I had make payment at restaurant and I used imoble pay app from icici which I do regularly. This time billed amount deducted twice with sheer bugs in app where in first attempt I got the acknowledgement as not successful and same with second and still same amount deducted twice.
When I called bank, they said second transaction is in process and they don't know if I will get return. For such services, ideally ICICI should compensate...

My ICICI bank credit card points are not being credit to my Payback card. There is not way on ICICI bank site to raise a question on this. ALso Customer care number of ICICI bank never connects, IT says "All its executives are busy".

ICICI bank with out informing me they have converted my 0 balance account to saving account . I don't know when they did this. if I don't maintain minimum balance 10000 they charging the amount monthly as MAB charges. After Adding the minimum balance also they have Cut the amount....

ICICI Bank is Fraud and Cheaters Bank. Full of Fraudsters in this Bank. Don't open an Account with this Bank. Worst customer care experience. Third Class and pathetic services. None of the calls are answered by customer care. All calls are disconnected. Customer care of ICICI Bank is the worst and sucks. It is better not to have an account in ICICI Bank.
