as blacklisted. Please revert as early as possible.

                                  Hello this is sharad.. I have a salary account in icici bank and being a customer i enjoy its services.. But few days back they deducted rs 29.5 about 12 times for posdec charges.. And when i've talked to the customer care of icici, he said that you've been charged for failure of transaction due to insufficient balance and there are 24 declines.. I've deducted all my money from the account as soon as i got to know this.. I had sufficient amount of funds while transacting even though they have charged me the penalty... I mean you should have informed on the failure of first transaction.. Being a valued customer i don't want to switch to other banks.. Please resolve my issue (I. E refund rs 29.5 deducted 12 times and cancel the pending 12 charges).. 1 time penalty is ok.. But deducting it again and again is stupid and that also without consent.. Please refund my money asap..
