I have reapplied for Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card on 4 May 2022. My application was rejected in previous attempt. This time I opened a new ICICI Bank account and reapplied after 6 months. My application completely digital and paperless, It s been more than 12 days now still showing Application Under Process We are assessing your application for Credit Card as it was on day 1. I thought since it s paperless and verification is not required, it will not take this much time.

      I am an icici bank customer. On 13-may-2022 an amount of INR 18, 669 has been debited from my account. I don't know what they debited for. The bank debited the amount without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the debited amount is.this type direction is not ethical please return my debited amount.

        Icici deducts MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Eventhough this is salary account from 2010 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

        They have deducted my amount around Rs 1800.(DEC, Jan, FEB, Mar, Apr)
        I need my money back. It's a big fraud with me. Never received any sms alerts for these deduction.

          Yesterday ICICI Bank limited took my money from my account without the knowledge of me. They took nearly 500 rupees. I need to know why this is happening

              Credit card was blocked by me for a long time and they suddenly started claiming that we pay yearly charge and then started charging on top of it.

              I do not even know credit card number so can not raise complaint on their portal

              This is ongoing from many months and I keep getting SMS but can not figure out from that SMS where to raise complaint

                I have defaulted two two days in repaying my credit card bill. I was on travel and i forgot to pay. a person from icici credit card called me and reminded me that my credit card bill is overdue and i have to pay immediately to avoid late payment charges. i have assured them and paid my total due on the same day. I received my next month bill and i have been charged 750+ GST on my bill for late payment fee. i contacted customer care and informed them the total story but they simply rejected my request for late payment fee reversal. Why icici people make fake promises if they cant do so. pakka cheating.

                    I enquired for Home loan for purchase of plot at my native place at Siddarth nagar Mysore branch where I have an SB account . Loan was only20lac and told to me to be pre approved based on salary details, even issued sanction letter to me .Agent - Lohith C & manager assured loan would be disbursed in a week . I shared all the documents with in a day . However, next day itself on enquiry, They told loan can not be disbursed as that project is to be specifically approved by ICICI, which is a ridiculous condition & without doing anything just deducted processing fee.

                    When it was their fault of not informing the unfair pre condition, why I am being charged for processing fee.

                        My name is Bhargavi. I'm an employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 04/22 .

                        I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old email id and phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

                        Every month during salary credit 2000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 12000 rupees so plese help.

                          Sir... I am applied for a home loan through I-mobile app. My application number and name is given above. I applied for home loan before 7 days. But nobody was called me about my loan application and nothing to do about this. The customer care told that they will send sanction letter with in 1 hour. But no msg and no mail came to me. I paid 3770/- rs for my application. The bank/staff was not ready to return me.

                              I created an ICICI MINE Savings Account a Day ago but still I don't get my account number and all the details of my account.                               I am an icici bank customer. On 10-may-2022 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not ethical please return my charged amount.

                                I lost my elder brother last year due to COVID who was working in HCL Technologies. Due to this my parents was going through Trauma and I had to resign due to their health issues. I resigned on 3rd March 2022 with the last working date of 21-March-2022. My manager Miss Yati Vaish (Emp ID 487361) also accepted and approved the same. I started following with the fnf team for my fnf settlement as I am jobless and needed some funds for my parents treatment. on 15th April, I received an email from the fnf team stating that there is a recovery amount of INR-4243/- on account of 9 days salary recovery. On asking, I came to know that my reporting manager had marked absent in my attendance sheet even though I attended the office. Request you to pls intervene as I am the only person left to take care of my parents as well as my elder brother's family.

                                ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Nobody damn cares for the employees as well as the customers in such a big organization like ICICI Bank. More than 8000 complains stands unresolved and everyday many more new complains gets published. I don't know what is CEO of the company busy with when his employees and customers are not happy.
                                Let's see what steps are taken in my case.
                                I am asking the HR department in Iprocess to provide me the Form 16 for filling the ITR, but no-one is damn intrested in issuing the same. No FnF and no Form 16, monopoly should be stopped immediately so that others do not suffer.

                                  I have deposited Rs.50000 in ICICI Bank Cash Deposit machine (Bhagalpur Branch) today (Wednesday, 11th May - around 7:30 AM). Money was accepted into the machine. But at the end while printing the Cash Deposit detail, machine shows transaction got declined and no money was returned from the machine. It did not receive the slip. Called the customer care but no proper response was given.
