As per my May month Credit card statement 1, 65, 165 was due on 4th June(Statement already attached in previous message), I have repaid the due amount in the following manner, on 3rd June i have paid 25, 000 through Cred, on 4th of june i have 3 separate payment as 50, 000+50, 000+40200 ( Statement Attached also highlighted the transaction ) the above mentioned 3 transaction was done using Postpe and i have received confirmation from postpe saying that the bill payment was successful. but unfortunately on 9th of june i received a message from postpe saying that one of my payments of 50, 000 was refunded to the source bank account stating that there was a technical issue with credit to the card (Refund reference Number:[protected]), as soon as i identified that the amount was credited to my bank i made the payment again on 9th using UPI.
in the given case i did not default on the payment i have the receipt from postpe saying the payment was successful on 4th june, but icici bank have charged me with a interest charge of 8000 for a single month which is totally not acceptable leagally. i have bank statement showing debit on 4th, receipt from postpe and message from postpe saying that payment to card was unsuccessful due to technical error from the bank. also to the best of my knowledge the bank have also violated rbi guidelines as the bank is not providing complaint reference number so that i cannot raise complaint with the banking ambudsman, this case is not just about the money its about the unethical way in which one of the largest bank in india is working. these banks are true day light fraudsters. hope you can help me with this.
