    Hi i am harshal jain, i have icici banck account. in last week 07/07/2022 590 ru. deducted from my bank account while account is salary account. this is not saving account, why bank are applying this type of charges without informing. Also last year deducted near about 1200 Rupee. i complaint but still not received single rupee.

      I am an account holder of Icici bank(corporate banking)
      Dombivali east midc Branch
      On analysing my current account statement I found that the bank has charged me a total amount 2608/- deducted as mab charges..this is ridiculous.and the best part is I have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or email so I never get to know the charges deduction.. the charges have deducted on 01/07/2022 amount of 588.82 four times in one day and on 07/07/2022 amount of 252.42 deducted I.e total amount of 2608 rupees deducted...I visited to the branch with the hope of reversal I went to my branch the executive was very rude to me they was like don’t u understand that u have to maintain and I do have regular deposits and withdrawals more then lakhs ..the bank staff was not ready to listen to me..I even told her that other banks do reverse the charges they tells lets other bank do Icici do not reverse I lost all the hopes and completely dissatisfied with the customer support... Lastly, i told the mam that i want to close the account.without even a second thought, she told me to fill the closure form and close the account...this kind of services you giving your customers? Is everything about profitability? Worst banking service i ever saw...

      As a last try, i called up icici customer care, about lodging a complain regarding mab charges, the executive told me that you can go to branch and they will reverse it for you, i asked her two times, will they surely reverse? She replied yes..

      Now i dont have guts to fight with the branch again...

        Am an icici bank customer. On[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.           With all due respect I have made a payment of ₹510 to Delhi University through eazypay payment gateway for my examination form but the university officials claim that they have not recieved any such amount, please look into this matter and do the needful
          My reference ID at eazypay - [protected]

          Also after payment the redirecting page showed error which might have resulted in payment failure however my account stands debited with ₹510.Please look forward to refund my amount

              I am an ex-alumni of ICICI Bank and I have worked here for 4.5 years. I have an urgency to withdraw my provident fund. But I was unable to withdraw it. Actually it shows some pop-up like contact to the employer/HR. I didn't know how to withdrawal my provident fund easily. I used Umang app or used directly EPFO site to withdraw my pf. But it doesn't work. I need helps from my ex alumni HR or employer for helps me in to withdraw my pf.

                Issue:
                Rs 590 has been deducted three times in a week from my account on 1st July and 5th July, info as follows:

                1st July rs 590 deduction: ECSRTNCHGS290622_SR83833522

                5th July rs 590 deduction: NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ABDLDESK ~27JUN22~28182c

                One more deduction of rs 590 on the same day 5th July: NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~28JUN22~afb6cc

                Let me know why you charged this amount from my account even though I had enough balance in 5th July deduction.

                Kindly refund my money otherwise I will file a complaint in the consumer forum.

                  Credit card transaction- Amount withheld due to security reasons

                  I tried to book flight through Air India for an international travel on Aug 8th 2022 for an amount of 236463, but i couldn’t book the ticket and received a message that the amount was withheld due to security reasons and to call customer care.

                  I have been trying to call customer care but no number is operational.

                  Please treat this as an urgent request and do needful.

                  708 and 755 rupees got deducted from account, This is no 1 cheating bank, twice I got charges, Have you people gone mad, I got my miney back, Otherwise i know what to do, its a DP charges from demat account, I never used that account once also, and I dont know who opened that account, reply soon and do needfull

                    Tried connecting with customer care so many times.
                    First executives asked me to authenticate card. While authenticating prepaid card after entering card numbers the call is getting closed automatically.
                    Tried calling executives again to update this they are not responding properly. Some times they keep disconnecting calls saying you are not audible (tried from different numbers, they keep doing this.)

                    When ever I am trying to connect with the executives they says "you are not audible, and we are forced to disconnect the call" five times faster (like in 5 seconds they says it multiple times) and disconnects the call. they are doing this intentionally. Is this some kind of prank!!!.

                        We received a refund from air india express for 9000 rs on november 9th 2021 and we are chasing icici credit card dept for the same. Transaction from the card was done in march 2021. Yesterday we received mail from bank saying As per Visa guidelines the transaction need to be disputed anytime within 365 days from the transaction date. We are following up from 1 year if bank is delaying in refund then how its our problem. So disappointed how bank works and not refunding amount that belong to us.

                              I submitted bank IFSC code change request on EPFO where status is showing "Verification Under Progress". i got to know that, it tis pending from bank side as it is not showing pending from Employer, so I contacted bank for the same on call centre number on 5th July between-7:30-9:30 twice. Their representative is saying we do deal with such kind of request please contact with the PF department.
                              I tried to spoke with their manager but while explaining he disconnected the call. I again dialled the number and one of the executive picked up the call and he also disconnected the call. I have also sent the email.
                              Please resolve the issue.

                                    Money was debited twice from my account at a vendor (Goa bazaaar) on 03/07/22.

                                    The vendor has confirmed he has received the amount only once.
