I am vinoth kumar. 688.33 (680.07+6.26) rupees has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till fe - 20) dp charges on 30/03/2020 & 02/04/2019. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need a refund for the same. My account number is[protected].

I might actually have to check all my past statement to see how many times such deduction have taken place.

    An amount of 424.69 and 194 rupees and been deducted from my account in the name of DP CHGS TILL FEB-20 and the bank is not giving any explanation for it.

    I want my money back. Please look into the scene.

      I have never taken any demat account from icici bank, however some amount deducted every month from icici bank account.
      Request to please restrict the deduction and deducted amount must be refunded
      Please do the needful and take action against such corrupted activity.

        This is ref to dp charges debited. I checked my statement n noticed the debit transaction heading ' dmc /in[protected] dp charge till feb-20’ – amount rs. 826.. While opening the dmat a/c, i was not informed about this dp charges and was told by the rep that its life time free of cost even they didnt send any message to my registered linked mobile no. For this transaction. This is totally unfair and not acceptable. They should refund the amount. Mobile no is [protected]

          Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 02/04/2020 Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

            I did transaction of 10000 on 30th march 2020. Amount is deducted from my icici account but not credited to nps account or even back to icici account.

                My name is sagar bhosale a saving account holder in your bank for the last 8 years. I hold an account in the name sagar dnyandev bhosale and i have an account number[protected].
                Please note my cousin brother abhijeet bhosale transaction no (Rrn[protected] dt 09/02/2020. Has wrongly transferred 10, 000 /- to account[protected] instead of account no.[protected]. Request you to please reverse the said transaction as early as possible from your side.
                I hereby enclose a copy of the bank mail for your reference. Kindly investigate and shed light on this matter. I look forward to your response to the problem. Please let me know if you have any information regarding this transaction.

                    I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                    Provided Mail id is invalid. Please let me know the correct mail id
                    On 31st March 2020, I received 4 messages that Rs.293.58 is deducted.
                    Overall Rs. 1174.32 got deducted.

                    2 other messages also received.
                    One was RUB 114.70 and other was USD 10.00

                    Since both of them required OTP the amount dint deduct.

                    But the other 4 got deducted.

                        I have a demat account in zerodha bank for 2 months now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till feb-20 — inr 505.62' at dated 30/03/2020. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the zerodha representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[[protected]]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [[protected]]

                        Hi, I have ordered a phone in amazon and I have Paid using my ICICI Credit card and the ordered was cancelled later.
                        I Have to receive a refund of 28999 INR towards My ICICI Bank Credit card within 5 days but I haven received it yet.
                        The refund transaction umber given to me by amazon is 227417.

                          Hi, I've been paying my personal loan EMI and minimum amount due every month to agents of icici bank, but still the lien my account every month and i have to do multiple calls to same agent to remove the lien. Now they are not even picking the call. I cant's properly use my idirect account and my icici account for that. I urgently want to unlien my account as i will recieve my salary amount in 2 or 3 days. And also as rbi has directed that we can stall next 3 month's emi so i would like to get my personal account unliened so that i can use other features of bank account.

                              01. Rbi has extended repayment period for term loans / credit card payments to banks by 3 months.
                              02. I received sms from indian bank stating that the bank has extended repayment of emi by 3 months as per directive which is find.
                              03. I have received another sms from icici bank stating that i should visit the bank's website and register my option to repay my dues after 3 months, otherwise i will be treated as a defaulter and dealt with as such. This is against the spirit of rbi directives. The bank should automatically extend the repayment period without asking them to exercise the option. If they prefer to repay during the moratorium period it is their wish.

                                I have cancelled two IRCTC tickets on 22-March, Amount was 2570 and 2350.

                                I received a message from IRCTC that ticket has been cancelled successfully and amount will be refunded in 2-3 days.

                                On 21-March, a payment made towards Airtel broadband was unsuccessful but the amount got deduct from my credit card. It has also not been refunded(not showing in the credit card statement).

                                Request you to check why the refunded amounts are not visible in my credit card statement

                                  Rs 826 has been deducted from my account on 30.03. I checked online and found that lot of other people have logged similar complain. I believe the charge is for dmat account but i don't even have an icici dmat account that i am aware of. Please initiate ba refund as i have never been informed about such deduction. I use zerodha for my share investments and they were also unaware of such a debit. We were not informed about this deduction and didn't even receive any email or message for the same. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please initiate a refund asap.

                                  They redirected me to the mobile banking site which again redirected me to mail the same ID.
                                  This is like an Infinite loop

                                      My account is freezed without any reason contacted customer care they said to visit near branch. visited the branch 3 weeks back. they said it is technical issues will be fixed.
                                      But still my account is blocked and i m not able to do any transaction. not able to visit branch or contact branch.
                                      Worst experience with ICICI bank these days.

                                      At this situation customer care is not helping they just say that they can't help and its very hard to reach ICICI bank customer care.
                                      just want my account and Fd to be unblocked.
                                      Branch managers not picking up phones.

                                        Fee week ago icicibank debited my 117 RS from my savings account when I complained regarding the same The customer representative jayashree told me and assured me that they will refund my money back but after this money has not been refunded and the bank customer service is not replying also to my raised complaint now it's been ten days so finally I m complaining regarding the bank through this platform so that they work for us not for fraud activities
                                        This bank has debited money many a time from my account but now when I was in need they don't even responded to their customer
                                        Now when this covid19 will get over I will simply stop using this bank services
